Itinerary
Haedong Yonggungsa Temple is the temple closest to the sea. Known as the site of Avalokiteshvara in Korea, it also houses the Diamond Sutra of Haedong Yonggungsa, a tangible cultural property of Busan. Here, you can witness the breathtaking panoramic view of the East Sea. The tour duration includes travel time between attractions. Please also note that the order of attractions may change or some locations may be replaced depending on weather or traffic conditions.
The Cheongsapo Daritdol Observatory is located on the Green Railway, a walking trail created from the abandoned tracks of the Haeundae South Line. It’s a top attraction in Busan, offering views of the fishing village of Cheongsapo, beautiful coastal scenery, sunrise, and sunset. From the observatory, visitors can admire the natural scenery of Cheongsapo’s stunning coastline and view the five rocky islands, known as Daritdol, lined up all the way to the offshore lighthouse. The tour duration includes travel time between attractions. Please also note that the order of attractions may change or some locations may be replaced depending on weather or traffic conditions.
At Haeundae Blue Line Park's Cheongsapo Station, you can enjoy free time. Cheongsapo is famous for its high-quality seaweed and its beautiful East Sea sunrise, which has made it a well-known attraction in Busan. On New Year’s Day, many visitors gather here along with Haeundae Beach and Mipo to witness the first sunrise of the year. Cheongsapo's "Moon Over Cheongsapo" is considered one of the Eight Scenic Views of Busan. The name Cheongsapo originally used the Chinese character for "snake," but now refers to "blue sand," fitting its location between Dalmaji Road in Haeundae and Songjeong Beach. The tour duration includes travel time between attractions. Please also note that the order of attractions may change or some locations may be replaced depending on weather or traffic conditions.
The United Nations Memorial Cemetery is the world's only UN memorial cemetery, where fallen UN soldiers who gave their lives for the cause of world peace and freedom are laid to rest. As a UNESCO World Heritage Park, it offers a detailed insight into South Korea's war history. In November 1955, the National Assembly of South Korea resolved to permanently donate this land to the United Nations as a gesture of gratitude for the sacrifices of UN forces, designating the cemetery as a sacred site. The tour duration includes travel time between attractions. Please also note that the order of attractions may change or some locations may be replaced depending on weather or traffic conditions.
Often called the "Machu Picchu" or "Santorini" of Korea, this vibrant hillside village is a must-visit Busan landmark featured on the Korea Tourism Organization’s "Top 100 Tourist Sites." Originally formed in the 1950s by Korean War refugees and Taegukdo followers, it was once a deteriorated area. However, a 2009 urban regeneration project transformed it into a colorful cultural hub, where local artists and residents filled the alleys with stunning murals and artworks. The tour duration includes travel time between attractions. Please also note that the order of attractions may change or some locations may be replaced depending on weather or traffic conditions.
This is the hidden drop-off point at Jagalchi (Nampo-dong) Station. When you get off atJagalchi (Nampo-dong) Station, you can see Yongdusan Park, Kkangtong Market (night market), Bupyeong Market, BIFF Square, and Jagalchi Market, making it a great area for accommodation as it is densely populated with lodging options. If you have booked accommodation in Nampo-dong, you can enjoy a comfortable trip by simply getting off here without any special transportation. There will be no guide accompanying you here. Great experience with Sunny :) She is super friendly and knowledgeable. Tour is great for covering all the highlights in only one day! Definitely recommend
Really enjoyed the sights in Busan, guide Hee was great!
Temple, cemetery, sky walk for pictures were nice. The train ride was short and crowded. The view along the beach is nice you don't need a train for that. The village was overcrowded with tourists and also tourist prices.
The tour took us to beautiful places in Busan, all places we wanted to see. However, the guide (Sunny) was not so good. She provided some very high level info about the places we visited while still on the bus, but was not clear about the logistics - where and when we need to wait to go back on the bus, and what to see while we stroll on our own. The tour was not organized very well, as example - we had only a very short time at the Blue Line Park, but whoever didn't take the train ride needed to wait a long time on the bus on the other end to pick up the ones who did, instead of allowing more time in the park and leave later. Or, she went to buy tickets just few minutes before the pickup time on the blue bridge hence letting us all wait and lose yet more time, while we had 20 minutes on the bridge she could have used for that. Also, the seafood lunch we were taken to was the most expensive we had in Korea and the worst one. The bus driver was also not very good. So overall the sites were beautiful, but everything around it was not.
Sunni #4 is the jolliest and the best tour guide! Such accomodating and patient with us when we cannot find our way to the pick up site! All the best Sunni and the whole team ♥️
Sunni was an amazing guide. Our trip has been wonderful and Sunni is so nice to wait for us when we were running late for our pick up. Highly recommended. Thank you Sunni
I had a great time in this tour. I found the amount of time spent certain locations were perfect. My tour guide, Sunny #4 , did a great job explaining the history of the places.
