A very enjoyable and interesting tour. Our guide Mimi was excellent. She gave us so much information. She stayed with us but also gave us sometime on our own. We really enjoyed experiencing a Korean lunch. In addition to the listed stops Mimi gave us the opportunity to experience the skywalk and visit the fish market.

We had a great day exploring Busan. Mimi our guide was exceptional. We were given clear meeting instructions and arrived back at the port in plenty of time. I highly recommend this tour

We really enjoyed this trip. We were part of a small group. Mimi was our guide and she was amazing. She gave us so much information and packed so much in and took photos of us at all the scenic spots. There was a good balance Mimi accompanying us and time on our own. We really enjoyed our typical Korean lunch. Would recommend this trip.

Our guide Scott was a perfect choice. He was informative without being too talkative, He always knew where to find a parking spot that no one else knew about. He also knew the backstreets and shortcuts getting around the city. His lunch suggestion was perfect. It was a wonderful day!

It rained all day but it didn’t spoil the experience. Accommodated my wife’s need for a vegetarian lunch which was authentic Korean cuisine and delicious. The most important aspect was he got us back to our ship in good time.

We really enjoyed the tour. Jina did a great job of keeping us informed and on time. We really enjoy the smaller group format. Our bus driver was very efficient and dealing with a smaller bus was nice. Made back to Port right on time!

Jin was our tour guide and he was fantastic. We really enjoyed the various places That we visited on the itinerary and would highly recommend. Jin was so helpful he even brought me to a pharmacy and translated my request for cold medication

Daisy is amazing She was very clear and concise. She was very knowledgeable and answered all our questions. What I loved most about Daisy was she made sure we were always in her sight.

Our tour guide, Daisy, did a great job explaining things to us and was incredibly thoughtful and nice. While she was not completely fluent in English, she got the points she wanted to make across to us. The sites on the 4-hour tour were great. Unfortunately, our tour was on a Saturday and traffic was quite heavy, which delayed some of our arrivals to sites. This was obviously not the fault of the driver, Daisy or Viator.

Fantastic half day tour. Pick up was on time & the guide was excellent. Very interesting talk on the places we visited and always around to ask questions. 10 out of 10!

We had a brilliant tour today around Busan. Our guide was amazing and so knowledgeable about his city. He even helped translate for me in a pharmacy to get some medication for my cold symptoms. The stops were great and we loved seeing the beautiful temple and the island. The traffic was manic during our tour due to a shark getting stuck in one of the waterways and everybody seem to have descended on Busan to see the shark creating havoc on the roads, but the driver and jino managed it amazingly and we still got to see all of our itinerary and back to our cruise ship with plenty of time. I would highly recommend this tour and especially with Jino as the tour guide.

Arrived on Celebrity Millennium and Sang was at the port as promised. He led a small group of passengers around Busan and immersed us all in the Busan lifestyle whilst attentive to everyone's needs. Wish we had longer in Busan as there is so much to see and do...Thanks Sang for a wonderful experience

Great tour with Young from start to finish.

Song was very informative and friendly. He was able to accommodate others with mobility issues. He frequently checked in with everyone. It was a fun and affordable day. Pick up and drop off at cruise port was very efficient.

We had a great tour of the temples and the city of Busan and the fish market food Iwas delicious 😋 The beach is breathtaking and the streets are very clean.

Our family had a fantastic day on this excursion with our amazing tour guide William. He planned our day perfectly to fit in everything and everywhere we wanted to visit and gave us a great snapshot of Busan with visits to all the main areas and expertly beating all the tourist crowds. I would recommend this to any cruise ship visitor over the ships own excursions. Thanks again for this holiday highlight.

What a wonderful tour! From the pre-cruise communication to the drop off back at the ship was excellent. Solomon, our tour guide met us inside the cruise terminal following immigration and customs control. He then took us to the van. Solomon was so courteous getting us in the van. And this continued throughout our tour. When parking was not close by he would drop us off and then find a parking spot. Throughout the tour he gave us the history of each stop. Our first stop was Haedongyonggungsa Temple. This was beautiful with many photo spot opportunities. Solomon explained all the aspects of Buddha and Buddhism. He explained paintings and statues. I won’t go into detail of every stop, but every stop was explained in detail. We walked through the fish market with many individual stalls selling there fish, crabs, and about anything that came from the ocean. This was very interesting! We then went to a restaurant the locals ate and we had the most delicious fresh seafood. The price was very reasonable with friendly workers. After getting very full we had time for shopping. We also stopped at the APEC house. This was where all the APEC members including President George Bush attended. This building was built specifically for the APEC meeting and them turned into a tourist site. We went in the round table room where each country leader sat. This was beautiful and very interesting. I had mentioned to Solomon I would like to purchase some ginseng. He stopped at a specialty ginseng store and I was able to find and purchase exactly what I wanted. This was not part of the structured tour but Solomon was kind enough for this additional stop. Overall I give this tour a 10 out of 10! For anyone visiting Busan for a short time this is the tour! Thank you BK and Solomon for the best day possible in Busan!

