Transfer Buenos Aires Domestic (Aep) Or Cruise Terminal To Downtown Hotel

The driver was waiting for us outside of the terminal as we left the ship. He was courteous and professional.

Our driver was there to meet us. He was extremely friendly and helpful. As we drove to the hotel he was explaining many things about the city.

Prompt and efficient. Easy pickup and drop off. Pleasant personality. Would definitely recommend this transfer.

THIS is how it is supposed to work. The last transfer I booked through Viator (with a different provider) turned out to be just a taxi. No one waiting for me with a sign or anything. I had you walk outside and track them down. But this one turned out to be just as described. A clean car, friendly driver, waited for me inside, and even waited until I got inside my airbnb since it was late at night. Wonderful.

Eduardo was on time to welcomed us upon our arrival to BA. Gave us some introductions to some prominent places we came across while driving to our accommodation in city from the airport. Friendly and helped with our many luggages. Highly recommended if you need a reliable transfer services in BA.

Driver showed up 40 min. later that the ordered time (didnt speake a word of English), their office phone did not answer, pointless service

I had a problem retrieving my bag (someone else had claimed it, leaving theirs behind, and left the port with it). The driver was patient and waited for my bag to be returned to me, about an hour's wait. We really appreciated that! I had notified Viator of a change in hotel. This information had not been communicated to the driver. We made sure he had the correct information before we left the port and everything worked out fine.

The driver took us to the wrong airport. We reached AEP airport about 1.5 hours before take off. It was a crazy mad rush for the 10 of us to get our luggage checked and get our boarding passes. If we had missed our flight we would have sued GET travels.

After finally locating driver Eduardo in the chaos of disembarkation from our cruise ship he quickly escorted us to the vehicle and a very pleasant drive to our downtown hotel

We were transferred from the one the cruise port to the park tower hotel. we were picked up and delivered to the hotel with no problems.

Driver was friendly, on time and helpful. He had a clear visible sign with our name on it and walked to the designated pick up location and was parked close by.

There was no one waiting for us with a sign. We walked around the arrivals entrance and finally called the company. After 15 minutes we found the woman with a piece of paper with our name on it. She then called the driver to pick us up. If we had just taken a taxi ( there were many waiting) it would have been faster and half the price.

Terrific friendly driver who was there when we exited the terminal. Direct route to our hotel and nice commentary on the way!

Driver was late to pick up. Car size wasn’t what was requested zzzzzzzzzz zzzzz I don’t recommend. Many alternatives

We hired GET to take us from the cruise terminal to our downtown hotel. We estimated our time to pick up as 11:00. To our surprise, we were already out at 10:00. But he was already there waiting! Such a nice man. Very helpful. And much cheaper than cruise line transfers with bus loads of people. Highly recommend!

During my recent stay in Buenos Aires, I used the service several times. My experience was always 100% positive. The driver was always on time and the delight to interact with. On my last ride from my downtown hotel to the international airport, the driver went above above and beyond. I had two heavy suitcases, and when we arrived at the airport, there were no luggage carts around. He pulled over, picked up my suitcases, and walked me into the terminal to the check-in line, where carts were available. I would not hesitate to recommend the service to anyone.

Driver was good and got us to hotel with out issue. We did have an issue with pickup. Tour company office said to exit the cruise port. Driver was just inside the cruise port gate. Office said to wait at the street. We did look in multiple locations and ultimately find our driver. Process did delay our pickup a bit.

Our driver Mr. Daniel was punctual, driving safely with a service focused attitude. He was a very reliable driver and the car was clean and comfortable.
