Azal Pyramids Hotel

We had a wonderful experience at Azal Hotel, but we would especially like to mention Menna. ❤️ She was incredibly friendly, warm, kind, and helpful. Her genuine smile, positive energy, and thoughtful attention made us feel truly welcome and special throughout our stay. People like Menna are a real asset to a hotel and make a big difference to the guest experience. She is definitely one of the reasons we will remember our stay in Cairo so fondly. It’s a bit far from the pyramids, but the rooms were cleaner than I expected. There is a lot of noise outside, though I guess there's not much to be done about that. The breakfast obviously doesn't compare to a Turkish breakfast, but it was decent enough. The hotel staff are very friendly and welcoming. I would recommend it.

Our experience was very disappointing. At the pizzeria, we were given conflicting information about the offer advertised on the first floor, which stated that there was a pizza menu or a burger menu. The manager’s rude attitude was so unpleasant that we were close to leaving the table without eating. We are surprised by the positive reviews about him, as our experience was very negative. The room was old and dirty. The bathroom also needed renovating: it was outdated and had a fabric shower curtain. In addition, the terrace door would not close properly. As positive points, there was complimentary water, instant coffee, and tea. However, although the dirty towels were taken away, they were not replaced. The towels that were available also had stains, so we had to check them carefully before using them. The breakfast buffet did not offer much variety, especially compared with the wonderful and varied breakfast buffet we experienced on our Nile cruise. Overall, both the service and the condition of the facilities need significant improvement.

They were always friendly, professional, and attentive. Their excellent service made our holiday even more enjoyable. The food was absolutely delicious, and the service was exceptional in every way. We truly appreciated all of their hard work and dedication. Thank you for making our stay so memorable. We will gladly recommend this hotel to our friends and family, and we hope to come back again.
