All Incluive Private Guided Tour To Saqqara Memphis From Cairo

Mohammed was fun, thorough, extremely knowledgeable, attentive. To me this was very important to understanding and experiencing early Egyptian history. Crouching a traveling deep into the tomb of Unas in the pyramid at Saqarra, was priceless. It's the oldest pyramid burial chamber decorated with texts, embedded with alibaster.

We were picked up 40 minutes later than we had arranged. Car was OK and driver was OK. Rushed through several places, many of which weren't listed on the tour. It felt like they were just taking us to places where they wanted us to buy things so they got commission. Lunch was eaten in the car on the side of the road. Not what we thought we would get on this tour.

This place is an absolute scam! Do not book here! We paid for a tour and they showed up. I tried multiple times to reach them via email and WhatsApp’s with no response. I tried reach out to visitor and they also said they were unable to reach and still trying to get a refund 4 days later.

This was booked so last minute and I’m so so glad I was able to squeeze in! Sherif was so knowledgeable, fun and professional. He taught me so much about the pyramids and artifacts. The driver Mohamed was really sweet too, they were a good team. Memphis is like the Rome of Egypt, you do not wanna miss it! I was so extremely happy with the whole entire tour. I was able to get papyrus paper after so that was a plus. Highly recommend this tour!

I had an extra day in Cairo and I figured I would do this tour because it was short. I had gone to Saqqara the day. However I learned so much more with Ahmed who was my guide. He is very knowledgeable. He showed me so many things that the other guide completely left out. I'm glad that I did the tour. The "lunch" is nothing to write home about but the tour itself was pretty good.

Brilliant tour with a brilliant guide! We got on with Amir so well that we continued to hire him for the afternoon to take us to the pyramids of Giza. He was very lovely, friendly, knowledgeable, kind and new all the best spots to go to! He also has some insanely good photography skills! Highly recommend the tour and Amir himself!

We had a terrific visit to Saqqara and Memphis with Mimo. From the get go he was so informative not only about the sites we saw but about general life in Egypt today and in the past. His English was impeccable and his demeanor was very approachable and likeable. The sites themselves were incredible and I am so glad we went to Saqqara- in some ways it feels more important the Great Pyramids. Highly recommend and request Mimo- you won't be disappointed!

Saqqara was amazing. Looking at one of the world's oldest buildings is humbling. I could have spent more time exploring the area. As to Memphis, it was an interesting stopover, but not something that I would visit again. It is ultimately just the unfinished colossus of Ramses and a small courtyard of a few other statues.

Really enjoyed our outing to Saqqara and Memphis. We had the very knowledgeable and friendly Mr.. Mahmoud Badr to guide us thru the sites. We had a lovely day. Thanks

A very interesting places to see as a side trip to the Giza pyramids and the Egyptian Museum. This is a good trip when your flight outbound is in the evening.

<p>This was a great tour to the area around Cairo. Our guide Ibrahim explained to us clearly and briefly the history of the area. I highly recommend this trip. The area is pleasent with date farms and small canals from the Nile. Transportation van was comfortable and spacious.</p>

<p>A must see trip to see the Saqqara pyramid complex to see the best well preserved ancient carvings, drawings, and Egyptian hieroglyphics. Not many people traveled here, but highly recommended. Memphis has a smaller museum with some well preserved large statues.</p>

Avevo chiesto una guida in italiano e me l hanno data in inglese. La guida è stata veramente gentile e disponibile, ma ovviamente abbiamo avuto difficoltà linguistiche.

Guide très professionnel (Mohamed) qui partage volontiers ses connaissances historiques mais également sur la société égyptienne. Deux sites magnifiques.

No recomiendo este tour, nunca el tour operador me vino a buscar al hotel en el queme hospedo, y eso que quede al frente de las pirámides de Giza. Un día antes le mande correo para confirmar, luego lo llamé y dijo que estaba en camino, para luego nunca más contestar la llamada. Pésima experiencia, no sé si me devolverán el dinero, pero si uds. se quieren ahorrar un dolor de cabeza, no tomen este tour y menos con Best Egypt Tour.
