We just arrived at the hotel. Wow amazing friendly and helpful staff. Great rooms and amazing view on the river. Lounge offers execllent fruit drinks and delicious food. The perfect start of our stay in Egypt. Thanks so much for the amazing welcome. We loved it from the first moment. One of the best Hiltons I have been. It is a traditional hotel, so no alcohol. Lot of fruity drinks, we don't miss it.

It looks nice hotel but only from the outside. rooms are quite old in style and facilities. Everything squeaks and there is bad insulation in the room. The receptionist was rude not only once but twice. They charged my card for the room insurance fee, but will never refund it. You can keep chasing them between reception, accounting, and payment teams with no outcome. Quite an inconvenient process and much wasted time.

Great location and fantastic views! Rooms are a little outdated and could do with some more cleanliness but in general we had a good stay. Breakfast buffet was wonderful with plenty of options to choose from, everything delicious! We also booked a massage and enjoyed the spa! Staff were very nice.
