Right from the start, I fell in love with the hotel’s vibe. The building was designed by architect Daniel Libeskind. Its curved glass shapes look like ocean waves and ship sails. Inside, the design firm Super Potato used natural wood and stone to give it a relaxed, organic feel. This makes the nice ambience feel incredibly sleek yet super warm and welcoming. The good location is also totally spot-on, tucked right into a beautiful waterfront district that was perfect for my scenic evening strolls by the harbor. Thanks to the unique curved design, the floor-to-ceiling windows are amazing. The view from my room was superb, looking straight out over the gorgeous marina. I spent so much time just staring at the boats on the water—it was the perfect backdrop to wake up to! As a huge bonus, I absolutely loved their comprehensive gym room. It is packed with excellent equipment, making it super easy to get a great workout in while enjoying more of those spectacular views. You also cannot skip the breakfast here. The breakfast foods were so diverse and delicious, with high-quality options that totally hit the spot. It gave me the perfect fuel for a day of exploring. My only minor critique is that using two different elevators to get from the room to the street can be a bit confusing at first. But once you get the hang of it, it's smooth sailing. It's a beautiful architectural place, and I highly recommend it!

Re: Outdoor seating ground floor It’s great. But there are smokers near, around the outdoor seating thus it’s difficult to enjoy the seating. Is this a smoking area? Or are they simply smoking there while it is not a designated smoking area. If so, shouldn’t the hotel try to accommodate the patrons who use the outdoor seating by enforcing the no smoking zone or designate an area that is away from the outdoor seating so that the smoking would less likely to bother the users of the outdoor seating?
A lovely hotel in a great location and with amazing staff. Everyone here have been exceptionally helpful and really do go above and beyond. A few things that stood out to me and made our stay great: - We mentioned our room gets quite hot despite the AC being on. The team did everything they could to cool the room down by giving us an additional fan and portable AC unit along with a few complimentary drinks to apologise for the inconvenience - It was my husbands birthday and they gifted him a stunning birthday cake and drinks - I wanted to visit a headpspa, the team recommended a place and even spoke to the owner to get me booked in, making sure I got exactly what I wanted Would definitely recommend and come back.
If you're looking for a hotel that showcases the beauty of Korea at every turn, this is the place to stay. Tucked away in one of Busan's most upscale neighborhoods, the hotel offers spectacular views while maintaining a peaceful atmosphere that feels worlds away from the city's crowds. Although it's within about a 20-minute walk of the lively oceanfront areas, the hotel itself sits in a quiet, safe, beautifully developed neighborhood. There are also wonderful local spots nearby, including OPS, one of Busan's most beloved bakeries. What truly makes this property stand out, however, is its guest experience. I've stayed at several Park Hyatt properties around the world, and this is the one I keep coming back to—and the one I recommend most enthusiastically to friends and family. From the moment you book until the day you leave, you genuinely feel that the team is focused on making your stay exceptional. Our guest experience ambassador, Kyunghun (Kevin) Park, made our stay special even before we arrived. He helped coordinate reservations across multiple bookings and arranged weekend activities for us, making what could have been a complicated process completely seamless. Throughout our stay, it was obvious how much he cared about creating memorable experiences for every guest. His warmth, professionalism, and attention to detail deserve special recognition. The newly introduced weekend activities have made the hotel even more enjoyable. If your schedule allows, I highly recommend visiting over a weekend to take advantage of them. While the hotel doesn't have the outdoor infinity pool that many luxury properties advertise, the creative activities more than make up for it. In particular, the singing bowl session by the pool was a highlight of our stay. My relatives, who are a bit older, enjoyed that peaceful experience far more than they would have enjoyed a crowded outdoor pool. It was a thoughtful addition that perfectly matched the tranquil atmosphere of the hotel. The property itself is also stunning. The nighttime view of Gwangan Bridge is absolutely breathtaking, and the hotel incorporates subtle Korean-inspired design elements throughout the interiors, giving it a refined sense of place without feeling overly themed. I think the photos I've attached speak for themselves. Overall, this is an outstanding destination for a family vacation, a relaxing getaway, or for anyone wanting to introduce someone to the elegance and beauty of Korea. The hotel delivers luxury not only through its facilities but, more importantly, through the people who make every guest feel genuinely welcome. I can't wait to return.
Beautiful hotel. Although it is not directly on the beach, I think this may be the best-designed hotel I have stayed at in Busan. The room is not very large, but it is thoughtfully designed, with double sinks, a separate shower and bathtub, spacious walk-through closet, a separate toilet room, and floor-to-ceiling windows with beautiful views of the harbor, city, and mountains. We booked last minute during the holiday, so we were not able to get an ocean-view room, but we were still very satisfied with the view we had. Also love the beautiful hardwood floor in the room.
