Nice appartment, friendly personnel, in the middle of the City- close to the beach & parc.

Clean place, comfortable beds and pillows! Receptionist kind. Modern looking place. What else can you ask for? Not so cheap but priced well.

Not Worth the Price We paid 300 euros for our stay and werewithin 5 minutes very disappointed with the overall experience: The room was on the ground floor with no view, directly facing the street. There was constant noise from cars, pedestrians, and conversations outside. Being located right next to the reception and entrance, we could clearly hear lobby music, phones ringing, and guests arriving. When we raised our concerns, the reception staff were unhelpful, offering a room change only for a considerable additional charge. Within 5 minutes of entering the room, we already felt uncomfortable and considered checking out. Unfortunately, the staff made this process difficult and showed little willingness to assist. Overall, did not meet expectations, especially given the high cost Thanks to an intermediate we got the next day another room on the 3th floor and was so much better.

Excellent choice for a short or a longer visit. Nice, bigger apartment with A/C in several rooms. Their reception is on site and with good level of English. The place is in a nice location, close to a reasonably priced public parking facility (Saint Barbara), beaches, parks, bars and restaurants.
