This place is fantastic. The rooms are nice, and the views are gorgeous. We had the view over the river, it was stunning. It was also quiet, and clean, and very conveniently located. The staff were all fantastic, really friendly and very helpful. The facilities are also great, huge nice pool, everything you'd expect.
The Hilton Hotel in Cairns is absolutely stunning, with excellent room service and incredibly friendly, helpful staff. The hotel offers a great range of facilities, including a bar on the first floor, a beautiful pool, and a convenient parking garage. The rooms are comfortable, and the overall atmosphere is welcoming and relaxing. My only complaint is that the hotel does not organise many activities for guests, which would be a great addition to an otherwise fantastic stay.
Fantastic location right by the water. Very nice view from our room, across the city, and we can see the ocean and mountains. Nice balcony. Room is big enough. Room was quiet. Sleep quality very high. Air conditioning runs quietly on low. Some of the service is great. I got a text message when they didn't make up our room because they thought we didn't want it. To double-check if we needed anything, I texted, "Can you make up our room at this time today because we will be out?" They replied, "Yes, no problem."
Cannot recommend this hotel more highly. We had the most relaxing and easy stay. The rooms are beautiful with amazing views and comfortable beds. Staff are exceptional, even checking in with us via text to see if we needed anything. Gorgeous pool area and incredible food and drinks. We will be back!
We had an amazing stay! After an exhausting 26-hour flight, the hotel graciously allowed us to check in early, which was greatly appreciated. To make our stay even more special, we were upgraded upon arrival. When we returned to our room later, we were surprised with a bottle of champagne and a birthday cake for my birthday. It was such a thoughtful gesture and truly made the celebration memorable. A special thank you to Edna at the front desk, who was incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. Simone at Gin Social was also wonderful and provided outstanding service. The location was perfect—within walking distance of markets, restaurants, the pier, and so many attractions. Everything about our experience exceeded expectations. We felt well taken care of from beginning to end and would absolutely stay here again. Thank you for making my birthday so special!
