We booked this tour after another tour guide canceled on us. We weren't disappointed. The tour was comprehensive. Our guide, Lee, provided good information and took us to some great sites. Highly recommend.

Branden was our tour guide and I really appreciated that he was so timely, gave everyone proper instructions, kept us updated, and was helpful and friendly. I also enjoyed that he gave us facts about each of the areas on our route. The amount of time we had at each location felt just right. I really enjoyed it and it was very well organized. Branden also kindly took many pictures of my son and I, which I appreciated since it was just the two of us traveling together and I am a bit shy about asking others to take pictures. Thank you Branden!

Except for the weather the tour was good and recommended. Tour guide Ms SOL conducted the tour very well, helpful and always cheerful. Special thanks from my group because she waited for us to arrive although we were late by about 5-10 mins.

I absolutely loved everything about the tour, and the guide was a wonderful bonus! My only suggestion, especially as someone who loves photography, is that the most beautiful spot on the tour shouldn’t be visited in the middle of the day. The temple is amazing and deserves to be seen early in the morning or late in the afternoon, when the light is much better for taking great pictures.

We had a fantastic experience with Jake as our tour guide in Busan. He was very attentive, knowledgeable and engaging throughout the whole day. Our group was very small — only three people — which made the tour feel relaxed and personal. We visited some really great places, and I especially liked that Jake gave us time to explore on our own at each stop rather than rushing us from place to place. The tour lasted from 9 a.m. until around 5 p.m. and was excellent value for money. I would highly recommend this tour and Jake in particular. If I come back to Busan, I would definitely love to have Jake show me around again!

I had a wonderful time in Busan thanks to Jake! He has been super helpful and knowledgeable. He did many roles as our chauffeur, waiter, and guide! Jake was impressively easy to talk with and taught us many things about Busan/South Korea, both about the history and culture. In terms of the tour itself, the pick-up/drop-off was done so smoothly, especially thanks to the groupchat that was created the day before so communication was clear. I recommend for future travelers to wear comfortable shoes as there is quite some walking involved. We were given free time at each destination so you can choose how far or what you want to see at the location. Jake has been amazing at recommending food, I was not disappointed by his recommendations! In terms of improvement, I personally would have loved to spend more time at the Jagalchi Market and Gamcheon Culture Village. Apart from that, I definitely recommend this tour! Especially that it feels more personalized and intimate since we're a small group. You feel immediately welcomed by both Jake and the group, which was super important for me as a solo traveler. Thank you again to Jake for making this trip to Busan even more memorable!

Saw a lot on this tour. The cable car you take is the large one, to fit the whole group. If you want those really cute cable car photos. You will need to come back to go on the smaller ones. Same exact view just different photo opportunity. Tour guide had many great tips.

I had a great experience travelling with viator on this one day busan trip. Every thing was well planned and each location were perfect. Our guide SOL was the sweetest person and she made sure to debrief every place amd also took alot of photos . As a solo traveller she ensure i was okay!! And also took alot of pictures. I had a great experience. My Tour guide was SOL she was very informative and helpful. She guided us in proper way and made the trip fun. She recommended me korean skincare according to my skin type she has studied korean skin care. She showed us the perfect spot to take photos and also clicked photos for us. Have rudimentary knowledge of the language. Communication even with written address and Google maps 3 hours later and $90 dollars poorer we returned to our ship disappointed

Even though the weather was incredibly hot, thanks to our guide Daniel Ji, we spent a fun and meaningful day… Busan is my hometown, which I left when I immigrated to Australia back in middle school. Touring around various parts of Busan on a one-day tour after such a long time brought back so many childhood memories—the nostalgia was just bursting! :) Our guide Daniel Ji explained every spot in Busan so thoroughly that I discovered many places and stories I would have completely missed if I had explored on my own. Most of all, they were so kind and made us feel so comfortable, allowing us to enjoy the trip with a great mood all day long. I highly recommend this to anyone visiting Busan for the first time, or to those who, like me, are returning after a long absence! :) P.S. Thank you so much for the ionic drink, guide! Jennie was our driver and at the same time our tour guide. She did an excellent job driving us and she’s very knowledgeable. I’ve never seen anyone as nice and helpful guide. as she is. We all truly enjoyed our tour of Busan. We also did the Sky Capsule n that was an awesome experience! She also took us to places where we enjoyed shopping before she took us back.

