Our trip to Egypt with Love Egypt was absolutely exceptional from start to finish. Every detail was handled with such care, and we’ve been well looked after the whole time. The highlight was our magical Nile Dahabiya cruise—an amazing way to experience the river. The crew went above and beyond with their hospitality, and the food on board was delicious. Every meal felt homemade and full of flavour. Our Aswan tour was beautifully organised, giving us the perfect balance of history, culture, and stunning scenery, all brought to life by our knowledgeable guide, who made every site meaningful and engaging. Luxor was equally impressive…. From Karnak to the Valley of the Kings - next time I’d try and stay longer here. The hot air balloon ride over Luxor my daughter & friend did was a once-in-a-lifetime experience—peaceful, breathtaking, and worth every second. All hotel bookings and transport were seamless. We always felt safe, relaxed, and well taken care of. The reps, drivers & guide Eado were outstanding—professional, friendly, and truly passionate about sharing the beauty and history of Egypt. Overall, the service exceeded all expectations. The organisation, the food, the experiences, and the warm hospitality made this trip one we will remember forever. Highly recommended to anyone dreaming of exploring Egypt!

We were incredibly fortunate to have the opportunity to be guided through the city by the most exceptional tour guide, Shimaa. Not only is she a consummate professional with a wealth of knowledge, but she also adeptly tailored the pace of the tour to suit our preferences. Shimaa's storytelling skills are simply incredible, as she was able to bring the historical sites to life in a way that made us feel like we were part of the story. Her vast knowledge is truly impressive, yet she managed to make the information accessible to us, as non-experts, which is precisely how cultural knowledge should be shared. It felt as though we were exploring the city with a dear friend and we learned a tremendous amount along the way. We feel privileged to have been guided by Shimaa (and her incredibly kind driver) and we will cherish the experience forever. The tour was well-structured and provided us with a comprehensive overview of the city's most stunning sites. We strongly recommend Love Egypt Tours to anyone looking for an unforgettable experience.
We had an amazing time with our guide Ahmed Sliem ! Highly recommended this tour- but make sure you bring lots of water.
The history and all the different sites we visited was amazing. Don't rush and bring a hat and sunscreen. Our guide Achmed Sliem was considerate and very thourough, he made sure we were safe and comfortable at all times. I would highly reccomend him as a guide.
Outstanding and very informative, in addition to the regular booked toor activities Ahmed Sliem went out off his way to provide me with the necessary medicines, as I became ill over night. He really has a unique and friendly personality, with some humor here and there, he really made sure that we felt safe and very happy with all the information and assistance he gave us! I would highly recommend him Kabeer Shoekran
This Luxor tour was amazing! Our guide, Ahmed, was extremely knowledgeable, educational and was a pleasure to be around. I learned so much about the Valley of the Kings and the Egypt culture on this tour. Our driver was also very attentive and took very good care of us. It you are looking for the BEST tour while in Luxor, look no further, this is the one!
Ahmed was amazing. English spoken very well. He is very well educated and we had a wonderful day with him. The sights and temples were amazing and speak for themselves but Ahmed mad the whole adventure even better We highly recommend Ahmed
The guide Ahmed was really great, he explain us everything and was very kind. Our experience was even better than expected because of him. Thank you Ahmed
Ash is a great tour guide. My wife and I had an unbelievable time. Did not really have expectations but we will be forever grateful for the opportunities we had to experience Egypt on this tour. If you have a chance, take the offer to go to Banana Island and Horse Buggie Tour. Just a little bit extra but well worth it in the end!
This has been the best tour I’ve had during my stay. Started with the hot air balloon and followed by a full tour through the east and West Bank in Luxor. Ahmed was the guide and he came super prepared. He made sure he explained the history of every temple/tomb we visited and even brought photos with him, super prepared! Then he got us the best falafel we’ve ever tried (I’m still thinking about it) and got us some sugar cane juice which was very nice to try! He’s also a very good photographer! It was an amazing day with an amazing guide! If you decide to do this tour I highly recommend you do it with him, you won’t regret it! Thank you so much and hopefully see you again!
We had an incredible time with Abdul for our group of 6 over two days exploring the East and West Banks of Luxor. Abdul was a phenomenal guide: passionate, knowledgeable, flexible/accommodating, and more. He was a great communicator (via Whatsapp) leading up to the tour, and had great advice on our questions for flexing the itinerary slightly. We came away WOWed by Abdul, having learned a lot and had a great experience. We would recommend him to all who plan to go to Luxor!
Abdul was on time, very knowledgeable, passionate, straightforward, and kind. He went out of his way to make sure everything was perfect and comfortable. I could not ask for anything more from a tour guide in Egypt. We had a very memorable day and learned a lot. Thank you!
Thank you Abdul for the most amazing tour of Luxor! You are so knowledgeable and passionate about Ancient Egypt! We enjoyed every part of our tour and we cannot wait to come back again soon.
