Sea Change Beachfront Apartments

Great place with nice rooms and great location near restaurants. Nice pool with a grill area for entertainment. Very friendly staff. I would definitely stay here again.

Not 5 star accommodation. 3.5 at best and that's only because the beach is 40 metres from the apartments and it has a nice pool area and the offer of a free hire car for duration of stay. Definately not value for money and we wouldn't stay again nor recommend it to others. The apartments are way past time for a renovation, especially the kitchens. We ended up requesting to change apartments because the first one was disgusting. Built-up dirt, grease and grime, stains on curtains (blood) and furniture, quilt covers, cushion. Inside of window runners had dead flies and mounds of dirt (looked like years of buildup). Kitchen cupboards needing repair. Air con not working properly and sounded like a jet engine taking off. Dirty floors/ rugs; shower screens not closing properly and we had thread bare and holey towels. Fluorescent lights flickering and light/fan switch coming off wall. Our second apartment wasn't as bad, but still cleanliness was an issue. Also, having sunken living room/and or bedrooms, as well as shower over bath would make it difficult for people with mobility difficulties. Security is not good. Even though there is an undercover garage the security door is broken and constantly open. There is a pin code on the pedestrian entrance, but the drive way has no gate so people can just come in and wonder around anywhere and access all floors because of the open nature of the building and lift. Even though apartments are privately owned, there should be a standard across all and that's not there. We stayed for one month, which was a considerable amount of money and we certainly didn't get value for that. The staff were apologetic and did try to be helpful, but It really put a dampener on our much anticipated long awaited holiday.

This is our first time to tropical North Queensland, Trinity beach was a great central spot and sea change apartments were just fantastic, large apartments that had wonderful beach views, the local restaurants are some of the best food we have had and we are from Melbourne! 'Shelli' at front reception was extremely helpful and friendly, providing plenty of hints and tips on local eateries and tours. Thank-you, we look forward to seeing you again!

An absolutely brilliant place to stay. Beautiful huge clean apartments right in front of the tranquil Trinity Beach. Customer service was above our expectations. We had booked a 3 bedroom sea view apartment however prior to our arrival the apartment had air conditioning issues so we were allocated a 4 bedroom apartment which was lovely. My wife was a little disappointed that we didn't have a full sea view and the reception staff allocated us a beautiful 2 bedroom seaview apartment for 1 night whilst still being able to utilise the 4 bedroom apartment as well. Due to the inconvenience they also allowed us to receive a late checkout. Sometimes things happen but the customer service we received was above and beyond. Don't look elsewhere, you'll absolutely love The Sea Change Apartments, will definitely be back, thank you for making our family holiday a memorable one🙏
