I went with my wife and my little girl who is 2 and our tour guide went above and beyond such a caring man our little girl loved him and (she can be funny around new people) Toti was such an amazing man and was very informative he also gifted us some masks and a little toy for our girl which she treasures to this day!!

This tour is a great introduction to Busan. We had Roy as our guide and all pre tour information including collection location and time was perfect. Roy is very knowledgeable about all sights and answers all questions we had. He also provided us with a recommendation for a traditional Korean meal which was awesome. All the sights are different but well worth the visit. We had an amazing day.
What a wonderful way to see Busan. Only 6 in the group so felt very private. The van we were being driven around in was so comfortable. Picked up at hotel and was dropped off where we wanted to go. Roy was our tour guide plus driver of our private tour for the whole day was very good in making sure everything was taken care of personally, and very knowledgeable. The guide by the name of Roy was able to provide a complete tour of all the sites one would want to see in Busan within one day. He was very well versed in the history of each location and was able to provide detailed feedback in perfect English when asked additional questions on any matter regarding Busan. I think him actually growing up in Busan added more insight in the city than any other outside tour guide would provide. Also his driving was impeccable which made travel to each location a joy since I have a bad back and knees. In addition, he was also very patient if we were slightly late to our meeting points. He even made reservations and drove us to a wonderful restaurant after the tour was over. Lastly, we accidentally left souvenirs in the vehicle and he made sure that they were couriered to our hotel in Seoul. Thank you Roy for making our visit to Busan an occasion to fondly remember! This tour was amazing! Our tour guide, Roy, showed us all the highlights of Busan & was very timely. Also, he was super accomodating to me & my family. At the end of the tour, he dropped us off at a restaurant he recommended & was close to our hotel for dinner. Also, later, when my brother & I accidentally left our souvenir shirts in his van, he made sure our shirts were shipped to our hotel in Seoul. Roy is really kind & thoughtful. If you are planning to be in Busan, definitely take this tour, especially if you have Roy as your tour guide.
It was a very relaxing day. Our tour guide was Aiga and our driver was Kelvin. They were very accomodating to our reuqest and even agreed to bring us to have coffee before we finished the tour!
Our tour guide, Aiga, was like a cool Korean friend - not a bad effort from complete strangers at pick up to sharing our favourite Korean dating show contestants and k-pop songs and coffee places by the end of the tour. Aiga was very knowledgeable and well travelled herself, so was accommodating and understanding of our cultural norms (or as Aussies, lack of perhaps). Halfway through the tour it bucketed down and we got completely soaked - to her horror - and our laughter - we were having such a good time, who cares? Our driver (Kelvin) is also a magician - he is outstanding driver who knew all the back ways and could park a giant van in a tiny bike rack if you asked him! As Aiga and Kelvin were both Busan locals, they had all the inside running on the local spots and tourist places as well as the history and plenty of tips on things to do. We had an amazing time and saw all the best spots we’d read about before travelling - all the boring stuff worked perfectly too; pick up was on time, tickets were all arranged, itinerary was as promised, and so on. Definitely recommend.

