My family of four and I had meticulously planned a trip to Cairo and Alexandria, spanning four nights and five days. Our travel arrangements were made through an Indian travel agent who had connections with Egypt Tours and Travels. We were met and assisted by two tour coordinators - one for Cairo and the other for Alexandria - and a tour guide for the duration of our trip. On the first day of our journey, we were greeted by Mr. Mena, our tour guide in Cairo, who was very courteous in explaining the places we were going to visit throughout our trip. Initially, I found myself lacking confidence - a common human trait - but Mr. Mena's demeanor and expertise put us at ease. Throughout our tour, he was knowledgeable, patient, and accommodating, providing us with all the information we needed about the city and its culture, while also elaborating on the various sites we visited, including the Giza Plateau, Saqqara, and the Sound and Light show. Mr. Mena was an excellent guide, answering all of our questions, no matter how trivial, and his jovial personality made our experience all the more enjoyable. Mina is very knowledgeable and explained all the details. No question was left unanswered. He gave a good overview of all the sites, history and aspects. He was very flexible and accommodating going beyond the standard tour. Very proud of his culture he showed us extras such as the papyrus production process. All in a very easy understandable way and guiding us also in the local habits when it comes to tipping and buying. This made us feel very comfortable and safe. This was the trip of a lifetime that I was able to have with my family, an absolutely amazing experience. But what made the experience so fabulous was our tour organizer, Mina and tour guides, especially in Cairo (Albert) and Alexandria (Haggi). Mina was super flexible both during the planning process and while there. We had an amazing 8 days in egypt with many activities. We got to see all the main attractions in Cairo, luxor and Alexandria, everything was very well organised. I would absolutely recommend doing a tour if you are planning to visit Egypt. I would highly recommend using his guiding services and all his recommendations.

We worked with Mina because we had met him on our last visit to Egypt in 2020. This time we contacted him in advance and gave him our itinerary from Cairo to Luxor to Hurghada. We need arranged all airport transfers and tours while we were in Cairo and Luxor. He also arrange transport from Luxor to Hurghada. All the tours were top-notch, everybody was on time and it was a very tailored luxurious experience. Interestingly, his prices were better than the other companies. so you’re getting better service at a better price. I would definitely use him again and plan on referring him to all of my colleagues when they come to Egypt for their family vacations.

We had an immersive tour of Cairo with Mimo Wagdy, our guide. Right from picking us up at the airport until our departure back to India, the trip was seamless. A historically immersive trip, our guide had just enough information to engage our younger child, and more detail for my older son and me. On the last day, we had extra time and added an additional museum and the Coptic Church - it was well worth it.
