Beautiful First Stay in Egypt This was our first stay in Egypt, and overall we had a pleasant experience. The Nile view was beautiful, and the location was very nice. A special thanks to Rahma Breakfast Restaurant, Malak ( Thanks for offering drinks ) from Guest Relations, and Mahmood from the Pool Bar for their friendly service and hospitality. They made us feel welcomed. There were a few small areas that could be improved. Since we booked the room for 3 Adults,the room should have been prepared with the extra bed and coffee cups, towels like bathrooms & slippers amenities for 3 people. We also experienced some communication issues regarding the discount benefits. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and appreciate the team’s efforts. With a little more attention to guest preferences and communication, the experience could be even better.

Unforgettable Birthday Celebration at Holiday Inn! I recently stayed at the Holiday Inn to celebrate my wife’s birthday, and it was truly an exceptional experience from start to finish! A big thank you to Mr. Karim from the reservation team for making the booking process smooth and welcoming. A very special shoutout and heartfelt thanks go to Ms. Alaa for the incredible room preparations. She completely made our day! The wonderful vibes and personal touches she put into the setup made our celebration unforgettable. We are so grateful for her hospitality and attention to detail. Thank you for making my wife’s birthday so special—this will definitely not be our last visit!

Very happy with the experience at this hotel, the view is just breathtaking, the rooms are newly renovated and modern. The staff is very welcoming, specially Mr Waleed at the reception. Definitely will consider this hotel for my next visit to Cairo inshallaah. The only drawback is the depth of the pool, not kids friendly, not even friendly for many adults, as the depth is 1.7 meter