Upon a punctual and welcoming arrival at the doorstep of our hotel, we were picked up by our driver in Safaga. After a relatively calm ride, our tour guide, Abdul joined us and we immediately hit off together: Passionately and irresistibly delightful, Abdul did not not only explain the meaning of the five valleys to us, he was also able to lead us on a journey to explore for ourselves by talking to us in a way that we really enjoyed listening to him and we were actually able to remember most of what he said after that impressive day at the 5 stops in Luxor. One could tell that he loves his job; everyone he met by chance on that day was pleased to see him. We felt that he dealt with us in a really honest way. He also took extra responsibility into making sure that we have a nice lunch, get even an espresso before heading home and made sure we had enough water to drink at all times (we underestimated the amount of water that was neeeded for the the day, so free tipp for you guys, 2l at minimum per person). Abdul did not hesitate to make this day an unforgettable one, took us by surprise (no spoilers for you here, you have to check it out by yourself 😉) I would highly recommend the tour, everything from pickup, breaks, tour, lunch, saying good bye and ride home has exceeded our expectations by far of Luxor. I thank our driver, tour guide Abdul and boss Mr. Hass for this awesome day, it was nice to meet such nice people in Egypt. 😊
I was the founder and Managing director of Swiss Travels GmbH in Switzerland. It was a one day tour Hurghada to Luxor 2 adults and 2 kids. As agreed we got a very comfortable vehical, an excellant German tour guide, lunch on the Nile river boat. Very reasonable price. We can recomand Hass to anyone who plan their tours inside Egypt. Ahmed was such a wonderful guide! He was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. We went to the West Bank of Luxor and Ahmed made great recommendations for which sites to see. As I have mentioned, he is extremely knowledgeable and happy to answer any questions. The next day, we toured Karnak Temple and Luxor Temple on the East Bank. Ahmed not only introduced us to incredible relics of Ancient Egypt, but he even knew where the best spots for photos were! He got us to all of the sites before the crowds of tourists showed up for the best photo opportunities and experience. We recommend him to anyone looking for a thorough guide who wants to dive deep into the history of Egypt! 10/10 experience!
I’m very pleased with my experience with Love Egypt Tours and our guide, Ahmed, in particular. We opted for a 2 day tour of Luxor in which we visited the West Bank sites on day 1 and the east bank sites on day 2. From the moment Ahmed picked us up in our hotel lobby he was very welcoming, enthusiastic, and professional. He was extremely informative and helped us to come away with a tremendous amount of knowledge about the places we visited. Luxor was our favorite place that we visited among a number of cities in Egypt, due in large part to how enjoyable our tour was. I couldn’t have asked for more from this tour. I would highly recommend Love Egypt Tours and their guide Ahmed to anyone looking to have a guided tour of Luxor during their holiday.
Great trip organized by LoveEgyptTours! Driver was on time for hotel pickup in Hurghada, car was spotless clean. Our guide Abdul was very flexible and he discussed the itinerary with us and adapted it by our preferences. He was also such a knowledgeable and passionate guide, you could tell that he really loves what he is doing! Great experience overall, would highly recommend!!
It was an amazing trip, transportation was on time.Mr Abdul our respected guide was so knowledgeable, helpful and was never bored or tired of our never ending questions. We enjoyed the stories of all the places we visited. The whole team was super friendly and accommodated our needs perfectly ❤️ Thanks for the great memories
From the start Hass was very accommodating. He ensured to make our itinerary to exactly suit our time frame and interests. Our tour guide in Cairo was George. His English is perfect. He is so well informed
We visited luxor from hugahdah it was quite a long journey leaving hurghada at 4.30am but was worth the journey we visited karnak then took a boat ride across the Nile for lunch which was lovely, then after lunch we headed to an alabaster factory which wasn't on our itinerary but apparently custom to go there we spent 45 minutes here which was far too long, we then proceeded to the Valley of the Kings which really is amazing this was at an extra cost, they also charge £20pp, to go into the tomb of tutankhamen which takes approximately 10 mins, but worth it, we then visited the colossus of memnon before heading back to hurghada total journey took approximately 18hrs, very tiring day but 100% worth it
What a seamless trip this was! I thoroughly recommend Love Egypt Tours! Right from the beginning they were nothing short of being 100% professional. As planned, we were met right at the airport and driven directly to our hotel thereby avoiding the chaos of trying to find driver on our own. Unfortunately one of our bags had been misplaced by the airline and we knew we had to return the next day to locate it. Not a problem as the owner of company, Mr. Hass, explained that our guide Ahmed would meet us the next morning in the lobby of our hotel and happily drive us back to the airport to retrieve the bag before we began the tour of the East and West Bank. This set the accommodating tone of our tour. Ahmed has been involved in the tourist industry for many years and his level of service and knowledge of Egyptian history is excellent. My husband and I were awestruck by the magnificence of the Valley of the Kings and Queen Hatshepsut's Temple. Ahmed told us many an Egyptian tale and was patient with our continuous in -depth questions. Because our tour start time had been delayed due to the suitcase retrieval, Ahmed suggested that the tour of Kanark Temple be postponed to the next day so as not to feel rushed. His love of the architecture and egyptology shown through with this unselfish act. Thank you Ahmed, you were terrific! Please do not hesitate to book this company for airport arrival and departure, and any tours you are thinking about.