He arrived right on time to pick us up from our hotel, and the whole tour was very well organized from start to finish. The vehicle was clean, spacious, and super comfortable, which made getting around Busan easy and relaxing. Toti was friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable throughout the tour. He also shared some brief history about Korea along the way, which was really interesting and relevant to the places we were visiting. It added a lot of context and made the sightseeing experience even more enjoyable. One thing we really appreciated was how Toti accompanied us to the starting point of each attraction. He also sent us clear return instructions through WhatsApp, making it super easy to find our way back to where the car was parked. This made the whole experience stress-free and allowed us to enjoy each stop without worrying about the logistics. Overall, it was a wonderful way to explore Busan and an excellent value for money. What an amazing experience! This was honestly one of the highlights of our trip to Busan, and Toti made the day absolutely perfect. From the beginning, everything was seamless. Toti picked us up from our hotel exactly on time and was incredibly warm, patient, kind and knowledgeable. We had booked the small-group tour and there were only four of us, which made the experience feel very comfortable and personal. The vehicle was spacious, clean and perfectly air-conditioned. The itinerary was fantastic. We managed to see so many of Busan’s must-see attractions in just one day, yet somehow we never felt rushed or tired. Toti kept everything running smoothly while giving us plenty of time to enjoy each stop, take photos and really experience the city. The Sky Capsule and cable car were absolutely spectacular and among our favourite experiences in Busan. We were so happy that during our three days here we managed to experience both! Excellent value for money and genuinely worth every penny. If you have limited time in Busan and want to see as much as possible without the stress of organising everything yourself, this tour is a fantastic choice. Our tour guide Toti was fantastic and we were lucky to be the only two in the car to have him all to ourselves. The first port of call was the sky capsule , one way and great views from that too and time to have a look around the souvenir shop. We then moved onto the Haedong Yonggungsa temple which was good and rub the big Buddha and also the two pigs and great views . Then we moved onto going over the bridge then to the Jagalchi market ( fish market ) where we also went to BIFF square where had free time to wander and get lunch so we ate at a vietemese place called Bun Cha . Really good food and prices . Then moved into Busan Gamcheon Village ( the place wheee property is painted different colours ) again time to explore here on own but lots of history and facts given whilst we were on the move to each place . Then finally we went to the cable cars at Busan Air cruise - which had a glass bottom ( upgraded for 5000kwon) and was great return trip with time to visit the other side before returning to the vehicle to then Be dropped off . This day trip is well worth the money and the expertise and knowledge from Toti was excellent 5 stars to him :) recommend to everyone x
From the pick up from our hotel to a drop off of our own choosing(we asked to be dropped off somewhere else and Toti was very accommodating!), the whole tour was amazing! When we wanted coffee, Toti showed us where to get it. He was very helpful and informative about all the places we went. He even gave us a memento at the end of the tour. I have never had a tour guide as excellent and wonderful as Toti! I hope you get him as your tour guide so you can experience what we did!!
Toti was an incredible guide with a depth of knowledge both about the culture and the history of Busan. The tour was perfectly paced with not too much time and not too little. It really was princess treatment to have someone drive you from place to place and give a quick lay of the land before setting off on your own for 1-2 hours depending on the site. It was nice to get a little taste of many different aspects of Busan to then go back and revisit later.

This is a fantastic day trip. Roy is a great host, very patient answering all our questions, really easy to communicate with re: arrangements, and he’s extremely knowledgeable. We covered a lot of ground seeing many of Busan’s highlights and as we had limited time to explore Busan, this day trip was perfect for us. It’s a long day but there’s a great mix of free time to explore alone balanced with time where Roy explained the history, context, and meaning of the sites visited. The coastal temple was a highlight for sure. The car is extremely comfortable and the trip is well worth the money if you want to see the Busan’s sights in an easy, digestible, and informative way. Highly recommended!
TLDR: fantastic tour to start your stay in Busan or see the highlights if you’re only here for a short time. Well worth every penny! We had an amazing time with Roy as our guide and would 100% recommend this for any other group. He was a great guide that combined history of the area, expert advice on food and shopping, and kindness. This tour was a really great value for money, while public transit is great having Roy guide and drive us around was honestly faster and more fun. This tour was a less stressful way to get to do the sky capsule as Roy took care of the hotel pick up and paperwork so we just got to focus on making memories. He was also great at taking group photos too!

Our guide, Roy, was outstanding. He was incredibly knowledgeable and shared just the right amount of information—enough to give us a real understanding of each site without ever feeling overwhelming. He always made sure we knew exactly where we were going, where to meet, and what time to return, and he gave us a great balance of guided commentary and free time to explore on our own. The transport was a comfortable, air-conditioned SUV, which made travelling between the sights very enjoyable. I loved this tour because it took us to all of Busan's major attractions in comfort, without the stress of navigating ourselves. The group was very small and friendly, which made the experience feel personal. The other guests were a lovely family of four from Taiwan who had their own guide working alongside Roy, so the tour felt tailored to each group. I would highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting Busan.

It was wonderful day with many different activities in Busan. We really enjoyed the day and our guide Sangtae Kim was really service minded and knowledgeable and a smooth driver in the Busan traffic. He gave a good presentation of all the activities including background and history leading up to the current situation today. We would highly recommend him as a guide for anyone who wants to se the sights of Busan and learn more about Busan from the Jeoseon Dynasty and too the current date.
