We stayed at the Park Regis motel for a wèek . Not happy with the condition of the sheets on the bed. There was spots of blood on the sheets. We called room service, thay remade the bed with clean sheets. But for the fact that blood was on the sheets near the pillows , its very poor standed. Plus No wifi service at all , we asked every day but nothing was done to fix . On the second last day of our stay the room was not serviced at all. We never will be staying there ever again .
The rooms are well played out and spacious. Everything you need in the full kitchen including an air fryer. Will definitely stay here again.
Absolutely perfect! The place was spotless from the moment I walked in, and it's clear that cleanliness is a top priority. The staff were amazing—friendly, welcoming, professional, and always willing to help with a smile. They made the entire experience enjoyable and made us feel valued as a customer. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for excellent service in a clean and comfortable environment. I'll definitely be back!
Clean nice sized rooms. Both self contained and hotel like rooms available. Pool on level 7. Good walking distance to variety of cafes and shops and the esplanade
Good hotel for what you pay for. The look of the hotel is just average, only the roof and its view is good, if you end up staying there anyway. The rooms are really nice though and have almost everything you need - coffee, ironing equipment, fridge, tv etc. The balcony is also quite nice. It's a great location in the CBD as well. I spent $150 per night, but if you can increase budget a bit, I'd recommend Shangr-la or the Crystalbrooks. If you dont need much amenities in a room, just go for an Airbnb.
