Sun City Hotel - The Gabriel

The hotel service was perfect - great amenities, excellent quality, and a good price. As a guest from Sheraton, I was truly impressed by this hotel.

Day use pool last summer , amazing service , clear, staffs are respectful and bilingual at the receptions.

We stayed here for 4 nights. The hotel itself was clearly once very beautiful, but it seems like maintenance and renovations have been neglected over time. Some things were worn out, and a few fixtures were close to breaking or not functioning properly due to a lack of upkeep. The staff, however, were very friendly and genuinely tried to help whenever needed, which we really appreciated. The location is also a big plus, especially if you want to be close to the airport. The rooms were comfortable overall. The food wasn’t really to my taste, but that’s more of a personal preference than a major issue. The most frustrating part was the WiFi—it was very unreliable, which made it difficult for me to work on my laptop. Considering the price, I think the value is fair—you more or less get what you pay for. Despite the shortcomings, I’d still like to thank the staff for their effort and kindness.
