It was an amazing experience for me. The tour was arranged perfectly. We saw so many places during our tour. The facilities were so good and comfortable. The tour was really well planned that we didnt feel tired and saw pretty much everything in a relaxed way. The guide was really knowledgeable with good sense of humour, which made our trip even better. He even helped us to negotiate while shopping for souvenirs. The trip was really budget friendly and affordable. I must say this was one of my best experiences while taking a tour with a company.

My wife and I had a tailored 2 days arranged through Ash for to the Valley of the Kings and various temples around Luxor. I am interested in photography so they were able to advise on the best locations, give options for various visits and gave flexibility including allowing for very early starts which allowed us to aee these sites at their quietest.

I would highly recommend using Luxor Private Tour if you visit Egypt. Egypt can be logistically challenging to get around (given traffic, amount of people trying to do things for you for tips, getting through the airport, etc.) Ash made it very easy to navigate all of these challenges. The biggest call out that I will say is Ash being proactive (I booked the trip about a month in advance of going and Ash contacted me via Whatsapp within a day of booking.) He was extremely helpful in customizing an itinerary for us and took the time to make recommendations so that we were able to maximize the time there. Just to give you the idea of the type of person he is - my luggage was unfortunately delayed on the flight into Egypt (completely a snafu of British Air and nothing to do with Ash.) Ash let me borrow three of his shirts during the days that we were waiting for my luggage. I did not expect that at all and it just goes to show how much he cares for his guests. All of Ash's associates were excellent - we spent three days in Cairo with the same Egyptologist and Driver. Sara (Egyptologist) - Extremely friendly and knowledgeable about all of the sites and museums that we visited. We learned so much from her and were so impressed with the depth of information that she was able to provide about so many things. Basem (Driver) - Always right on time to pick us up / drop us off and very friendly. He made sure that we always had waters, were comfortable, and he was a super impressive driver given the challenging traffic situation in Cairo. Given that you will likely spend multiple days with people who you are just meeting and relying on to take you around, I can honestly say how happy I was that I used Ash's company (Luxor Private Tour.) Everything we set up went off without a hitch and I'm so glad that we were able to spend our time there with such friendly people.

Just got back from our Easter trip to Egypt and its just been a perfect break for us! This is our second trip to Egypt and we knew we wanted a more in-depth appreciation of the wonders of the Egyptian history, definitely more than our quick cruise day-tours from a few years back. So, we had some must-do things and places listed - Saqqara, Luxor, Aswan and Abu Simbel, etc. One of the critical ask was for a more seasoned egyptologist that can cover our many queries into Egyptian antiquities, and not just a run-of-the-mill guide. I was also initially in a quandry if we should take a Nile Cruise or not. So, one can just imagine the multitude of questions we had and expectations to be managed. BUT nothing was too much to ask, and no favours to complicated for Ash, the owner of LuxorPrivate. He personally replied to all my queries; and now looking back, has been very spot-on in his responses; and his patience was just commendable. The trip was exactly what we had hoped for, and worked like clock-work - from arrival airport pick up to transfers, to schedule management-- Ash and team were just superb and on the ball, in all ways. His staff Yala also constantly reassured me that everything is in order, even as I inquired minute details like luggage allowance for the flight to Luxor. I find Ash's suggestions to be practical, and rates to be reasonable considering the service level offered (A+++). The vehicle used were all new models of Toyota Hi Ace Grandia, clean and very well-maintained. His drivers were all friendly, polite and knowledgeable. and since we were also able to cover most of my itinerary earlier than expected, Ash even allowed some mall time on the last day (with the driver in tow) to see and visit modern Egypt in Nasr and Heliopolis. Entrance to sites are also included, so its just been quite hassle-free, and straight to site visits. All throughout the trip, Ash continues to be available (and we even met up in Luxor) and Mike Farah (my incredibly patient and knowledgeable egyptologist guide who was with us all the way) continues to adjust my itinerary to ensure that our interests are continually pique. My original iti included Dendera and Abydos, but the suggestion day before was to do Medinat Habu, Dendera + some commoners' grave sites, as we have been exposed to something and an experience similar to the temple in Abydos already. And, it turned out to a be a pleasant surprise and was the highlight of the day! What we also specially appreciate is that Mike purposely led us away from crowds and peddlers selling souvenirs. We didnt feel harassed or pressured to buy anything, or to go anywhere we are not interested to be in. These small gestures mean a lot, made us feel cared for, and most importantly, safe. Thank you Ash, Mike and team for a most memorable, stress-free and enlightening trip to Egypt! I have told friends already and Egypt is definitely now in their must go list!

