Great overview of Dijon. Just the right mix of detail and overview. We liked it so much we went to Beaune the next day for a similar tour.

This tour was worth it. You can go at your own pace, stopping where you want to and then continuing on. It was thorough, fun and easy to find the landmarks. Recommended if you prefer to do this type of tour on your own
Holiday booked for 23rd August but by 21st, had not received key details. Rang Plum Guide who said they would look into it. Short while later, received email saying owner had cancelled and invoice attached for refund. So frustrated that I rang the owner who said there had never been a booking as she had only considered renting with them but changed her mind. At this late stage after desperately trying to find something else, had to spend our week at home. How can this happen? Should have read more reviews than I had previously. If you ever chance booking with them, call the owner to make sure property has really been booked.
This was a great self guided tour, we will do another the same in Beaune. Being self guided we were able to stop for food that looked good in the trail.
This was an interesting and informative tour. However, we felt that it could have gone into a bit more detail in some areas.
The flexibility of the walking tour and the amount of location information makes the tour more customizable and full for of relevant neighborhood information!!
A little dofficult to folow the map when you start but after walking around for several minutes, you will finilly understand the map
We stayed in Odalys hotel in the very center of Dijon. Pretty hotel with internal garden, very good breakfast, quite ,no parking there but 3 minutes away there was a good place to park and we paid 15euros for 28hrs stay. 2 minutes from the hotel is the center of this pretty town. Very pleased. Not much to see for more that a day or two though. And if you travel in the summer prepare for heat :)
I really liked the trip. I decided to make it a solo trip cause that way I could properly listen to the audio and the historical values. It took me 2 hours to finish the trip. I learnt a lot. I am about to visit the museum soon. I really wish there could be more audio guides like this only in Dijon for us solo trip lovers. There are many other places in Dijon and also surrounding Dijon that I would have loved to explore with the help of such audio guides.
We (family of 4 - 2 adults and 2 teens) really enjoyed this audio tour. We could walk at our own pace and learnt a lot about the city of Dijon along the way. This has made us want to do more audio tours.
We had a great self guided tour. It was not only extremely informative, but also technologically advanced. This app on the phone basically followed us on the walk, determined where we were located, allowed times for coffee/ ice cream / wine breaks and then continued guiding us. Highly recommend.
Dishonest and misrepresent the property. They are totally disconnected with the property owner/manager. They point the finger at each other to disown any issues. DO NOT TRUST THEM.
This Dijon, France audio tour was a fantastic introduction to the city. It gave enough information to feel that you were on a private tour dedicated just for you. It gave plenty of options to stop the audio recording and explore in the moment. We used it as a starting point to map out the next two days of sightseeing. And the bonus… it’s a lifetime audio recording so you could/can listen again when returning from vacation to ‘sightsee’ again.
We were in Dijon for Christmas. A time when the town is quiet... and we loved walking the streets with this very capable guide telling us the stories of this wonderful place. The guide brought everything to life. It even kept us on track... letting us know when we had wandered off course. We highly recommend this wonderful tour.
Nice tour, perfect to get an insight into Dijon and start the day in a new city. The concept of the self-guided tour via GPS was new to me and I really enjoyed it.
This was a nice little introductory tour around a bit of Dijon. Had a little trouble with the app not restarting when I started up the camera app to take a photo. Just had to manually start. The narrator was good, nice voice and just the right level of detail. The tour seemed a bit short. We didn't walk too far and it was over.
This was my first virtual walking tour and it was great. It took me a little while to download the app and access the tour but once I got started it was fabulous. The guide spoke perfect english so it was very easy to understand her. I did get take a wrong turn but the app warned me and I got back on course. Great information in small manageable segments. Highly recommended.
I thought the Audio tour was great. The author spoke well you could understand her. Before you go push start to doubt load the material. because it takes a while to download the material and you have nothing to do while you’re standing there waiting they don’t tell you that instructions. It is a great experience.
Found this such good value. We used our earbuds (1 each). The way the audio locates your position using our GPS was so clever. We have now checked for similar methods when visiting different cities.
Like Dijon. Not as busy as Lyon with some fabulous restaurants to choose and of course the mustard! We had 2 nights at Hotel De Ducs, located at edge of Old Town. 2 nights were enough to see and enjoy Dijon
Fantastic self tour. We weren’t interested in a group tour or private guide because we had things planned already. This allowed us to access and continue getting to know Lyon whenever we had time. It was very good, especially for the price. Worked perfectly and we learned a lot.
This tour app was very convenient to do at my own pace, allowing me to stop off along the way, then resume. Lots of interesting facts and stories. Learned a lot about Dijon.
Matthieu is an exceptional guide, especially if you’re an English speaker. He is native French, but his English is so fluent and precise that he can tell you anything you want to know. The Snacks add to the tasting, and his mom made Comte pastries that were memorable. He checked our dietary requirements and worked around them - clearly aiming to make it work for everyone Also - very friendly, welcoming ambiance Highly recommended.
Beautiful city to discover. Having an Audio Guide allows you to walk at your own pace and discover the history of the city.
The tour was interestingly designed, the English very understandable. The GPS guidance was perfect, also led us great to the starting point
Très mal expliqué,je pensais visiter une moutarderie en audiovisuel alors qu'il n'en était rien. Non remboursable !!!! Très déçu
Le tour est uniquement disponible en anglais et il est proposé sur un site français... Le contenu est bien.
