The facilities are quite clean, probably because they are newly built. However, the overall cleanliness could be improved, as we found items such as a bottle cap under the sofa. We stayed in the five-person suite, which cost KRW 220,000 on a Saturday.
Very big and spacious room. It’s really a studio apartment converted to hotel room. One queen bed and one single bed, can fit 3 adults. Unfortunately they don’t provide amenities due to the local regulations. But they also DO NOT provide towels because they can’t use single use items? That’s absurd because they put many hand towels in the bath room. If they can provide small towels than they can provide big towels. The heating system in the room is very confusing. In the winter they only turn on heater when it’s already quite hot in the room. The only way to cool down is to open the winter and let cool air in.

As Hotels go First City is a good in-between of a full service hotel and a serviced apartment. Location is perfect. Rooms are smartly designed, comfortable and functional. New age through and through.
