We had an exceptional time snorkeling the Great Barrier Reef. Our guides, Cisco and Nichole were knowledgeable and quite friendly. They took & shared underwater go pro pics with us which was really cool. The flight over the Great Barrier Reef was also amazing - stunningly beautiful.
It was really nice to see a part of the Great Barrier Reef!! The guides took us on a boat and explained what we needed to do before we went snorkeling. It took around an hour to get to the snorkeling place and then it was 1,5 hours in the water and another hour back. Unfortunately, I got sea sick and had to go back to the boat early but the guides and staff were super kind and helpful about it. And even though I couldn’t see everything there was to see, I still had a great experience! My flight was unfortunately cancelled due to the weather, but the experience for snorkeling was really cool and the guides took pictures of everyone!
This was a PERFECT experience. Reef adventures snorkeling was amazing. It is easy to see the crew loves what they do. Their energy and level of care and knowledge makes for a wonderful day of snorkeling! A fantastic playlist was played on the boat, with requests added from guests to and from the snorkeling site. The snorkeling on the reef was beautiful!!!! The crew seamlessly adapted to the snorkel level of each guest. All information and need to know things were explained well. Daintree Air Services with the flight was stunning! Their customer service is unparalleled! The pick-up and drop off was excellent. A pilot came in uniform and the moment he got out of the car you knew he enjoyed his job! They are incredibly warm and welcoming. The views from the sky are out of this world beautiful and the pilot did an excellent job making sure everyone got amazing views on either side. I can't same enough good things. Book!!! It will leave you with lifelong memories.
We had a great time at both the snorkeling and the flight afterwards. The guides for snorkeling were fun, informative and had a great playlist. They also very patiently explained how to snorkel for beginners which was the first time I’d ever seen a tour company take the time. The ride out on the boat was about 50 minutes but the scenery was so beautiful the time flew by. The water was a bit rough but we saw lots of colorful fish and coral. The flight afterwards (it was in a small plane) was fantastic. There were 7 of us and each had a window. The pilot went over sites a couple of times so each side of the plane could get pictures and videos.