Excellent. Can not recommend highly enough . I booked this day trip for my wife and I two days prior to traveling to Egypt from the UK for our second day there , after reading existing reviews, Mr Hass was superb at replying to emails with all questions answered clearly and promptly. We were collected from out hotel at 5.15 am by our driver Amed in an Toyota Hiace mini van, the vehicle was in good order with the all important AC. The journey to Luxor took around 4hrs, with a 20 minute stop at a cafeteria which also sell various souvenirs, there are toilets here in fair condition (small charge 5 Egyptian pound, 25 pence). When we reached the outskirts of Luxor we were met by Mr Hass and our Egyptologist, a lovely lady called shimaa , it would be fair to say she is very passionate about her countries history, firstly we visited the Al-Deir Al-Bahrain temple, from here we traveled around the mountain to Valley of the Kings. To note the entry fee 200 EGP gives you access to 3 tombs, excluding Tutankhamun which is an additional 250 EGP. another point worth noting is that guides do not enter the tombs giving you time to look around by yourselves. From here we went to a traditional family stone carving family shop. We chose to opt for a traditional lunch on a boat whilst motoring a short distance on the Nile, this is an additional $20 per person. We very much enjoyed this. This also cuts down the time to cross back over the Nile to the east bank. We then headed in to Karnak temple for the last few hours of the tour. Unfortunately this brought to an end our day in Luxor, such an amazing place with so much history, you could easily spend as much time as you wished at the various sites and still not see everything. As we left the city we again met with Mr Hass , said fair well to shimaa and made payment, we also picked up a second driver for the return journey as at this point Amed had been behind the wheel for in excess of 12hrs. We arrived back at our hotel at 9pm , it’s a very long, very hot day but well worth the money, and time away from your sun bed. If you choose to visit Luxor, take lots of water, at least 3 bottles, a hat or like some locals an umbrella and obviously sun cream. All in all it’s an amazing experience that Im glad we undertook. When we return to Egypt we will definitely be contacting Mr Hass to organise our next excursion, maybe Abu simbel or the pyramids or another day or two in Luxor.
Honestly, my wife and I are not much of sightseers especially with hiring a guide et al. Since we had an extra day we decided to make this trip. As soon as we met Shimaa, our guide, everything changed. The way she narrated us stories about the Egyptian history and all the places we saw with her made the journey very exciting. She was very involved and made the trip interactive instead of just a day of sightseeing. Our drivers were absolutely calm, fun and a pleasure to have. We’d definitely recommend Shimaa and Love Egypt Tours! PS : The lunch was exceptional!!!
Booking was easy via the app. The trip provides everything it says and more. Executive car, sensible driver (some are mad in Egypt). We arrived in Luxor after 4 hours and met Abdul our Egyptologist. He was the real deal, qualified and had lectured at Oxford so enthusiastic and proud of everything he showed us. He imparted so much information and it was obvious how much he loved his job. It was an extremely hot day he made sure we had water etc and had rests - nothing was too much trouble. He offered us an upgrade on lunch (just £20) to have it on a private boat called Blue Peter on the river Nile. There was no pressure but we jumped at the chance and we were not disappointed. It was so amazing cruising down The Nile eating a lovely lunch. We went to an Island which was the only negative as don’t like to see caged animals but other than that was fantastic. The Valley of the Kings, Karnak temple, Hatshepsut temple was absolutely superb. Thank you Mr Hass for meeting us for lemonade and to Abdul for your wonderful company and knowledge. Superb day Abdul you made my dream come true thank you
We were completely enchanted while visiting Luxor. Our guide Shima was very knowledgeable and great company. She brought Luxor alive for us and we enjoyed every minute of it!
We’ve just done a one day trip to Luxor, Valley of the Kings and temples. We booked through Love Egypt tours; Mr Hass was brilliant at the organisation. We requested Abdull as our guide after reading other reviews and we were not disappointed! His extensive knowledge and enthusiasm was infectious! Not only is Abdull a guide, he is also a Egyptologist that has dug in the Valley of the Scribes. We’ve had many private guides throughout our travels, but he is truly the best! If you’re looking to book a tour to the Valley of the Kings we would recommend Love Egypt and to ask for Abdull! When we return to Egypt we will definitely request Abdull again.
Relaxed for 2 days of beautiful days in Luxor. Booked a two-day individual tour: West Bank: Valley of Kings, Hatshepsut Temple and Deir el-Medina - Dender Temple Haas arranged it for us. It was very good. In the evening, Haas picked us up at the airport and took us to our hotel. On the way, Haas talked about the sights of Luxor and where you can go on your own in the city, recommended restaurants, museums. Haas also arranged for us to take a personal boat trip along the Nile at sunset. It was very beautiful and romantic. Everything was great. Haas is very friendly, punctual, knows a lot about the history of Egypt and all the sights we visited. A very careful driver, which is very important for Egypt. Haas was always in touch with us. I 100% recommend booking a tour with Love Egypt Tours.
