Transfer Buenos Aires International Airport (Eze) To Downtown Hotel

We found our transfer easily. He was helpful and informative as we drove into town to our hotel. Everything went well.

We were so glad to be met on arrival and taken smoothly to our hotel in Buenos Aires. Clean car, reliable driver, prompt. English was only fair but dispather checked in with perfect English to verify arrival details.

They were waiting just outside immigration, with a luggage cart, brought the car directly to the front of the airport, easy ride into the city and to our hotel.

Driver never showed up for the pick up. We waited for 1 hour. Called many times the local number and no answer.

We booked airport transfer a day ahead and it was accepted. Upon arrival no one met us. After waiting for a bit we realized that our reservation was canceled while we very flying in. Luckily it turns out EZE airport has a great cab reservation counter. The cost was even cheaper then ordering through Viator and cars where immediately available upon payment. No need to request ahead of time especially since they are not reliable.

It was the best feeling to arrive in Buenos Aires and have someone waiting for you with a luggage cart ready to drive. After a long flight and delays, it was great to have this ride ready to go with bag help and clean, secure car. Additionally, they did ask if anyone needed to use the restroom before departure since it would be a 45 minute drive into central BA, which I appreciated. The driver was great and drove safely which is important to us as we traveled with our 6 year old. The gentleman told us of a few locations like the football training center where Messi trains when in Argentina. Overall, I highly recommend this service especially for families.

I used this service for round trip transfers. On the way in, they were OK - the conversation was good via WhatsApp and the driver was patient while bags were slow to move. The car he picked us up in was old, dirty and rickety. On the way back to the airport, I made several attempts to confirm the booking and finally had to call 15 minutes before pickup. Was told yes, we would have a ride. The ride showed up 20 minutes AFTER the call time and was a subcompact - I had told them I had large luggage - we had bags in the front passenger seat, in between us in the back, and the trunk was full. Lame excuse about a problem with the prior vehicle was given; I don’t buy it. They simply forgot to send an appropriate vehicle. I got a minor refund on the return but still paid 200% of the going Uber rate for the same vehicle.
