Enjoyed our recent 10 day stay. Great location, staff, comfortable beds, very clean. It would not cost a lot to make rooms more inviting by providing some very basic items such as a decent tea towel, salt, pepper, small gladwrap & alfoil, small portion of cooking oil, basic cleaning spray. when travelling, you cannot take these items with you so it creates added expense to have to buy & leave. Also, not a fan of showers over the bath…inviting a mishap especially for older people. Would stay again but a few minor adjustments would make this more comfortable & inviting.

Just another tired over promoted, sub standard tourist trap. There's an aching feeling of neglect in the upkeep of the rooms evidenced in peeling paint, stained ceilings, ugly bath stains and just general exhaustion. The spa is not working because it is literally falling off its concrete foundations. Not a soft chair to sit on in the room. Drilled holes where previous who knows what were mounted on the wall. The bed is doing its best but unable to stop its sagging decline. Just no
Unfortunately, we had a bad experience at this hotel. The room was in terrible condition. Starting from the bathroom: the bathtub was peeling, and the showerhead and toilet paper holder were rusty. Furthermore, no shower gel was provided, so we had to go out and buy our own at a supermarket. The bed was very uncomfortable because the mattress was broken and sagged on one side. The sheets were also stained. We were only provided with one sheet and an old heavy wool blanket. On top of that, the heating was not present, so the room was quite cold. Also, it was difficult to get any help because the reception is only open for a few hours a day. We do not recommend this place at all.
Far from paradise on the beach. So they didn’t read our booking, we needed the extra bed made up and it wasn’t, so had to call them back after they knocked off to bring the sheets etc. Took about an hour. Majorly petty; we have an EV and plugged it in the car park. It was turned off twice by the staff, we turned it back on, before they finally put a padlock on the PowerPoint so it was unusable. They better get used to more EVs around the place. The apartments are old & tired. The floor was dirty, luckily they have a broom in there but no dustpan & brush to clear it up with. So just pushed the crap into a corner. The fire panel alarm kept beeping from 3am and woke me up on the first night. They provide no face washers, just bath towels, hand towels and floor mats. The surrounding bars/restaurants are loud (understandably) but also you can unfortunately hear all the creaks and squeaks of the water pipes from the neighbours whenever used. Not having a sink in the kitchenette, only in the bathroom, was also really annoying. Overall I wouldn’t recommend or stay here again. The obvious plus was the location.
Great location. Relaxed staff and environment. Having read some of the reviews written re noise and service….. noise was caused repeatedly by trucks outside the resort, so nothing they can do. Service, when you find a staffer, was outstanding. They know that they need to (and do) provide good customer service. Internet access by the pool was poor at best, so take a hot spot with you. Our biggest problem with this stay was the huge prices of anything to eat or drink in the immediate vicinity. Bring supplies, as some rooms have basic cooking facilities. Would I recommend this particular resort? Absolutely yes.
