Steven is a very nice guide. He speaks perfect Chinese and explains every spot very clearly. Such a pity that one day is too short for 6-7 destinations.

The guide Steven is great, good information and courteous services.
Overall the schedule is pack and value for money
While the package is good, the day feels rushed. Our guide was Erica and she was explaining in English and Mandarin. Since she had to explain in two languages, it would have been better if she had explained in the bus than in the location so that we got more time to see around the places. She was also rushing through the explanation which at times made it difficult to follow. Overall, one gets to see all places, take a couple of pics and rush to the bus to tick off the next place. The pace should be managed better.
We had a great time thanks to Hans, our Tourguide. He was very helpful, knowledgeable and organized the tour very well. He gave us clear instructions so the trip went well. Thanks a lot for excellent service. Great appreciation to our driver who drove safely!
I had Hans for this Gyeongju UNESCO tour from Busan and he's si fabulous. I had him 2 days ago on the Busan City Tour and he was also great for that tour. Besides us English passengers, he also spoke Chinese for those passengers. He also, takes great, memory photos along with his in depth knowledge of Gyeingju, Busan and Korean history. I would highly recommend people visiting Busan to take Hans' tours. He's fantastic!!! 👍
What a great day with had on our day trip from Busan to Gyeongju with the Love Korea bus tour. Our guide, Yaho, provided us with all the information we needed with humour and grace, and was attentive to all our needs. Yaho really made the day with his sense of humour, his ability to remember everyone’s name and allowing us all a bit of down time and quiet just when we needed it! Yes, it is a full day, so be prepared to arrive back at the hotel at dinner time, but the sites were great, the activities varied, and the museum was the perfect way to finish a long but very enjoyable day. Thanks for a great day, Yaho!
After a mixup with our pickup point Hans was able to clear up the issue very quickly and this enabled us to enjoy the day with his group. Hans was very knowledgeable and we enjoyed the day very much.
A day full of impressions, great time management
worth for the trip, beautiful scenery, tour guide is proficient in her languages
We commend the clean and spacious shuttle driven by our excellent guide, Steven Yanagi, who also had a good command of English. This tour was a value for money if you want to experience Gyeongju without the hassle of commuting. Jampacked itinerary and we loved the buffet for lunch for just a cheap price and we were able to try traditional Korean lunch. It was a lot of walking but did not mind at all as we enjoyed the locations.
Great trip, great variety, fantastic korean buffet lunch.
Was a great trip lunch was lovely different Korean dishes Tour guild was great told us lots of information
The tour with our guide Joy was amazing! The places were beautiful and Joy was an ecxellent guide, nice and helpful. We really enjoy the tour!
This was a very full day - well worth the money. Our guide, Han, was knowledgeable, professional, & very thorough with instructions, & gave us many options & was helpful. It’s not easy to keep track of 40+ people - they were all so congenial. Excellent driver & lots of Viator reminders - thnx…
Hans was awesome! So funny. Gave us the options of either joining him (to get the history/ background info) or doing our own thing. Comfy bus. Convenient pick up/ drop off. Hit a ton of major spots in 1 day. Def recommend.
Our day trip from Busan to Gyeongju was a real highlight of our time in Korea. Our guide, Hans, was incredibly informative and brought the history of each site to life, sharing stories and context we never would have picked up on our own. He struck a great balance between guided commentary and free time, so we could learn plenty but still explore, take photos and soak it all in at our own pace. Hans was also genuinely helpful throughout the day, from logistics to recommendations, which made everything feel easy and well organised. The sites themselves were stunning, and the whole day felt like an authentic cultural experience rather than a rushed checklist. Visiting in October was a bonus: the autumn scenery was absolutely beautiful and made every stop even more memorable. Highly recommend this tour, and we'd happily book with Hans again.
Erica was very good at being informative while also making the historical information fun to learn. She is punctual yet shows patience when people get a little off track (within reason). Our family would recommend her for a great tour experience.
Hans, our guide, was incredible and gave very clear instructions the entire way. When some of the group inevitably got confused or lost, he wasted no time and quite literally ran up and down a mountain to collect everyone. He was informative and gave a good balance of explanation and options for free time at each stop. It was a very long day, 10hrs from pickup to drop off so bringing snacks is a good idea.
Joy was a great guide on our tour! Informative and upbeat attitude was great to have her show us around, would definitely recommend
Hans was a great guide, very high energy considering such a long day. The tour delivered everything it promised. Tour price is incredibly low, it’s unbelievable you get so much for so little.
The places we visited were stunning and chuck-full of history! Joy, our guide, was amazing- very kind, knowledgeable, and above all, went out of her way to help the group stay safe! Thank you, Joy, for coming to our rescue when we accidentally wondered off 😆! We highly recommend this great tour- can’t beat the price!!

Hans was the best tour guide we have had for several weeks! He was knowledgeable, could answer hard questions, and had a wonderful sense of humor. He responded to everyone. We saw a lot and learned a lot. Hans should train other guides. Plus his English was very good.