Excellent service from our tour guide. His name is Steven Yanagi. Very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Highly recommended!
Chris was a great tour guide! He was extremely knowledgeable. I thoroughly enjoyed this tour and would do it again!
Our Authentic Busan Tour with Yaho, our guide, was fantastic! The tour was well organized and well paced! Yaho did an excellent job of giving us the history and background information. Each site was interesting and beautiful. Yaho was attentive and thoughtful with everyone on the tour! He also had a very good sense of humour. He went out is his way to make sure my husband and I were safely in a taxi when we unexpectedly had to leave the tour with one stop left to visit! Also, the bus driver was excellent! Thank you for a great tour, Yaho!
Hans was very accommodating to everyone. I'm glad I didn't try to see everything on my own. He's very knowledgeable about Busan, and sharing his experiences with all of us. I highly recommend people to book this tour and ask for Hans to be your guide.
What a wonderful way to spend the day learning about Busan. From ancient city to historical memories to vibrant current culture. Our visit was definitely enhanced by this tour. Thank you Hans for a great day.
Great tour with Erica. Had a wonderful time sightseeing Busan. Erica was very helpful and shared lots of insights about the city and came up with recommendations about what we can do in Busan. Highly recommended.
The Busan day tour was disappointing overall, with several issues that significantly affected the experience. The tour guide repeatedly failed to clearly explain where and when we needed to meet back at the bus, causing unnecessary confusion. He also provided little to no background information or interesting facts about the places we visited, making the tour feel more like being transported from one location to another rather than having a proper guided experience. There was also no designated lunch stop or sufficient time set aside for lunch. We had to rush into convenience stores to grab snacks, which took time away from the scheduled stops and made the day feel unnecessarily rushed. Most concerningly, the driver’s driving was awful and felt dangerous, which made the journey uncomfortable and raised serious concerns about passenger safety. This was completely unacceptable and overshadowed what should have been an enjoyable day exploring Busan. Overall, while the tour covered the destinations, the experience fell well short of expectations. Better communication, informative commentary, proper meal planning, and, most importantly, safe and responsible driving are essential. Significant improvements are needed in the organisation and delivery of this tour.
I loved the tour as it packs a lot of great sights in one day. Unfortunately it was raining when I went so we couldn’t do all the sites. The guide Steven is great!
Eve though it rained all day, we had a great time. We’ve visited Busan a few times before, but we always find something new, different, and interesting places/things every time. Love visiting here. Our guide Mr. Hee was great. A nice young man. He made the rainy/wet day flow smoothly.
Best tourguide. Even it was raining the whole tour but the tourguide did his best to maximize our time.
Despite the rain (heavy at times), we still managed to visit 80% of the places on the itinerary. Our guide, Hee, managed to corral 43 people with some taking the train while others took the sky capsule. Hee was always smiling and had a positive attitude throughout!
We had a lovely day exploring Busan city even with the rain due to the Typhoon happening in Taiwan. Hee was our tour guide and he was personable, funny and very helpful. Also, with his help we got tickets for the sky capsule which gave a scenic view of Busan by the coast. We definitely recommend doing this tour.
BEE is a good tour guide . He’s professional and friendly, and tried his best to take care of every member of the group. He was great.
We had such a wonderful time with Erica today! Her English is excellent, and her lively personality and positive energy made the tour so much fun. She was friendly, engaging, and a joy to spend the day with. Thank you, Erica, for making our day so memorable! Highly recommended! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
A great fun filled tour with our guide Yaho who is also a guide at Vatican. Just a suggestion- the company may give an option to book for capsule ride at the time of booking so that there’s definite reservation
Great day tour to see the main sights of Busan, Erica was a great guide, highly recommend. If you want to see the sky line train you should book tickets in advance as they were all sold out when we arrived.
This tour was an amazing experience! Yaho, our guide, was incredibly professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. He shared so much fascinating information about the country’s culture, war history, and, of course, its delicious food. Yaho was kind and helpful throughout the entire day, always making sure we had a wonderful experience. He even surprised us with postcards from the country — such a thoughtful and lovely gesture! I had so much fun, and all my expectations were exceeded. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience! I highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting South Korea. And if you’re lucky enough to have Yaho as your guide, that’s an extra bonus! 🇰🇷
Yahoo is an excellent guide with experience and talent. I recommend him for your visit to Busan. He gave us too many informations about Korea.
We had a great experience on our tour in Busan! Our guide, Chris Park, was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. He made the tour enjoyable and well-organized, allowing us to discover some of the best places in Busan. The tour offered excellent value for money, with a great itinerary and a wonderful overall experience. Highly recommended, especially with Chris as your guide!
