Bungy Jump Experience At Skypark Cairns By Aj Hackett

I might be biased, being a bit of an adrenalin-junkie, but this was truly awesome, would highly recommend the bungy jump experience to anyone visiting Cairns and the surrounding area. Super friendly staff, and I felt really safe and supported the whole time (yes, even plummeting 50m through the air!). It's worth getting the photo package as well, even if it seems a little expensive.

Amazing experience. Staff are welcoming and supportive. Only downside is the public transport option, especially going out of the area, Difficult to get a cab.

Nice facilities, went on a sat and queue times were very small. Mina was great, very informative and helped me understand everything I could do and was doing. Even waiters for me and I get back in the bus home .

Fantastic experience from start to finish. Came as a group for a bucks party, and had excellent communication over email to book the event and discuss what would best suit our needs. Then very professional and well ran organisation on the day, no complaints at all!

Booked a jump online. It was fast and easy. They even picked you up from your hostel/hotel/ airbnb. We were the first ones to arrive, checked in and waited for 20mins because we arrived early. They open at 10am. It's nerve wracking before you jump but once you jump whoooo~ enjoy the experience and adrenaline rush. I did 2 jumps both are exciting. Would love to do it again in the near future.

Stunning bungee location, harmoniously enclosed by the rain forest listed in the UNESCO world heritage. Moreover, from the deck we get an amazing view over the Ocean that makes the bungee jumps easy! This extremely professional team is very kind and patient. They offer an extensive jump menu that thrill both rookies and experienced jumpers. The equipment is top notch and the bungee cords offer very smooth free falls and gentle rebounds. The "run and jump" from the roof is unique, with good distance to really run! Out of the 32 locations I visited in 20 countries so far, this is among my favorite! Just go for it!

Did the swing with my 7 year old granddaughter. I also did Walk the plank which was anazing. The views are awesome from up there. Both were Exhilarating. All tje staff were friendly, patient and helpful.

Awesome afternoon at the bungee. The whole family came along some did a bungee some a swing others just watched the fun with a beer. Great multigenerational fun. Beautiful location in the rainforest. The view is amazing from the top even if you don't jump. Lot quicker going down if you do!

What an awesome environment! I had an absolute blast at this place and it has the most pleasant and friendliest staff imaginable. I'm a solo traveller and paid a visit on my own the first day which was immensely exhilarating! Sadly, the video footage on my jump was lost, yet they offered me back for a free jump the following day, which I so happily obliged to! The second day I bonded with a few folk on the free transfer over which added to my second experience and the excitement of it all. We were on such a high after the first jump that we all decided to go again and give a different jump a try, of which the price decreases every time and seemed like great value in my opinion. Overall, I can't recommend this place enough and it's both a place to feel safe and to indulge in a wild thrill for solos, friends, or families, of which you easily bond with over the mutual hype! Thanks so much for an epic time!

It was an awesome experience. Giant swing was cool. Poop ya pants at first drop then not so bad after second swing. Now the Bungee jump. Man standing at the top was looked so high. It took me a little time to jump. But the staff at the top were so awesome. I'm 54 and can say I've bungee jumped. Thanks Skypark Cairns and the awesome professional staff.

Service was excellent. Instructions are clear. Team is very quick to get you up there. The viewing platform from below is great. The bar area is sick! Views are magical from up top. Would love to go back at night time and do a jump. Running off the platform is like nothing else, you just have to do it! No negatives just an all round great experience. Will be back for sure!

Absolutely loved the experience of my first bungee jump. All the staff were brilliant - from Aaron picking me up right at my hostel and the reception staff to the lads up on the tower who are clear in communication and a bit of craic too. The venue for the jump is stunning and it was such an unforgettable thrill. I'd always wanted to do a bungee and delighted I gave it a go while in Cairns. Paid extra for the GoPro video and it turned out great. I went on my own and was picked up right outside the hostel which was perfect.

The most exciting experience you can have in Cairns, extremely hard to describe how increible it is. Highly recommended.

Courtesy bus picks you up from Cairns and drives you in. All the staff were very friendly, relaxed and helpful. I was the second jump of the day and the team made me feel safe and eager to go for it! It does seem scary at first, but as the only one of its kind in Australia it is so worth doing if you’re here!

Something fun and extreme for everyone! Kids had so much fun. Staff were exceptional! Especially Kelly the manager. She made sure the whole family had a safe and super fun experience!

The view from the tower is amazing. Even the setting at the base of the bungy tower was surreal! You walk into an open foyer with a bar at the end, which has a deck extension with an incredible view of the tower and the pond backed by a jungle waterfall. Jumping off the roof is optional, and provides more freedom for those looking to mix things up. The bar is well stocked and gives liquid courage for the faint-of-heart. It is never a dull day when jumping off a bungy tower.

What an experience. Very well supervised and everything. A big shout out to the staff upstairs for the jump esp Jack. Funny amazing guy. When you are nervous before your first ever jump, Jack is the kind of the person you wanna talk to. A bit expensive. $150 for a jump including the video, would be a fair thing. Other than that 5 star exp. Def going back.

Very nice activities the staff is very friendly they are very patient ask questions make the convo explain everything clearly beside the fact that we can’t bring our own camera you can ask someone else in the one who are not jumping to film for you and it’s not overcrowded

I feel like they need to expand their parking lot, as it was hard to find a spot. The views however were absolutely breathtaking, and the staff were friendly and accessible. Obviously when I bungy jumped, I was absolutely petrified, but it was a great experience. The swing I liked a lot more though

Amazing experience!! Friendly staff, clean facilities. Any one not jumping can sit and have a beer or soft drink while watching. Beautiful gardens, Highly recommend.

Absolutely fantastic. This is a cool enough place just with the activities you do. Made even better by the staff. The two boys up the top were fantastic. Shai needs a raise. Make that girl a manager. She has so much knowledge and passion. Nothing was too much for the staff. They went out of their way for us. Alicia on the desk was so kind and accommodating with everything we asked. Best money spent in a long time.

Even-though I only got to the end of the deck and didn’t jump, John and Clayton were incredible! So helpful and understanding! Just need to come back and do it again!!

It was just too good. Jack and Shai are the best! They just take you through your jump effortlessly! Too sweet and brilliant at their job! Rafter Bau also deserves a lot of love. Hands down 5 stars.

Would highly recommend the experience, despite the fact that reality suddenly kicks in when standing on the platform 50mtrs. up!!!! Instructors are patient, professional, reassuring and you do feel safety is paramount before you jump!! Do it!!! Such a buzz when its over!! You'd go up and do it again!

We come to Cairns every year and this time there’s ad popped up and we saw that we can do Bundy, jumping and giant swinging in the same place. People are very friendly easy to book. Pricing is reasonable. Staff is very friendly. We have an autistic son who was helping with our filming and the staff was very nice to come out and check on him while we were up doing the bungy jump and giant swing. Just note that the time they gave you to jump or swing is not the actual time you swing and jump is that allocate time for the whole group so if your group is large, you will be waiting longer so plan extra time for waiting for the event. We are glad we did it. It wasn’t too busy at the time which was great. The environment was beautiful and you get amazing views from the top. I must do while in Cairns. 👍

Do it! Just bloody do it! The staff here are beyond amazing! They are courteous, friendly amazing humans! Once you leave that platform it’s so good! Yes it’s a bit scary getting your feet off the platform but holly cow amazing!

Great atmosphere, great service, friendly staff, funny. And most of all At no point was it all pressured. So much fun would definitely spend more time there next Time and try different entrys.
