Joe was our tour guide. He was very friendly and helpful. His passion made us having a good time. We were given enough time to explore the places we visited. I would be happier if we had more time to visit Songdo Cloud Bridge and Yongdusan Park as mentioned on the itinerary.

What a wonderful excursion this was despite the weather not too good. Joe was the perfect guide giving us lots of information and clear instructions on meeting times and places. So impressive that he remembered all our names. I would thoroughly recommend this tour.

Being on a cruise we sometimes go off the ships program and book with Viator at select ports. We generally find them a better value and just as or more interesting. Yesterday with Sunny was jam packed, informative and we got back to the ship in time! Sunny has a very sunny personality which is I’m sure helpful dealing with a bus full of tourists. We saw Haedong Yonggungsa Temple (beautiful views), UN Memorial Cemetery (moving), Jagalchi Market, Gukje Market, BIFF Square, Songdo Yonggung Cloud Bridge and Gamcheon Culture Village (very interesting to see). I did however forget I wanted to see the nearby Book Street while in the market area. Something for another visit. :)

First time in Korea and visiting Busan. It was a great tour, and Sunny, our guide, was knowledgeable and awesome. In less than eight hours, we visited so many highlights: Haedong Yonggungsa Temple, UN Memorial Cemetery, Jagalchi Market, BIFF Square, Songdo Yonggung Cloud Bridge and Gamcheon Culture Village. This is an excellent tour for cruisers who do not wish to take the cruise tours. We made it back in time. Would highly recommend.

We unfortunlately had to wait on the bus at the port for nearly 40min for a 2nd bus to be filled as they didn't have another bus coordinator. But very fortunate that our guide Sunny was very good and highlighted to all the guests to keep on time which meant we were able to see every attraction in our day. Sunny was very informative and explained things very well. If the departure issue is resolved it would have given us a bit more time at stops but overall a really good itinerary and dsy out in Busan.

This is one of the best excursions that we’ve ever booked, it was a highlight of our trip to Japan and South Korea. Joe was an amazing tour guide and very knowledgeable and friendly. Unfortunately the weather was awful which made visiting some.places difficult. By the time we caught up with the guide she had finished speaking so didn’t always know what was occurring or where we should go. We felt disappointed that we were not accompanied to every attraction but left to get on with ourselves and just given a time and place to meet the coach.

First time in Korea, surprised me is Busan not a small city, very interesting place, enjoyed the visit to the temple, UN memorial cemetery, learning the history and culture, and trying the delicious street foods. Leo was great. Met us in the terminal at the appointed time. The van he used was comfortable and at the correct temperature. He was respectful of our abilities and we saw many of the major sights of busan. Most importantly we returned to the ship on time

What a good trip...we saw a beautiful temple, sobering UN cemetery, learned about the Korean War, ate andshopped with the locals and visited a very colorful little village. Highly recommend.

It was an excellent tour guided by the energetic and friendly Yaho we made 5 stops and were given plenty of free time to explore each stop without being herded around in a big group.HaedongYongung was beautiful the visit to the UN war Cemetery was very emotional we had a very tasty Korean style lunch visited the Song do cloud bridge and finished off with a very interesting and photogenic visit to Gamcheon village and then dropped off at the ship having been one of the best 8 hour tours we've ever done
