Very unhappy with my stay, after first night with ac not working correctly I told reception, they came over but did not sort out, safe
not working either.
We had a terrible night due to heat wave , Alfonso the concierge was correct , I put down a reclamation sheet on Friday and have not received any info back from hotel.

This hotel is well located, and although in need of a number of upgrades, it is within easy access to amenities and nearby sports venues. However, the multi-occupancy bungalows are not suitable for adult guests. Beds are child-sized and some are placed in open living areas with no privacy. As we were with a sports Team that caused a lot of problems for us.
No alternatives were offered and no responsibility was taken, leaving us to find accommodation elsewhere despite having prepaid.
Location: good. Accommodation description and management response: poor.
Location is great toire on top of the commercial centre and rooms are very clean and beds very confortable. It does need some reform but it is still good. We had rooms one both sides of the hotel. One view to the bungalows and bahia. The other to the car park and bahia sound with view of the bahia too. Both great views. However a bit noisy room to room. Pool was good too with a chiringuito and had great cocktails.
We stayed at one of the bungalows. Our bungalow was very nice but some are abandoned which is weird. It's also a bit old on the walkways and cramped for walking. Parking got full easy too. Pool area was ok but windy the day went
Over all, it is well situated, has great view, breakfast was good and staff is friendly. All amenities in the room were in working condition. I didn't try the AC as it looked dirty. It probably hasn't seen evaporator and duct cleaning since it was built in.
It is striking, very little was done since the hotel was built.
This hotel needs an action plan for refurbishments and furniture replacement.