I did the tour on October 9th with my mom and aunt. Our guide was Sohee Park, what a lovely lady! She remembered the names of everyone that was on the bus, and communicated everything so clearly from pre-boarding until the end of the tour. She made the tour to be such an amazing experience! We got real value for money, I'd definitely do the tour again! If I were to rate our experience: I'd give our tour guide a 10/10, as well as a 10/10 for the entire experience! I absolutely recommend the tour to everyone! 😄
Diverse activities well planned to see the best of Busan in one day. Chris was amazing, so friendly, so professional and a great guide. Well recommended. Thank you
Yahoo was a very friendly guide making sure everyone was happy and couldn’t have done more. How he remembered everyone’s name is a mystery. Only disappointment of the day was the Sky Capsules were fully booked so we had to give that a miss. It was the main thing I wanted to do on the tour. Perhaps more organisation beforehand to prebook and add on to the tour price or ask us to prebook beforehand ourselves to avoid disappointment. Despite missing out on the Sky Capsules it was a thoroughly enjoyable day. We only had one full day in Busan so was able to see the main sights with this tour.
This was our first time in Busan, and we were very fortunate to have chosen this one-day tour. The itinerary was well-planned, engaging, and packed with great activities. Our guide, Ted, was highly professional, skilled, and friendly. This tour is an excellent choice for first-time visitors.
The itinerary was well planned and sufficient time to explore. Kang was super helpful and approachable. He also made it interesting weaving in the stories / histories of the places we visited. Highly recommended.
My sister and I had a great experience. Our tour guide, Kang was incredible! Would highly recommend!
Ancient to modern travel hot points were covered on this long day of tour. Yaho, our guide, was full of enthusiasm and very witty. We enjoyed his service very much! Strongly recommend the tour and the guide.
This was an excellent way to see the major sites of Busan in a day. Yahoo was a fantastic and friendly guide. We enjoyed the K pop and impromptu karaoke on the coach. I would definitely recommend this trip.
It was a great tour! Definitely felt like I saw most of Busan in a day. I would highly recommend it!
A good fun way to see the sights of the city. Yaho our guide was a lot of fun.......................
Prepare to have your mind absolutely blown: Joe is nothing short of an absolute wizard of helpfulness and a titan of divine communication! He is joyful and an awesome guide. He kept us informed all the time. His energy is infectious. Keep up the good work Joe!!
Hee is nice and excellent tour guide. He gave us enough time to explore the temple, the cultural village and UN memorial park . He also provided list of places to eat and visit after the tour. Highly recommended.
Our guide Erica did a good job of explaining the history of major sites in Busan while keeping the tour lighthearted. But our lunch spot was far too expensive - I think our guide could have warned us about the prices (and that the staff will upsell when given the chance).
Erika was our tour guide for the Busan City Tour…we started at 9 and ended around 6. We got to see a lot of the history and culture of Busan. The UN cemetery was the highlight of the day. Was very moving and sobering at the same time, with the history of the Korean war and the many countries that helped with the conflict and rebuilding of this modern country.
Erica did a great job as guide, atent and helpful. The tour saves you a lot of stress trying to traverse the city on public transport.
I kept telling the tour guide I’m vegetarian and needed my diet respected at the lunch stop, which turned out to be a seafood place. He promised they had options, so I ordered the veggie fried rice, only to find pork in it. I told him right away since there was a language barrier with the staff, but he just brushed it off, saying he told them and didn't know what happened, without even trying to fix it or get a manager. I ended up paying for a meal I couldn't even eat. It’s obvious the restaurant is a tourist trap working on commission with the tour operator. They just don't care when things go wrong. I’m so disappointed; the whole day was ruined. The tour operator is at fault because they knew my requirements and chose that place anyway. I didn't eat anything all day, and when I asked the guide if we could stop at a cafe, he made me feel like I was being a huge inconvenience to the group.
Great guide. Phenomenal itinerary. Good price point. We were picked up at 9:30 and finished the tour with our drop off at 7p. The bus was clean and comfortable.
We thoroughly enjoyed this excursion provided by love Korea. We visited all the key places and attractions in a day. Worth doing. What really made the difference was the guide, Yaho. He was enjoyable, very knowledgeable, and with a superb attitude. From the pick up to the end. He was always caring about his customers. He even remembered all the names of his customers. From different nationalities. The 14 of us!! Thank you Yaho for an unforgettable day.
Erika was a phenomenal tour guide and the seaside temple was gorgeous as well as the restaurant she recommended in Haeundae
Erica was excellent. A great option for an overview of Buson. She was organized and an excellent communicator
Good Erika was so friendly and helpful
We really enjoyed this tour with our guide Erica. Gamcheon Culture Village was colorful and fun, and the UN Memorial Cemetery was moving and educational. The pace was comfortable and our guide explained everything well. Good for families with kids. Highly recommend.
Had a great tour. Erica was funny and a great tour guide. I would definitely recommend this tour for anyone in Busan
