We had a wonderful, rejuvenating stay here. The room was a cozy retreat, the vibe was perfectly peaceful, and the pristine upkeep of the hotel truly stood out.
Special thanks to Mr.Ayman and Mr. Latif for their excellent services, their heartwarming kindness and the impeccable professionalism during our stay. Many thanks as well to Mrs. Hagar from housekeeping for her excellent services and her elegant towel designs.
Everyone’s attention to detail made the experience even better! Highly recommended!
AC not working in my room also we found bed bugs in 2 rooms floor 3 and 4. This hotel is old, carpets are dirty. Did not like it at all. Is close to the pyramids but think twice or check you room before sleep.
Triumph Plaza Hotel offers a fantastic stay! The rooms are spacious and spotless, the staff is incredibly professional, and the breakfast buffet is a 10/10. Perfect location for business or leisure. Highly recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
I visited the cafeteria, not the hotel, and was thoroughly impressed. The staff were exceptionally helpful and professional, creating a welcoming atmosphere. It's a quiet, elegant spot, ideal for personal meetings or remote work. A perfect choice for a relaxing break in Heliopolis.
Very nice hotel in the middle of the nice side of Cairo. Near new Cairo. Has nice amenities including a big gym. Has a great Lebanese restaurant inside as well which was very tasty and very cheap! Average is 15 dollars per couple or 7 dollars per plate. Rooms were decent and the wifi is great. Has nearby stores to buy snacks and treats to bring home to friends and family. Just be very careful crossing the streets. There are no rules and cars do not stop or slow down for anyone. Their car horns are like a second language for them and everyone honks at eachother, which only adds to the stress of crossing the streets. Overall a great experience and very friendly staff. Loved the later check out times of noon. Enjoy your stay!
