Daintree Rainforest And Cape Tribulation Day Tour From Cairns

Got to see some amazing sites and our driver was excellent at describing what we were seeing and what we were about to see, a very full, but very great day.

adrian hazel was great full of information,great stories, even with a group who hardly spoke a word of english,he had endless patience .top trip we did mossman gorge aswell as daintree and cape tribulation.

Cristo was an excellent driver and guide. He kept everyone engaged in lively conversation and also provided a lot of comic relief. We also got a little more history on Cairns and Australia.

Cisco was engaging the entire tour. We had scheduled times we were able to keep Would definitely recommend he and the tour.

Adrian Hazel was our guide His very engaging stories and knowledge of the plants, animals and history of the Daintree rainforest made the day extremely interesting. A variety of activities and a super lunch, refreshment breaks were included. It is a long day , but worth the trip.

We saw so much and were so lucky, our driver/guide was extremely knowledgeable and informative. We learned at lot about Australian culture, plants, animals, history and geography all while visiting wonderful sites

Our driver and guide, Daniel was very knowledgeable and enjoyed sharing it with enthusiasm and humour. The lunch and other refreshments were lovely. We felt privileged to be able to share in this.

Reece was a great guide, knowledgable and personable, and he really went above and beyond to make sure we got great pictures! The experience itself was brilliant and although on the expensive side was well worth the money, would highly recommend!

Our tour guide, Scott, was informative and fun -- a great story teller! We enjoyed the morning tea and afternoon ice cream the most. The barramundi at lunch was good too. Each experience on the tour was beautiful. The only reason our "value for money" rating is at a 4 is because it would have been nice to have more time at Mossman gorge and Alexandra Lookout, even by 5 minutes.

Fantastic day. Saw Crocs, lizards and a cassowary. Food was great at the Hereti hotel and the miasma gorge was amazing. Thanks to our guide, Scott, for a wealth of information and good humour

Well done. A lot of time riding the bus but that's unavoidable to see and do everything on the itinerary. The food and ice cream was very good. Christi was a great humorous guide! I think it would be better to do an independent tour if you have a car, but if not, I can't imagine a company could provide a better service than what we received. We recommend.

Reece, our driver, tour manager, storyteller and expert guide, made the visit into the depths of North Queensland a true pleasure. With his detailed knowledge and sense of humour every step of the day-long tour of crocodile rivers, rainforest and shorelines became a memorable experience. The food stops were high quality and at no time did it become enjoyable. I highly recommend taking this tour.

We went on this trip today. The trip was fascinating and made even better by Reece our tour guide. Reece’s approach made the tour bespoke showing the wildlife and the plants. His commentary was fun and engaging. We’d highly recommend this tour to anyone staying in Cairns or Port Douglas.

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed this tour of the Daintree rainforest. We really enjoyed our tour guide, Daniel, who is extremely knowledgeable about the rainforest, He also had a great sense of humor. I would highly recommend this tour.

I booked this last minute after I spent a day vomiting on a great barrier reef tour ... and loved it! The crocodile tour was great. Everything was absolutely stunning, especially cape tribulation. Lunch as excellent. It's a very long day but worth it.

Awful!! You have to make a phone call (so archaic in 2026) because they don’t answer e-mails or WhatsApp ( international internet plan no calls included…) for hotel pick up. Then the guide so called David very unrespectfully throw me the earphones because “I don’t speak English” and needed the audioguide so said “Spanish” and from a long distance throw those like sayin’ I don’t care, why did you came if you don’t speak English (same with the French guy) Anyways we spend years talking about fruits and berries, this guy talks too much, I felt that I was @ secondary school instead of enjoying the nature around. The guy, so smart but just speaks English!!!… he should try to learn another languages. The visits are of 5 minutes, the Coffee brake awful coffee tastes like dirty water, time wasted. The Restaurant selected for luch super hot inside even with the fans on. This is the worst tour in Australia so far…

Had a full day tour with Scott across Mossman Gouge, Daintree rainforest and Cape Tribulation. Scott was so funny, informative and sensitive about his experiences with the original owners of the land (Kuku Yalanji people). It was a long day but Scott and the tour was organized efficiently with a good time given for each stop and for pictures. The lunch at On The Turps in Daintree, was set in the picturesque rainforest and was absolutely delicious. Highly recommend this tour for the wonderful anecdotes with Scott, the yummy food by locals and for the easy-going, yet picturesque tour!

Daniel is a great guide, as informative as he is entertaining. As with many tours the visits to the sites are a bit brief, but a great tour to get to know an area.

Nice experience, Daniel is really good guide, good at showing interesting rainforest creatures lol. Nice food as well.

David was an excellent excellent storyteller and was a entertaining guide. We learned about the flora and fauna, history of the area and many other subjects while we took in the beautiful landscape of Australia. The tour was well organised.

Our Guide today was Daniel, who was friendly, very knowledgeable, informative and entertaining. We visited wonderful sites, including a beautiful area of rain forest with a stream running through it, and then the Daintree River where we saw several crocodiles from a boat with another guide, then a beach where the rain forest comes down to the sea. Refreshments, lunch, and ice cream with local ingredients were fun to taste and delicious, but not overemphasized. We felt glad to have the chance to see and learn as much as we did. There were about 20 people and some spoke other languages like German and Italian and were able to hear a translation. The tour went from 7am to 5:30 pm, and involved a long drive, but Daniel, explained interesting history and stories about Cairns and the suburbs and countryside which made it quite enjoyable.

Had a fabulous time, picked up just round the corner from our hotel in a comfortable bus built on top of a lorry chassis. I’m 6’2” and had plenty of room. Explored the rainforest, sailed the river to see crocodiles small and very large. Fabulous lunch a snack breaks. Informative entertaining if slightly unhinged guide (Andy Hazel) who made the whole trip memorable. I would highly recommend.