I had an absolutely fantastic experience on this perfectly planned tour! DK was one of the best guides I’ve ever had on any excursion. He was incredibly communicative and provided the perfect blend of history and important facts. His ability to keep the tour on schedule was impressive, and most importantly, he ensured I returned to the port well in advance of the gangway up. Highly recommend!

I cannot say enough about how good this experience was .We had a short layover at port in Busan and BK curated a private five hour tour. The guide, Scott, was just exceptional. His knowledge, patience in supporting one of our group with some mobility limitations, value for the money, and ease of booking were easily the best of the trip so far and we’re over a week into it. I would absolutely book this again. Highly recommended. You will never find a private shore excursion that’s a better value or a better experience!

From pick up to drop off it was a fantastic day. Jade was our driver and amazing guide - we visited some beautiful places and you could tell how proud of the places he was. Very friendly and informative. Definitely recommend.

Received WhatsApp message in advanced to make sure everything were ok. Scott was our driver/guide and unfortunately my niece had a fairly big water blister (something had bitten her in Japan) and limited her movement. Weather wasn’t great in the morning, we had ended up just for shopping and Scott had taken us to a local Korean BBQ and got back to the ship on time.

Our family visited Busan during a port stop on our Celebrity Millennium cruise. Since we only had a few hours to explore the city and didn’t want to deal with the large crowds on the cruise ship excursions, we decided to book this private tour instead and it was one of the best decisions we made. Our guide, was incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. He shared fascinating information about each location while making the tour enjoyable and well organized. We never felt rushed, and he gave us plenty of time at each stop to take in the scenery, admire the beautiful sites, and take lots of photos. He also built in free time for us to explore on our own and do a little shopping, which we really appreciated. The entire experience was enjoyable ans stress-free. If you’re visiting Busan on a cruise, I highly recommend skipping the crowded ship excursions and booking this tour instead. It’s the perfect way to make the most of your limited time in port.

Mr Moon was extremely nice, we ended up having a private tour as we were the only group. He was patient, adjusted the schedule to suit our needs and served as our unofficial photographer. We had sea food for lunch and it was exquisite. I highly recommend!!

We had a great experience with Jino who picked us up from our cruise ship for a day out in Busan. Jino modified our itinerary to suit the shorter port day and packed in most of the major sites around Busan. He assisted us with a delicious lunch and was attentive and thoughtful in explaining what was happening at each point. The tour did not feel rushed but yet we saw a lot of the city

Our day in Busan was truly one of the highlights of our trip, and we cannot recommend this tour highly enough. The entire experience was exceptional from start to finish. Booking the tour was simple and stress-free, and BK was incredibly helpful, responsive, and accommodating throughout the process. Once we met our guide, Young, the experience became even more memorable. From the moment we met him, Young was friendly, courteous, attentive, and incredibly knowledgeable. He took the time to understand what we wanted to experience and was flexible throughout the day, accommodating last-minute changes and helping us make the most of every moment. When we decided we wanted to take a walk along the beach to see the awe-inspiring sandcastle exhibition, he happily adjusted our schedule and made it happen. We were so impressed with his service and enjoyed his company so much that we invited him to join us for lunch—and we're so glad we did. His guidance transformed our Korean BBQ experience from simply a meal into a cultural experience. He helped us navigate the menu, explained the different dishes, showed us the authentic Korean way to enjoy the meal, and provided fascinating cultural context throughout. He encouraged us to step outside our comfort zones and sample authentic Korean cuisine we may have otherwise overlooked. Young also taught us several Korean words and phrases, explained regional pronunciation differences, and answered every question we had with patience and enthusiasm. His warmth, professionalism, and genuine passion for sharing Korean culture made him an absolute pleasure to spend the day with. The itinerary itself was fantastic. The day spa was an incredible experience, with its variety of heated baths, relaxation rooms, and an amazing Korean massage and scrub that left us feeling completely refreshed. The Korean BBQ was delicious and memorable, and our walk along the beach was a wonderful surprise. The sandcastle exhibition was breathtaking—majestic works of art that beautifully showcased Korean history and cultural memories in awe-inspiring detail. Young didn't just guide us through Busan; he helped us experience it in a meaningful and authentic way. We left feeling like we had gained not only a deeper appreciation for Korea, but also a new friend. A huge thank you to both BK and Young for making our visit so special. This tour exceeded every expectation we had and was worth every penny. If you're considering a tour in Busan, stop looking and book this one. We would absolutely do it again. 10/10 experience. Wonderful small group tour of Busan with Leo. He showed us sights that were uncrowded with great views of the city as well as the popular ones. He made good use of the limited time we had in port including time for a great lunch and trying street food.

Away from the crowds and places not accessible by big buses. Interesting history at the APEC centre and great views of Busan.

Scott was phenomenal one of the best tours we had in all of Korea. It was a pleasure to be with him all day. He shared so many insights about the city, took his places that were absolutely stunning not so touristy and we ended with a great recommendation for lunch. I give it a 12 out of 10 it was great.

Our guide jino was very knowledgeable. We were 6 people on the tour and everyone enjoyed.

There was a couple of stops that could’ve been avoided. The bridge walk was pretty pathetic. That could be avoided for future.
