We had a pleasant stay at City View Palace Hotel. The location is excellent, close to Tahrir Square and major attractions like the Egyptian Museum. The staff were friendly and helpful, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was good. Overall, it’s a great value for money and I would recommend it to anyone visiting Cairo.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly welcoming, friendly, and always ready to help. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The location is perfect, close to everything while still being peaceful and relaxing. The service exceeded our expectations, and the overall atmosphere made our vacation truly special. We would definitely come back again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great experience☺️☺️
We are from Morocco. We had a wonderful experience at this hotel. I want to thank all the staff for their warm welcome. Everything was excellent and up to the standard we expected. Everything was clean and well organized. I recommend you visit it, you will like it a lot, and we will definitely come back again.
Terrible hotel — I do not recommend it at all. It feels like a complete scam. I booked 4 nights for my parents and me, with 3 single beds. We arrived around midnight and immediately noticed the hotel is located on a very dirty, narrow street. Even worse, when we got to our room, there was only one bed instead of three. When I asked reception, they told me they didn’t have the correct room available that night but promised to find a solution the next morning. Unfortunately, after breakfast the next day, they still had no solution. We decided to cancel the remaining nights. The hotel only wanted to refund us in cash and even asked us to cancel the booking ourselves — likely to avoid being reported on the platform. On top of that, they charged us the full price for a “3-bed room” while giving us a terrible room with just one bed. I strongly advise against staying here. It’s much safer to book with a well-known international hotel. We moved to a Hyatt afterward, and everything went perfectly for the rest of our stay.
It is a nice hotel in the downtown in convenient location. Rooms are good with less service. No complimentary water, but provision shops are there to buy water in cheap prize. Very average breakfast no extra tea also ignored. Very commercial. We can't get 2 cups of tea. Staffs are nice. We can expect a budget stay with neat and clean rooms.
