I stayed at this hotel for three nights with my wife and her daughter. We had booked a double room for my wife and the daughter and a single room for myself. The trouble started after the evening shift change. During the day, there was a very empathetic and polite young lady on duty but in the evening there was a young man who caused nothing but stress. He forbade my wife from entering my room because I had deposited a European passport while my wife is from Algeria. This happened on my 70th birthday. How lacking in empathy can someone be? I have never experienced anything like it. We had previously spent a few nights in Cairo and then in Alexandria—everything went absolutely smoothly there. I do not want this young man to lose his job but he certainly needs a lot more training in customer relations. Just a side note: When I arrived at my room, only the bed had been made. Items included in the rate, such as coffee and tea, were missing. After pointing this out, I discovered that shampoo and shower gel were also missing. It took a second request just to get the basics we had paid for. It’s a shame—a lovely, quietly situated hotel, but one that leaves a lot to be desired in terms of service.

I had a wonderful 4-night stay at The Villa. Overall, my experience was fantastic—the accommodations were comfortable and everything went smoothly. As a traveler, safety is a huge priority for me, and I was thoroughly impressed by how secure this hotel is. It’s a very relaxing and worry-free environment. I would definitely stay here again! Special thanks to: Mr. Atef Mrs. Mariem and Mr. Youssef 🙏😊
Pictures are great but reality is worse. Its your average motel in the States. The fridge was warm, the AC was not blowing cold. It would blow cold for about a minute before it started blowing hot air. I told reception and they treated me like I didn’t know how to work a wall mounted AC. I decided to turn it off and maybe open a window. Worst mistake I made as I got many mosquito bites. There is a lack of outlets especially near nightstands. Breakfast is lowkey expensive. The hair dryer does not work, at least mine didnt. The location is for anyone who wants to live in some gated community far away from Nasr city and Cairo. When I was ubering back late at night they didnt let my Uber driver past the first gate, so I ended up walking from the gate to the hotel (15-20min walk). I hated that aspect about it. New Cairo is some rich people area and takes away from the experience of actual Cairo. Like I said its very far from everything as well. If I were to go again I would get a hotel in Nasr City
I had a great experience at this hotel. The staff were extremely helpful and polite. I accidentally left my keys in an Uber, but they promptly provided me with a replacement and coordinated with the driver to retrieve the original set. Their professionalism and pleasant attitude made a strong impression. The room was clean, tidy, and well-equipped for the price. It included a comfortable bed, LCD TV, air conditioning, and decent bathroom facilities. Wi-Fi was available and worked well. The surrounding area is quiet both in the morning and at night, offering a peaceful atmosphere. The premises are gated and monitored by a security guard, which adds an extra layer of safety. Overall, this hotel is a great choice for business trips or short stays in New Cairo.
