Tour was great with plenty of time at each stop. Get to see a lot of the Busan attractions during the time. Sky capsule a particular highlight. Dino our guide was excellent and well organised! We greatly enjoyed!

The tour was very nice, and a perfect way to get around and watch the most famous places, specially the ones that are usually far away or difficult to reach by public transportation. Dino, our guide, was also very kind and helpful and carefully explained the rules of the tour and gave us really good cultural and historical context about each site we visited. Good for both friend or family groups, or for solo travellers ☺️

I bought ENGLISH tour, however our bus was 80% Japanese speakers. So tour was tranaslated in two languages, which ment we always had to wait for English version, which felt like it was shorter than Japanese. Tour guide was nice but his English skills wasn’t good, and it got worse through the day. Tour should be separate for different languages.

This wasn’t really a tour; it was basically just a bus ride with an instructor who had poor English. Our instructor, Dino, was difficult to understand, and he also had trouble understanding us. For some reason, the group was also conducted in Japanese, so he explained everything in English and Japanese, which was quite annoying and made the experience even more confusing. He didn’t provide any meaningful information or explanations about the places we visited. It felt more like a bus taking us to a few predetermined destinations, without any actual guidance or tour. I wouldn’t take this tour again, and I wouldn’t recommend it.

Best day of my Korea trip! We had a wonderful time on this full-day tour (around 9–10 hours). Our guide, Dino, was fantastic! He speaks fluent English and Japanese and is incredibly attentive and thoughtful. At every stop, Dino made sure the whole group stayed together, walked us right to the entrances, and gave super helpful tips on the best photo spots alongside clear instructions for pick-up times and locations. On the bus, he shared interesting background details about each location while also giving us plenty of quiet time to rest between destinations. I honestly couldn't flaw a single thing. This was easily the best day of my trip to Korea so far. I highly recommend this tour and Dino to anyone visiting Busan!

We had a Nice day exploring Busan with our tourguide Dino! During the busride he gave us a lot of intresting information. Everything was clear and we’ve seen a lot of Busan. 😊

Guide Sohee was very good, provided background information and covered well. They had some system glitch and I was not on the list for capsule ride even though I chose and paid for that option. We missed out on that experience. Train tickets were also sold out. The company said they will will refund me the tour.

A good trip in concept, but bad execution. Somehow our bus became a half English half Japanese bus with the guide, Dino, repeating everything in both languages. His English wasn't good enough for an English tour guide as he couldn't explain stuff well enough, and lacked charisma. A lot of the time he was thinking about what to say, and it is clear that a more fluent guide could have explained more. During lunch break, he led us to a specific restaurant, instead of showing us the area to get food so we can choose on our own. Unfortunately I didn't learn anything about the history of the places we have been to, and in the tour it felt like some places where just tourist traps with spots for good photos.

We’re happy to have booked this tour with Dino as we got to cover many breathtaking sights in Busan. The tour helps you to cover all the places you must visit in Busan in comfort. Dino is also multilingual, switching in English and Japanese 👍