Well paced, good variety of sites. More like having a private driver to all the major sites and then a self guided experience at the site. Liked the small group size and the freedom to do what you want. Thank you Jake.

This was a wonderful way to spend the day getting to know Busan's various beach areas and gamcheon culture village. The pace was great. Had plenty of time to explore each stop. Sean, our tour guide, went above and beyond the expected! What was a wonderful & peaceful experience on our tour turned into a stressful & distressing time as I realized I had left my phone at the Cable Car location. Our tour was already at its last stop of the day. Sean calmly & quickly jumped into action, getting the rest of the group situated at Gamcheon Culture Village & then escorted me in a cab to find my phone. Sean explained to the info desk the situation & my phone was quickly recovered. Thank you, also, to the kind stranger who turned my phone in. Sean & I made it back to the tour group in plenty of time for our final meetup. She had assured me all along that all would be well and it definitely was. Sean absolutely went above & beyond what was expected of a tour guide. I cannot thank her enough for her kindness. I would like to give her 10 Stars! Thank you!!

Charles Lee was a genuinely nice guy and helpful with any questions I had. Mina was very kind too. Great tour to see some of the hot spots in Busan, especially since they are all pretty far away - I couldn’t have gone to these places on my own. Even with a rainy day, I had a great time. Note- this tour does the beach train, not the sky capsules - I was confused on that so if you want to do the sky capsules, book another tour. The lunch and songdo cable car was an extra charge.

This tour was a great way to experience some highlights of Busan. Our tour guide, Victoria, was easy to communicate with. She was so nice, cheerful, and helpful. An our van driver was also pleasant and got us around safely. It was a nice small group of just 6 tourists. So we each got personal attention. And we rode in a comfortable van instead of a large bus. This is a nice tour with walking only as much as you want to and a lot of free exploring time. Stop at seafood spot for lunch was delicious. Our tour guide Ted was great providing options at each location and keeping us on schedule.

There was not enough time to enjoy each attraction. Most of the time was for traveling from each pickup stop. The tour guide Sean was not informative about each attraction.

We enjoyed this tour, because it gives a sample of various experience: a unique sea temple, rock beach with a train ride around Taejongdae Park, skywalk,, and Gamcheon refugee village. Tommy is personable and informative.

Daniel Ji gave a really good tour and experience. He tolerated a difficult customer and somehow managed to make it enjoyable in spite of her rudeness. His behavior and character was exceptional.

The experience felt rushed, leaving little time to truly enjoy the sights or take photos in peace. I would have appreciated a slower pace to fully absorb the surroundings. While the tour covered the essentials, future travelers should know that it may feel hurried if you prefer a more relaxed experience.

Jake was an excellent guide — friendly, knowledgeable and very professional. He explained everything clearly and did his best to make the tour enjoyable for the English-speaking guests. Unfortunately, the tour setup was not ideal. The group was mixed with Chinese-speaking guests, and we had to listen to long and very loud commentary in Chinese throughout much of the trip. This made the experience quite tiring and took away from the overall impression. This is not a criticism of Jake at all; he was the best part of the tour. However, the company should make it much clearer at the time of booking that the tour may be combined with other language groups. We would have given 5 stars if the tour had been arranged as a proper English-guided tour only. Jake deserves full credit, but the tour company should improve the structure and transparency.

Some of the sites are rather touristy and it would have been good to have more time at the sites. Otherwise, we learned a lot and got a great overview of an often overlooked city.
