Renaissance Cairo Mirage City Hotel

I had a wonderful stay at the Renaissance Cairo Mirage City Hotel, and I would especially like to recognise Shaimaa from the housekeeping team for her exceptional service. Shaimaa was consistently warm, courteous and professional, with a genuine attention to detail that made my stay even more comfortable. My room was always beautifully maintained, immaculate and welcoming, and her thoughtful approach did not go unnoticed. It is the dedication and kindness of team members like Shaimaa that truly elevate the guest experience. She is a wonderful ambassador for the hotel and deserves sincere recognition for her excellent work. Thank you, Shaimaa, for your care and attention throughout my stay. It was greatly appreciated.

Unfortunately the reception here isn’t the best, and is the main reason I would not return to this hotel nor could recommend it. Everything else with the hotel is fine (room quality, cleanliness, breakfast, gym, etc.). The reception just needs more training. The reception management here doesn’t accommodate guests.

I stayed 7 nights at Renaissance Cairo Mirage City Hotel from July 12 to July 19, and it was a fantastic experience. I want to especially thank the Customer Relationship Manager, Mohamed Khattab, and the Hotel Manager, Mr. Mustafa. Both were extremely cooperative and went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. They upgraded my room for 5 nights and generously gave me two nights of free club lounge access. What stood out most was their kindness during a difficult time. My daughter Waniya was injured while swimming, slipping after getting out of the pool. We first visited The Air Force Specialized Hospital in Fifth Settlement, New Cairo, but the experience there was disappointing. Later, we went to Naseem Hospital in Cairo, where the staff was very cooperative and caring. On the second day, Mr. Khattab and Mr. Mustafa surprised us with flowers and best wishes for Waniya’s speedy recovery, which meant a lot to us. Overall, I am fully satisfied with my stay and highly recommend this hotel. It is also more affordable compared to other Marriott hotels in Cairo. As a Gold Elite member of Marriott, I can confidently say this hotel deserves a 100% recommendation from my side.

Got in late at night. Appreciated the help and comfort received from young Fady at the bar. Gave us quick and helpful service with great food and drink recommendations. Made us feel “at home” quickly.
