The location is the only good thing about this hotel. The breakfast team and their managers were the only staff who showed any professionalism, courtesy, and genuine effort to help. Honestly, I wish there were a way to move the entire breakfast restaurant, together with this excellent team, out of the hotel — they deserve to work somewhere that actually reflects their level of service. Apart from the breakfast team, everything was a complete disappointment. The service was terrible, the overall experience was extremely frustrating, and the hotel was nowhere near the standard you would expect. What makes this experience even more disappointing is that I have been a Platinum member since 2015. After so many years of loyalty, I never expected to receive an experience like this. I genuinely regret choosing this hotel for my family. What was supposed to be a relaxing family stay turned into a complete nightmare. If you are travelling with your family, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere. I would never stay here again. I felt sorry for my little ones 🥺🥺🥺🥺

5-star staff! We ate at the Lebanese restaurant and Wael was incredibly kind and helpful. The same goes for Yara by the pool and Adel by the French Grill restaurant. The hospitality was impeccable and they kept attention to any guests’ needs. Congrats!!

Having traveled to Thailand many times, I rarely find Thai food abroad that truly captures its authentic flavors. Birdcage was a wonderful surprise in Samiramis. Every dish was beautifully presented specially the beef salad omg as well as the shrimp Kunafa. The warm hospitality and elegant atmosphere made the experience even better. If you’re looking for authentic Thai cuisine, Birdcage is one of the closest experiences you’ll find outside Thailand. Highly recommended!

A special thank you to Mr. Amr, who handled every detail with professionalism and efficiency. He made the entire planning process hassle-free, helping us organize everything in just one visit and a few phone calls. He was always available to answer our questions promptly, and his organization and dedication made all the difference. On the day of the wedding, Mr. Ahmed and Mr. Emad ensured that everything ran smoothly and professionally. Their attention to detail and excellent coordination allowed us to relax and truly enjoy the celebration. The food was outstanding—delicious, beautifully presented, and enjoyed by all our guests. A special shoutout to the chef for the exceptional menu and presentation. Our guests had a wonderful time, and everyone went home happy. Thank you to the entire team for making my daughter's wedding such a beautiful and memorable occasion. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone planning a special event!