Luxor Private Tour organized the entire trip, except for international flights. I booked a solo trip recommended by a friend who had traveled on one of their tours. I visited Egypt from north to South in 10 days: Cairo, Giza, Saqqara. Then I flew to Aswan. I visited the Aswan Dam, the Philae Temple anchorage and Abu Simbel with a lovely Nubian guide Asmaa. After that, I was on a cruise on the Nile to Karnak, Luxor, Valley of Kings, Hapchetsut temple, Edfu, Kom Ombo. My time in Luxor and its surroundings was very good with Mohammed, an archaeologist guide who is very knowledgeable. I have learned a lot during this last part of my trip. While I started by booking an 8-day tour, I ended up expanding the tour to 10 days as I went to Hurghada. Shill and relax way to end my trip. The team went out of its way to look after me the entire time. The communication with Ashraf is daily. He always asks how the day went and updates me on the next day's plan. All the way I traveled in cars with friendly drivers that make your trips safe and usually with air conditioned. I went to many local places to dine and even had the fortune to experience catching the metro as the locals in Cairo. Egypt is a difficult country to travel through smoothly and Ashraf & his team made my trip seamless with many enjoyable adventures along the way. If you want to get off the normal tourist routes and see some of the real Egypt, you can ask them as well. I recommended this private tour to all my friends.

My visa sticker was waiting for me as soon I landed - Super comfortable Toyota van for sightseeing. I covered Cairo, Aswan, Abu Simbel, Luxor. Everywhere the driver was very professional, courteous, punctual and spoke good English - Very knowledge tour guides, some of them were teaching at University. The tour was very well organized. We had private tours every day with a driver and a local guide so you can enjoy everything both in Cairo and in the Nile Cruise much better than in a big group. The man that organizes everything is always taking care of you and being sure that everything is in place. As a recommendation you should agree in advance with the company all the visits/activities that you want to have included in your tour and that might not be mentioned so that they can fix that.

It has been a unique trip. Rash organized it for us in a few days and until we reached Egypt, he made sure everything was in order at all times. We just spent an amazing 8 days in Historical Country EGYPT with LUXOR PRIVATE TOURS. They were very accommodating on our requested agenda (we had specific sights we added) We saw so many sights – Giza, Saqqara, Memphis, Cairo Museum, Khan El Khalili Bazaar, Karnak, Luxor, hot air balloon, Philae temple (night light show), Valley of the Kings, High Dam, Hatshepsut, Kom Ombu, Edfu, Abu Simbel, Nile River Cruise. I had the pleasure to venture into Egypt this year and traveled with my wife & son (9 yrs) from Sharjah (I’m Indian & working in UAE) to Cairo. We booked the flights and the hotels by our own and Ashraf organized everything else for us, according to our expactations. So all transfers where including, the Nilecruise, the private guided Landmarks, the entrances and a lot of more things.we really enjoyed our stay in Egypt and Ashraf and his team did their best to make us happy all the time. I enjoyed a tour provided by Ash and his team for exploration within Egypt. His team made everything seamless and easy for us to navigate. From start to finish, we were able to navigate the country and visit several cities from Cairo to Luxor to Aswan. A night in the desert was also amazing and safe and full of delicious food. I love Ashraf and all of his guides! My 15 year old daughter and I went by ourselves and he took SUCH great care of us. Two days before we were supposed to leave, KLM Airlines emailed me that we would need another COVID test before leaving Egypt because Amsterdam had changed their policy.
