Great experience but we felt some of the talking about the plavesxcould have been done in the minibus to allow us extra time at the location. More time would have been nice at the culture village

Enjoyed the tour but traffic was bad and we didn’t see all the sights on the list. But it was a good tour
Very nice experience even though we had a very rainy day. Our guide, Sunny was outstanding and reallly took care of us. Some really nice experiences throughout the day and a wonderful lunch.
Great way to spend the day off a cruise ship without going on a large ship booked bus. Easy to find our guide in the cruise terminal, great way to see all the main attractions in Busan with limited time.
Great tour guide Kang was excellent. The places we visited were amazing. Got us back to the ship with plenty of time.
Kang did a great job and got us around to all 4 stops! He was the driver, tour guide and photographer!
Our group of 10 friends arrived in port and joined this small group tour of Busan (max 13) . Angela was our guide for the day and her English and communication was very good.. we complimented her on how clear she was which made her very happy. The information Angela provided was also very interesting and informative. Unfortunately it was a holiday which meant much more traffic to navigate for our driver who did a great job in a very comfortable minivan…This meant a slower trip to get between sights. Angela took on board our wish to at least see Songdo Beach and walk the Cloudbridge by cutting down some time at lunch etc. which was very much appreciated. It was my husbands birthday and as a lovely touch Angela even bought a little cake for us to sing him Happy Birthday on the van which was so sweet of her. In retrospect though, I wish I had booked ourselves as a private tour for the day and been able to negotiate prior with our guide directly, the things that meant the most to us to see and do. Our group was disappointed to not have made it up the viewing tower for instance but there was no opportunity given prior to request what we most would like to see or do. I think on the website it is perhaps a bit misleading the list of all the sights you will see (realising that there is a time limit with ship port time schedule, to return on time) and perhaps communication prior to the tour needs to be a little bit clearer to find out what is most important to see and miss out on. At least if we return to Busan one day on another port day we will still have much to explore.
It was very personalized in a small bus, allowing us more flexibility to see the sights. Ample time was given at each stop. Angela was fabulous and made sure each of us got the most out of each spot. She was very conscious of our limits and was attentive to our needs without holding back others. She took a special interest in our group and was very clear about explaining the history and signs of every stop. Give that we had only one short day, Angela was able to explain the context that each site played in the history of your wonderful country. It left us wanting to come back for more when we have more time! This tour was not arranged through our ship but they picked us up on time and had us back to the ship before the curfew. The bus was comfortable.
We saw so many different sites that we couldn’t have gotten to without a private tour - all in one day. We had about 8 hours in Busan and Parker, our guide, made every minute count. He provided background info and answered our questions. Parker was very friendly, kind, funny, and helpful. He took us down to the beach and we caught a train as an extra bonus! He ordered our lunch and he suggested we stop for some famous shortbread - which was outstanding. We drove in an extremely comfortable and new van - loads of space. Thank you Parker for an amazing day in Busan, I hope we have get back to spend a few days.
It was good. Guide was good. His name was Jonas. He gave us a lot of information about Korea and about the war.
Our guide Hee did a great job showing us some memorable places in Busan and filled our day perfectly. His driving in public holiday traffic was faultless. He is a polite and helpful young man and we would recommend him without hesitation.
wow, Hee was amazing, nothing was too much trouble. his english was good and he was very informative
We had a fantastic day with Kang. Ever where we went was interesting. Lunch at the Korean bbq was excellent
Kang was excellent! Perfect explanations at every stop.
We had a wonderful time and our tour guide was amazing. His English was clear and he explained things so well. We only had one other couple on the bus with us. That was great. It made the trip so enjoyable. The van was clean and cool. We could not have asked for anything better. We had a traditional Korean lunch which is a must do. Also we had the Busan dessert with seeds. Such a great experience. If you ever get the chance to have the guide we had you will not be let down. Hans was wonderful. Just the most Pleasant and helpful person you could imagine. I love touring with Viator - tours are well priced and of the 6 or 7 we have done in other countries they’ve all been terrific. This one rates as the best of all.
Sunny our guide was very informative, friendly and a good driver. Thoroughly enjoyed our visits to the Temple, UN War Memorial and Cultural Village with enough time to take photographs on a tight schedule. She has given advice on travelling from Seoul to Jeju Island and Busan for our planned vacation in November. Highly recommend Sunny as a guide and will definitely use Viator for future excursions.
Sunny, our tour guide was very nice. She was knowledgeable and very friendly. She explained some of the history of the places we visited and was very helpful with recommendations.
It was an amazing tour! We learn a lot about beautiful Busan! We would love to come back again, can’t wait to tell of my friends of how wonderful this experience was!
Kang gave us a nice tour in seven hours. It was informative and was very exciting. We will recommend to our friends
A fantastic trip. Kang was very knowledgeable and a lovely man. He made the whole trip a great experience. Perfect for cruise guests and outstanding value.
