Amazing trip, once in a lifetime, would 100% recommend if visiting Cairns. The views were stunning and the pilot was knowledgeable about the reef and the Cairns area. The flight was smooth and felt very safe. The staff at reception were very friendly and accommodating.

Amazing helicopter ride with a fantastic pilot Leo. Unfortunately we did not understand the parking situation which resulted in us getting a parking fine😭 We would definitely go again and recommend this to everyone!

This is a once in a lifetime and best way to experience the Great Barrier Reef. It is worth the cost for the amazing and otherworldly views! Julio, our pilot, was not only skilled at flying but also a wealth of knowledge concerning the area. We felt very safe and at ease allowing us to enjoy the experience even more.

We did the 30-minute Reef Scenic Flight with our family and it was absolutely incredible. Seeing the Great Barrier Reef from the air was something we’ll never forget. The colours of the reef and ocean were stunning, and the views were breathtaking from start to finish. The staff were friendly and professional, making us feel comfortable and safe throughout the experience. My wife, kids and I all loved it, and it was definitely one of the highlights of our trip to Cairns. If you’re looking for a unique way to experience the reef, I highly recommend this scenic flight. It’s worth every cent and creates memories that will last a lifetime

We had the most amazing experience with pilot Julio ( I hope we have spelled that correctly). We did not expect a private tour when we booked!! Our little helicopter (think Budgie) was all glass so 360° views! Green Island and the reefs were stunning, the colours blew us away but the landing on a sand bank in the middle of the reef was just the icing on the cake! From the welcome at the Zoom offices, to the professionalism, smooth flight, amazing knowledge and kind words, thank you Julio and the team for memories we WILL NEVER FORGET! This is a tour not to be missed from Cairns!! Worth every dollar!! Arrived at the site and welcomed into the offices, offered complimentary drinks and then onto paperwork!! Arrived early and went out early due to no tour before us. Jaques was our pilot and he was amazing offering us a lot of local information the whole of the flight! Views from the Sky Crystal Clear and The Great Barrier Reef didn’t disappoint and ticked off the visited list!! Short 30minute flight wished it could have last longer but used every minute of that in the sky. We were very fortunate it was just us on the tour so that was a lovely surprise. Cannot thank the whole team for a great experience from start to finish!!

We took the 30 minute tour over the Great Barrier Reef with Hayley. The scenery was amazing and Hayley had great facts about the area. She answered all our questions. The weather was not cooperating early in the day but they worked with us to make the trip possible. They were very professional with all the safety requirements and made us very comfortable as first time flyers.

It truly is an amazing experience. You will get a birds eye view of the great barrier reefs. Staff is knowledgeable and great to work with.

This was a phenomenal bucket list experience. As a photographer, this was the reason that my friend (who is also a photographer) and I took this flight and it didn't disappont. We came early to beat the afternoon thunderstorms and from the time we arrived the team was very friendly and accommodating. Our pilot Hailey was fantastic and high-spirited which is needed on a tour of this magnitude. The views were fantastic as Hailey was giving us good commentary and answering all of our questions. The only thing we didn't like is having to come back to land back at Cairns Airport but I'll let them off with this one

Staff were friendly and super patient & knowledgeable. The ride was smooth, Jack, our pilot was super safe and shared a lot about the Reef. Noon was the perfect time, the water was super clear and smooth allowing for great photos of the Reef. Highly recommend!

Fantastic trip in a helicopter out over the reef. The ease that you can see turtles and string rays is amazing. Great commentary from the Pilot as well. Throughly recommend it to anyone.

Based at Cairns Airport, it’s easy to get to , 15 minute taxi ride from Cairns waterfront. very responsive to emails or queries which is most helpful when you’re booking ahead. We thoroughly enjoyed our flight. He took us out over the reef and even landed on a small Sunbank for a minute or two then took off again, we hadn’t expected this! Very well organised and nice people.

The experience was brilliant from start to finish. Check in with safety brief then introduction to the pilot. Everything was explained well, with necessary checks before take off, smooth take off and flight. Great explanations of what we could see and about the Great Barrier Reef. The 30 mins went so quick.

Wow wow wow….. so incredible!! The owner was amazing! They were sooo flat out with a cruise ship coming in.. we weren’t treated as a number, we were a guest and the hospitality was outstanding! The view from the helicopter is breathtaking, nothing like we have ever seen!! If you are worried about the budget, make room for this!!

We did our first helicopter experience with Zoom. We really had the best time. Was a truly amazing experience. Chris was our instructor and I would highly recommend him. Was a brilliant trip and saw some amazing scenes. Highly recommended this company.

We got off the ship and hopped aboard our zoom helicopter for a ride over the reef. It was a great adventure. There was a full safety briefing and it was clear that this company knows what they are doing. We did a 30 minute ride which was plenty for us. Much better to book directly rather than do a ship excursion where everything is marked up. It was easy to get an uber there and back to the ship.

Professional from the moment we walked into the air conditioned office and enjoyed a complimentary soft drink, through the safety briefing given by Hayley. Through to Niels skillful piloting and description of the wonders below…. Rays and seals were visible from 500ft.

I was terrified of doing this at first, but I am SO glad I did! The helicopter is small, but it felt fine when we were up there. The views you see are views that are impossible to see unless you're in a helicopter. Just book it!!! My sister and I were pleasantly surprised with our experiences, and Brendan was super knowledgeable and made us feel safe. Would 100% do it again.

I loved this tour! It was one of the best things we did during our Australia vacation. The view of the reef is stunning, and the owner was so accommodating! I saw a sea turtle and a stingray from the sky, which was so cool! And we touched down on a small sandbank, allowing us to get a bit closer to the reef. 10/10 recommend!

Amazing experience! Warmly welcomed by Chris the owner who could not have gone more out of his way to make our day enjoyable and memorable. The pilot then took us over the reef where we saw incredible views of the reefs and green island with great commentary about the locations as well. The helicopter is only small (3 passengers), it was just myself and a friend on our trip which made it very private and personal. Highly recommend!! At the end, Chris even gave us a free ride to our next destination which goes to show how passionate he is about customer service.
