Transfer Buenos Aires Downtown Hotel To Domestic (Aep) Or Cruise Terminal

Our transfer was from the cruise ship terminal to our hotel. We were late disembarking the ship, so I contacted the company to inform them and the driver waited on us. Our driver was punctual and professional with a great attitude and excellent customer service. He handled all our luggage.

We were picked up at our hotel very promptly. It was lunch rush hour but our driver maneuvered the traffic well and got us to the cruise terminal in plenty of time an in comfort.

Pickup was about 10 mins early which was nice and vehicle was beyond immaculate, comfortable, and very modern. Everything was a breeze!

The driver dropping us off at the wrong airport and 10 of us almost missing our flight. Inspite of having the correct address on the pick up & drop-6firm, the driver took us to the wrong address. Your driver's should be able to speak a little bit of English to communicate with only English speaking clients.

Depending on where you stay this could be very fast. I stayed at the Alvear Art Hotel. From there to getting into past security took a quick 35 minutes. The driver was on time. In fact he was waiting while I was checking out. No complaints.

Driver arrived 15 minutes too early to our Sheraton BA hotel. Should have been 6:00 am, not 5:45 am. Called our room to tell us he was here. Seemed to be in a hurry, like he had somewhere else to go. We had over 2-1/2 hours before a domestic flight. No reason to be so early. Otherwise, he got us to the AEP airport no problem.

The drivers met us on time. The cars were clean. There was however an issue that the company needs to address. It seemed that the local operative for Viator had hired a local driver, The driver and the local representative exchanged money during the transfer, indicating some under the table exchange. The car did not have a log or a sign that it belonged to or was affiliated with Viator. I was concerned if the car was registered and insured, and that the driver was licensed.

2 days before our transfer from our hotel to the airport we received a message that we were charged incorrectly and would owe another $30. When I responded that we had already paid $35 and did not agree to more, we were told our transfer would be cancelled. As upset as we were we agreed to rage cancellation and requested a refund. If we didn’t receive it I was going to dispute it on our credit card when returning home. We arranged a taxi through the hotel. When ready to leave 2 driver showed up. The one from the transfer said he didn’t know about the cancellation. In the confusion between him and the taxi I confined tge message telling us tge company cancelled us. Feeling bad for tge driver who said he would not increase the cost we went with him. He was very nice and did get us to the airport without any issues.

Our transfer from hotel to cruise terminal was smooth. We could have asked for any better service. This firm accommodates those not familiar with Buenos Aires. Very well done.

Driver didn’t show up. Had to get a refund and get taxis too airport. Argentina office not open as early so tried through US office. No one to contact so refund issued.