Intimate group, very informative, better than a cruise ship excursion, time to shop, historically important sites
Kang was an exceptional guide on our shore excursion throughout Busan! He was very knowledgeable about all the sites we visited. He was also very helpful in suggesting restaurants during our lunch and stores we wanted to go to! A totally enjoyable day!
Kang was a great tour guide very informative if you go to Busan book with tour you can go to the more information
There is a lot to see.. sadly it rained most of the day.. guide was awesome. Definitely would recommend
Great activity, Kang was a great guide and was very informative. Enjoyed our day, Would definitely recommend.
We had a great day tour with Kang around Busan. We were collected from the cruise port terminal and Kang took us around to four different locations with good commentary and explanations at each stop. Highly recommend!
A great tour of Busan. Kang was a fantastic guide, knowledgeable and very personable. I would highly recommend
Kang was an amazing tour guide and driver, he gave us a very good history lesson on the Busan area. I would recommend this tour to anyone thinking of touring Busan.
I thought KANG was an amazing host and driver too. We got everywhere we beat crowds, and he had so many informative things to say, especially about Buddhism, so much more than a guidebook. The tour was just delightful. Also, I think the small group in the van was a real plus, especially when we did the roller coaster bridge. What a view.!!!
The pick up went smoothly. The guide was friendly and very accommodating for all participants. The stops were poignant and culturally appropriate.
Very attentive guide and great driver, very knowledgeable and good English. Will definitely visit Busan again
Yaya was absolutely amazing and spoke perfect English!! Very knowledgeable and thorough! Excellent overall tour of Busan. Highly recommend!!
Yaya was an amazing tour guide. We had a great time, visiting wonderful sites. Highly recommend this tour.
Great day and our guide was great and took us to many sights and got us back in time! It was a really nice tour and we covered a lot in a day!
What a great day. With only one day Joe took us all around the city. He was filled with information and commentary. We could not have asked for more !!!!!!!
An excellent tour, that covered a very good range of points of interest. Provided us with a good snapshot of Busan. Delivered us back to vessel in a timely manner. The guide (Ya Ya) was excellent. He spoke excellent English and was highly knowledgeable. Highly recommended.
Thorough, engaging. Takes individual passenger needs into account. Loved the number od sites. Gave sufficient time. Kang was a wonderful guide!
Kang was a great guide. I definitely recommend this tour with him. We saw a lot of Busan but never felt rushed. He told us lots of information about all of the sites. The van was large and comfortable and his English was very good. Oh and he was a fantastic and safe driver!
We had a great day with Yaya. We was a fun guide and we saw a lot of great spots. Travelling by minivan was so much easier too,
Kang was superb driving us and explaining all sorts of cultural aspects of Busan Aaaaaaaaaawaaaaaaaaa
We arrived in Busan late afternoon and were picked up at the cruise terminal. We had an excellent tour guide, Ya Ya, who took us to many beautiful places including streets lined with cherry trees in blossom. He was able to address all of our special requests and shared a lot of interesting history and facts. We were extremely pleased with our experience and would highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting Busan.
DK was amazing and really cared that we saw all the sites we wanted to see from our list and suggested great spots for photos
It's great way to tour Busan from the cruise port: very efficient and enjoyable. Thank you very much Joe, our tour guide.
Terrific experience! Joe was our excellent guide who took us around Busan. The tour was for a group of 12 persons max. A comfortabel van was Providence. Showing us the best sites, the chikcken restaurant hé recommended was the best! Highly recommended!
A great experience. The guide/driver was and courteous. His English was good and managed to explain everything we wanted to know. We were very happy with the tour and recommend it to anyone visiting Busan
Good way to get an overview of Busan and hit the highlights when you only have a day. There were three of us in a comfortable van, and a very friendly and accommodating guide, DK. His English was perfect as he'd spent time as a kid in the US and Canada. The shrine on the coast was beautiful (though touristy), the UN Memorial Cemetery was very moving and educational (well worth the visit - watch the video in the chapel), and the Gamcheon area was an interesting contrast to the super modern sky scrapers. I felt I got a lot out of the 1-day I had in Busan. Very efficient and fun use of time!
There was only 3 of us on the small tour so DK was accommodating to change the itinerary for us. He was very informative with the places we went and he even joined us instead of just waiting for us. DK is a great guy with a lot of humor and I would definitely recommend him and the excursion.
Good comfortable van. Our guide Joe spoke good English and easy to understand his English. He allowed a little flexibility for our tour. Had a great day.
Informative enjoyable , very nice tour guide Patient and helpful Covered a lot of activities Safe driver
A perfect day covering the highlights of Busan. Our guide and driver, Joe, went above and beyond to make our day personal and special. He even helped me with skin care at Olive Young. It was a full day from 9am to 7:00pm.
