L'hotel De Beaune

We had a wonderful stay at Hôtel de Beaune. Our room was exceptionally spacious, comfortable, and beautifully appointed. The heated bathroom floor was incredible and a particularly welcome touch! The staff were consistently friendly, helpful, and welcoming throughout our stay, making us feel right at home. The location couldn’t be better, right in the heart of Beaune and within easy walking distance of the town’s restaurants, shops, and sights. A lovely hotel with excellent service, comfortable accommodations, and a fantastic location. We would happily stay here again on our next visit to Beaune.

From the moment we arrived we were greeted with a smile at the entrance to the hotel. Nothing was too much trouble and all requests were promptly addressed. Our room the Madison Suite was enormous, airy, beautifully furnished and came complete with an extensive complimentary bar and a spacious 30 sq Mtrs terrace on which to enjoy the contents of the bar enveloped in the warm September sunshine. As a treat for our nephew who arrived mid week we booked the hotel Bentley for two days of exploring the Grand Route du Vins. An exceptional experience enhanced by our driver Eric who provided a steady flow of information about the Domaines and vineyards that we drove through. In fact it would be impossible to write a review about our stay without giving a personal mention to Barthelemy, Marie, Precious, Leo Paul, Michele and Eric all of whom made our 7 night stay very special. Finally a big thank you to the whole back up team, housekeeping, room service, restaurant staff, front desk etc. whose names I do not know but who all played a major role in making this an experience to remember.

An exceptional stay in Beaune! We had a beautiful, spacious suite that was impeccably clean, comfortable, and very well appointed. The entire staff was extremely polite, attentive, and professional throughout our stay. Both breakfast and dinner at the restaurant were fantastic, with excellent food and service. The wine selection was truly impressive, with an amazing variety of Burgundy wines and beyond. A wonderful experience from beginning to end. We would definitely recommend this hotel and would happily stay here again!

5 Stars! The team at L’Hotel was very helpful in arranging transportation and advising on wine tastings (Drouhin, Chateau Pommard, and Comte Senard were highlights). We really enjoyed the breakfast (amazing scrambled eggs + bacon). The e-bikes were also a fun and easy way to get around. Also, the gym is really top tier - all brand new Technogym equipment, which is a nice touch. Room 10 above the restaurant is very nice, stays cool (great air con) and is a fun place to stay. No issues with noise as it is 2 floors above the restaurant and the town is quiet post 10pm.
