We travel with our 8 year old daughter, since the moment we landed the staff took great care of us, always on time, great experience guides, from the pic up at airports, to the temple the service was impecable, great local restaurants were recorded. History came alive! We had a wonderful and a pleasant trip visiting Cairo, Aswan, Luxor and Sakara. Ash, our agent organized our entire trip from the time we got off the plane until our return. He worked out every detail in our itinerary including visas, entry tickets, vehicle with driver and an English speaking tour guide who traveled with us across the cities. He also organized good local restaurants for lunch/dinner, called in with our orders ahead of time. Ash was personally there to check us into the hotel upon arrival. He also made sure the rooms were close to each other. The best part was waking up to see the sunrise over the Nile! There was one mix up about the one of the hotels but Ash was able to move us to the hotel of our choice. Ash was available to speak to us at any point in time in our entire trip. When we had to cancel our trip couple of years back, Ash refunded us all the money. Overall a wonderful smooth trip and an unforgettable experience.

Our 10-day Egypt tour with Luxor Private Tour was just out of the world. From the moment we got of the airport to the final departure from Egypt – every step of the tour was very well organized and orchestrated. And all credit goes to the man responsible for it all – Ashraf. At the arrival at the airport, we were taken very smoothly through the entire customs and immigration process along with help with the luggage. The first hotel was awesome with the view of the pyramids from the room balcony. I had requested connected rooms for the family and it was exactly as expected. From there on for the next 5 days it was an amazing experience in Cairo and Alexandria. We visited not only the sites that were in our itinerary but also any other sites that we requested were added to the agenda without hesitation. Then we flew to Aswan and boarded our Nile Cruise ship. This again was a unique and wonderful experience with outstanding accommodation and delicious food. All the sites like the Abu Simbel temple & Edfu temple on the way to Luxor were amazing. We also had the opportunity to ride hot air balloons which again was excellent experience. In Luxor there was so much to see including the Karnak temple and Luxor temple – landmarks that can only be experienced by actually being there. In the end – Ashraf made sure that our flight from Luxor to Cairo and onwards to next destination was comfortable by facilitating our pickup from domestic terminal to international terminal – by managing the entire process personally. I would like to thank Ashraf for being such a great host and taking care of my family and their comfort throughout the trip. He went above and beyond our expectations and made a memorable trip for us. We had a 10 day trip all of which was managed by Ash and team! Ash has been very attentive to our needs for what we wanted to see and managed schedule accordingly. We missed Alexandria due to fog, but were able to pivot to other alternatives and didn’t let the day go wasted. We could have been happier with a guide that would go deeper in certain topics, and we shared that with Ash who tried to get another guide for us but due to busy timing, it was not possible. Certain moments the guide did come thru. Main suggestion would be to be very clear on hotels you’d want to stay at, as some hotels though 5*-d are not quite kept up. And be clear on guide if you want someone to go super deep in a topic - noting that you may need more time to understand that much depth. Overall good experience! We lived Egypt and felt well taken care of!

I have always wanted to see Egypt and as many ancient sites as I could. This trip did not disappoint. I saw everything I wanted plus more. It started with the Step Pyramid in Saqqarah and Pyramids of Giza, then a few fabulous nights along the Red Sea in Hurghada (a New Year's Eve celebration I'll never forget), on to Luxor and Karnak Temple, Luxor Temple, and the Valley of the Kings that started with a hot air balloon ride at sunrise. We took a scenic ride down the Nile River to Kom Ombo temple and the crocodile museum. The next day we went to Abu Simbel and saw some of the most incredible (and very tall) statues of ancient pharaohs and gods and goddesses. I absolutely had the time of my life. We booked our family vacation through Luxor Private Tour. Ashraf and his team did a wonderful job ensuring we were able to visit all the places on our bucket list , taste local food , even visit local spice shop . At first, I tried planning a 10 day trip myself. The more I read the more  I realized I to consider other factors. Fortunately, for one of the excursions I liked, Ash was one of the few agencies that offered it with a fair price. I must have whatsapped like 7 different agencies. Ash was the only one that called me to understand my needs and this was all doing Ramadan. When he told me he also offered the other excursions I had quoted with other agencies they were very close in price. I ended up doing all my excursions with Ash and so glad that I did! He handled all the pick ups leaving me stress free. I just had to worry about being awake on time. He made sure to provide A+ tour guides who spent their careers studying Egyptian cultures and were always on time. You can tell tour guides have been doing this for year because would plan around the big tours busses scheduleto avoide large crowds. If you're going to Egypt I highly recommend you at least ask for a quote and you'll see Ash has a 5 star customer service

We visited Egypt for 10 days and had a very special holiday. We were able to see all the things we wanted to see and more. With Luxor private tours you are able to plan your vacation in the way you want to. We booked the hotels on our own for example. Moreover we wanted to visit a local animal market and a snake charmer, what Ashraf organized for us. They were really helpful during our holiday but also before that. VIP luxury tour indeed, started from the airport where we met by Ash agents who had our visa ready, made a super smooth transfer through immigration, (we missed our connection to Aswan due to airline late departure ) took us to transit desk within minutes checked us into the airport hotel , and booked us on the next morning flight. (All happened after midnight) Ash employs top people from airport agents , drivers , luxury cars,to guides. our guide DR Mohamed had an endless knowledge of ancient Egypt and history , what a pleasure . Just before the trip ended , our friend got sick and had to go to the hospital after midnight. Egypt is a once in a lifetime trip the sights are absolutely incredible! And you must book a private tour to see Egypt! My husband and I went for our honeymoon and we wouldn't change a thing. I recommend booking a private tour through Ash as you are able to customise your whole trip, you can do whatever you want when you want and you can change your plans as you go! It was so much better then being with a large group tour. If there was an option for 6 stars I would give it to them. This tour was fantastic! We saw everything we expected and then some. I thought seeing the Pyramids and the Sphinx would be a life changing experience, and it was, but it was just the tip of the iceberg. Our tourguides (both Mohammeds, as well as our drivers) were wonderful. We were able to customize our tour to see exactly what we wanted. We toured Egypt from literally top to bottom (Alexandria to Abu Simbel) and saw so many things. Tombs, sarcophogus, hieroglyphs, massive statues, hot air ballon rides, Nile cruises. And riding camels by the Pyramids was a bucket list item that was checked off in a huge way. As a woman traveler, even with my husband, it is easy to feel uncomfortable in a new country and strange culture. The tour was all in all perfect. Everything was planned from beginning to end, couldn’t be better. The crew would help with every question or problem we had. There was not one moment, where we felt left alone or lost. We have learned so many things and saw so many places, even some that are only known by locals.
