I want to live here! 😆 NEWCZ LCT Residence exceeded our expectations. Its a luxury apartment with absolutely fabulous views from every room. The entire place is incredibly clean, spacious, thoughtfully laid out, new, and modern. They really seem to have thought of everything—there’s a fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, bidet, huge TV, comfortable bedrooms, and even a separate den that gives you extra space to relax. Having all the conveniences of home while enjoying such a beautiful, upscale setting makes it especially comfortable for a family or a longer stay. And then there’s the view—it’s spectacular and makes you want to just sit by the window and take it all in. We came to Busan planning to spend our time touring the city, but after checking in here, I’m seriously tempted to just stay inside and enjoy the apartment! 😆 Beautiful, comfortable, modern, and luxurious. This has been one of the highlights of our stay in Busan.

3 incredible nights in our upgraded presidential suite at the LCT residence. Absolutely gorgeous and spotless. Views on a clear night were 👌🏼. Our family of 6 were incredibly comfortable in this spacious smart condo. Each room had individual temp control and automatic curtains for the floor to ceiling windows. Large laundry and dryer was the cherry on top. Fresh towels and water delivered daily. Good location in Haeundae beach, a bit far for other must see locations such as Gwangalli beach and the Culture village, but a choice we made. On thing… could use curtains in the bathroom as it was a bit exposing to shower even on the 69th floor 😂.

A wonderful place to stay — spacious, clean, and with a beautiful view. Especially being able to enjoy the ocean view of Busan from a high floor was incredibly relaxing. My family and I had a lovely vacation here, and we would definitely come back again if we have the chance.

An accommodation with a great view from the 81st floor—that’s about the only positive. The staff lack professionalism and are unable to respond adequately even to simple questions. The dishwasher had a “do not use” sticker on it, there was a whirlpool tub, but the bathroom storage cabinet and overall usability were disappointing. The shower booth door wouldn’t close properly, leaving the floor soaked with water. There were also not enough dishes and basic tableware. The whole point of staying in a residence-style accommodation is the convenience of feeling at home, but this place falls short. The view is nice for a day, but actually staying here is quite uncomfortable. It really makes you wonder if this is all you get after paying such a high price.
