We loved our stay here. Our room is big, clean and has great beach view. It a a good value for 1 bedroom suite with a separate living and dining area. The location is very convenient to the beach, cafes, restaurants and night life.

Thank you to Leslie, Reception Staff, House keeping staff. Another enjoyable week . We feel very much at home with our Oceanview Suite. Been some years now. Look forward to August 72 to coming home to the Cairns Plaza Hotel. This hotel is impeccably kept, so convenient to eateries, strolls along the seafront and the warmest of staff, Thank you Ian. 85 years old

Our room was very spacious. 3 beds. A king? And two singles. A kitchenette with microwave and mini fridge. Ensuite with shower and toilet. Balcony. Close proximity to Cairns CBD and Cairns Airport. Opposite Muddies. Was quiet. Only heard noise from other louder guests in lobby twice. Limited off-street parking when we arrived but otherwise would be some. Off-street parking also available. Our room unfortunately did have a pungent odour. Likened to cat urine and smoke. TV streaming was a bit slow using the supplied wifi. Overall good experience but with odour eliminated and faster internet to watch shows without buffering would have rated higher.

Cairns plaza hotelnis a 3 star hotel but I would rate as 4 star definately. Very clean, stuff is friendly. Thannks to Lyv, the receptionist, she has been amazing and very helpful! Makes guests really feel welcome:) one negative thing only are the matresses are very uncomfortable. But if needed I will definately come back to Cairns Plaza hotel again. See review

Our stay at the Plaza Hotel was wonderful. We were lucky enough to stay in a suite, the views were beautiful, and the room was spotless and fully equipped to enjoy a few days of relaxation. Everything is extremely clean, and the staff are very kind, with a special mention to Lucas at reception, who helped us with everything we needed. The pool is beautiful and peaceful. We had a fantastic experience and will definitely be back. Highly recommended for your visit to Cairns.
