Pullman Palm Cove Sea Temple Resort And Spa

I came here with my family for a holiday here and it was very good. The staff is nice and the buffet breakfast is DELICIOUS!😋 The rooms were clean and comfy and the restaurant at the hotel was very good food. We stayed here at our 3rd time in Palm Cove and it was so much better than the place we usually stay. This definitely deserves to be a five star hotel.

We stayed in Villa 111 - 3 bedroom with private plunge pool during Winter in 2026 booked through Accor. Overall we enjoyed our stay, however I do not believe this hotel should be classed as 5 star by Accor. We are also undecided about whether we would return to this property. Pros: Our Villa was ready for early check in and a friendly porter helped to carry bags; Villa 111 was very clean and spacious with daily servicing; Villa 111 was probably the best villa for privacy; Pullman staff were all consistently friendly and helpful; Location - we loved the short walk to shops and beach; Liked the breaky and pool side service; Liked the kids activities like the animal encounters; Gardens were lovely and nice family atmosphere. Cons: The only heated pool in the hotel was lap pool so on shady or cooler days the whole hotel is in one pool during winter. Villa 111 plunge pool was not heated. We were told different things by staff “none of the Villa pools are heated” then we were told they were “waiting for a part” and it was a “priority” but the issue was not fixed during our long stay. The private Villa pool was shady most of the day so we did not swim in it at all as the water was too cold. Villa 111 dishwasher needs replacing as the rack inside is rusty - seems to be an issue across Villas/apartments. Villa 111 had no bottle opener or corkscrew - Accor should provide private owners a list of “minimum” kitchen utensils so there is some basic items for travellers. Overall we enjoyed the privacy of the Villa, we just wish we knew the private pool was not heated and there was only one hotel pool that was heated in winter.

We stayed in the private apartments. Rooms are very nice and well appointed. The Rooms are not serviced requiring self cleaning and rubbish removal on multi-day stays. We stayed in the pool front Rooms- incredible experience. Pools are amazing and resort facility overall very good. Exit directly to the beach and close enough to walk to the main parade in 5 minutes but also that little bit away to be a quieter space. Very family friendly with kids of all ages around. Dedicated kids pool and ice creams available onsite.

After having to leave a nearby property due to its poor condition, we walked into Sea Temple Palm Cove hoping they could help. From the moment we arrived, the service was exceptional. We stayed in a two bedroom fully self contained apartment which was spotless, spacious and very well appointed. While the grounds are starting to look a little dated in places, the accommodation itself was immaculate and extremely comfortable. A special thank you to Daniel, the Front Office Manager, who organised accommodation for our family at a great rate despite us arriving as walk ins. He was incredibly understanding, professional and genuinely helpful during what had been a stressful day. Melissa, the General Manager, also took the time to show us a selection of rooms and could not have been more welcoming or accommodating. Every member of staff we encountered was warm, friendly and went out of their way to make us feel welcome. We are so grateful for the team’s kindness and would happily stay here again. Highly recommended.
