Unfortunately the bar was not opened during our stay, the piped, slowed down to a walk, monotone, killing the life out of the original song music was enough to make you want to jump out of the top floor window!… Apart from that…the room was clean and a really good size, a wee bit passed its sell by date, needs an update but what a great location, perfect for the historic square and fabulous restaurants.
Very helpful reception. Good parking facilities. Nice hotel in the middle of the old town close to bars and restaurants 👌. Only problem was the smell of smoking cigarettes coming in through the aircon unit. Not nice 😕
Stayed at Exes Agora Cáceres and wanted to share my honest experience! The absolute highlight is the location - it's fantastic for exploring the old city on foot. You really can't beat being right in the heart of historic Cáceres! The rooms are pretty basic, which is fine if you're just looking for a place to sleep. The AC situation was a bit challenging - it makes quite a bit of noise but doesn't provide much cooling power. Our view was of some metal pipes, not the most scenic, but hey, we weren't spending much time in the room anyway! Getting in and out of the parking garage was quite the adventure - maneuvering through the elevator and tight spaces definitely required some patience and geometry skills! The service style is more self-service oriented, so don't expect a lot of hands-on hospitality, but the staff we did interact with were pleasant enough. Overall, if you're someone who cares most about being perfectly positioned to explore Cáceres and doesn't mind basic accommodations, this could work for you. The location really is unbeatable for wandering the beautiful old streets. Just manage expectations on the amenities side!
Friendly reception, the rooms are spacious and clean ,the location is great for the old town . The only reason I haven't given 5 Stars is apart from breakfast at €13 per person ,which was ok but not 4star standard ,there was no other available coffee or drinks beverages ,as the bar never opened and there were no option of lunch or evening dinning , Now I find this odd as there were lovely places to sit but you couldn't take a beverage there ! So how did it get it's 4star hotel status 🤷🏼♀️ 3 yes
A bit taty and old so not really a 4 star hotel. Some basic amenities missing, fridge was not cold, just room temperature. However the lady at reception was really friendly and welcoming, she even made an effort to understand and speak our language which was very positive. Had to go to check in counter several times as card key would stop working randomly. Breakfast was really nice, we paid 13€ per person. Parking was a little over €14 and car had to go down on an elevator which was rather small for our car.
