A returning customer, I was greeted by the super friendly staff who stored my luggage until checking in. The room was clean and quiet, as always, and the view from the spacious balcony is nice too. The location is very convenient and within walking distance to the esplanade, restaurants and shops. I’ll be returning again on my next visit to Cairns.
We had a great stay. Communication was good and face to face service on check-in was satisfactory. We got a nice room on the 8th floor. The room was spacious and the kitchen well stocked. Only 2 small things. The furniture including the bed (very comfortable along with the pillows) was perfect however, the lounge was well past its use by date - possibly the worst I've ever sat on. I kept slipping forward and I was sinking down. It had a dust cover on it (you can guess why) which I wasn't brave enough to look underneath. The apartment also needed a new coat of paint. Pool and spa on top floor was brilliant. Apart from the lounge and paint, I would highly recommend.
Perfect location. Lovely staff. Room was spacious and my husband could smoke on the large balcony (not usually available) Great kitchenette. Price was worth it and we’d stay anytime we were there.
Overall the stay was great. Room is great and clean. Bed was good. Only complaint was the pillows are very thin.
Room was a good size. The balcony was a great way to have our washing dry. The apartment was as described. The roof top pool and spa was used every day. Quiet and relaxing.
