One of the finest places I’ve ever stayed is Four Seasons Cairo. I’m truly happy with my stay it was my first time here, and it definitely won’t be my last. I’d also like to express my sincere appreciation and gratitude to Ms. Nijar She played a huge part in making my stay so special and memorable. Sending lots of love from Kuwait to Cairo. 🤍

Our stay at the Four Seasons Cairo was exceptional from beginning to end. Of course, the hotel itself is beautiful—the room with its balcony overlooking Cairo, the Nile, and even the Pyramids was simply breathtaking. The pool area was a wonderful place to relax, and every restaurant we visited offered excellent food and a great atmosphere. What impressed me most, however, was the staff. I have stayed in many excellent hotels around the world, but the level of hospitality here was truly remarkable. Every member of the staff was genuinely warm, attentive, and eager to help. It never felt forced or scripted—it felt authentic. They anticipated needs, paid attention to the smallest details, and consistently made us feel valued as guests. This experience reminded me that outstanding service is not about luxury alone, but about how people make you feel. I left inspired to bring this level of customer care into my own professional life. Thank you to the entire Four Seasons team for making our stay so memorable.
I only stopped here for a refresher and some drinks at the lounge. As expected the staff and the property were incredible. The location is too crowded but I imagine the view from the rooms is great.
I thought a lot before writing this review to be honest . First of all I will talk about the positives , the hotel is really luxurious with amazing location . The staff are really helpful and friendly and they weren’t looking for any tips unlike other hotels in Cairo . The rooms are spacious . Now I will talk about my experience ( hence the 3 stars I rated the hotel out of 5 ) I booked from a lovely Saudi application called Almatar in which I was given the choice to change the hotel anytime even just before the check in with no fee . So the receptionist gave me the details about the hotel / breakfast time / location of the facilities and then I was comfortable enough to check in . When I did so he just informed me that there is a construction work daily from 10 am to 6 pm ( my room was in the 19 th floor ) and I was reassured that the noice isn’t too bad at all and nobody complained about it . So I lost the chance to change the hotel or even the room , I asked about the possibility of changing the room to a lower floor to avoid the noise by my request was rejected . Anyways we spent the night in the that room then at 9:12 am the construction work started and was really loud in which we could sleep at all . I went to the reception and I asked them to change her the room ( I recorded a video of the noise and showed them ) but they said it’s not too bad and we don’t have another room … I contacted Almatar application and explained to them what happened then after 10 minutes I was told that I was upgraded to a superior room with a balcony ( nile view ) on the 12 th floor . I was really thrilled that at least I can avoid the noise . We went to the room and the noise was still there but better in fairness, however I could the cars horn on the street and the motor bikes noise too so noise from above and below 🙂. Anyways I tried not to bother as I was on vacation but sleeping wasn’t easy at night really . There was no warning or notification in regard to the construction work otherwise I wouldn’t complain much . Also I was surprised that the hotel lobby is tiny and always full . But overall apart from the noise the hotel is well recommended and I was told that it will be there for another 6 months minimum .
Came here for a business trip, service was good but not quite the magical 4 seasons that we have experienced world wide. Room was fine but felt dated and in need of modernisation. Amenities were ok but not high end. Beds as usual super duper comfortable. Breakfast was tasty, exotic and beautifully done. There was quite a noticeable smell of smoke throughout the building and this invaded the room as well which is unpleasant at night when trying to sleep. Lots of security at the entrance, bags have to be scanned. Overall a good 4 seasons and worth a stay when in Cairo.
