Great food tour with Sylvia. She was lots of fun and very engaging. Saw a different part of town. Too much food and the unexpected restaurant steak was definitely a bonus. Thank you Sylvia

Itinerary
Start point. Palermo Soho Starting point of the tour. Here you will meet the guide and the rest of the group.
Wine and cheeses We enter a wine shop and taste a glass of wine and a small selection of cheeses.
Empanadas The second step is to try the traditional Argentine empanadas. We will visit a place located in the heart of Palermo, where there are many other bars and restaurants.
Charcuterie and vermouth We will walk through a beautiful old passage with many works of urban art, until we reach a traditional delicatessen. There we will try a selection accompanied by a very typical drink, vermouth.
Choripan with Chimichurri This is one of our customers' strong points and favorites! Do you dare to try the Argentine "Chimichurri"?
Traditional Argentine Asado (BBQ) + Malbec wine We will visit a specialized meat house. Here you will also try the world-famous Argentine Malbec.
Ice Cream The sweet end of the tour! We will finish by trying the typical Argentine ice cream: "Cucurucho". We recommend trying the most traditional flavor: Dulce de leche!

This was an incredible tour. Sylvia is a Palermo local so she walked us to some incredible spots! She was so knowledgeable about Argentina and Buenos Aires! Her English was fantastic so there was no issues at all communicating We would tour again with her in a heartbeat
We had a great time! Adriana was lovely and spoke English very well. My personal favorite was the choripan spot and the ice cream at the end! Great way to get a taste of popular Argentinian foods.
We had a great experience. Our guide was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. We recommend this to other tourists.
Hi just finished the local food tour. I hardly ever leave a review but the tour was outstanding. Rachel was a patient and thorough guide and a delight to be with. There was a vast array of food and it was all delicious. It was an awesome night highly recommended.
Great experience and stupendous host. Lots of food so bring your appetite. Great to have a local guide also explain the neighborhood.
Tatiana was very friendly but gave little information about the food and culture. It was a bit like a dinner club…great discussion but provided little information about the culture.
Great tour. Our guide was Loudres and she was really good. I would recommend this tour. Easy, laid back, good guide and great food. In the Palermo area which is also very cool.
Good value w hotel pu/dropoff. Be prepared to be there till close to 12 midnight. Nice plentiful dinner Tango and music w hotel pu and dropoff. Remember your driver.
we had a good experience trying the food and it was in a good part of the city, friendly lady who was with us
I think this is a great food tour of the Palmero area! We tried a great variety of foods and drinks. We tried charcuterie, a vermouth cocktail, wines, empanadas, choripan, steak, and ice cream. I actually really appreciated the longer stop for steak. A tour guide from a different activity later in our trip mentioned the steakhouse is one of her favorites that many locals go to! I only took off one star because the guides were not very involved. It felt like they just guided us from one place to another with a small overview of the food. We had to ask a lot of questions to get information. Our main guide was training a new employee and spent most of the tour talking with her instead.
Great price for a great experience. I made this tour, and it totally exceeded my expectations. We had really tasty food, amazing drinks, and a knowledgeable tour guide who did everything to make us feel like locals.
Wow, this tour has everything (walk, food, drinks, and fun). I had a great moment with this experience. The group was amazing, the food was delicious (special mention to the choripan), and our guide made this very special.
Very nice informative walking tour started at meeting point with glasses of wine, vermouth spritzer and charcuterie board. Walking onto empanada, chorizo sandwich, delicious steak dinner, more wine and last but not least gelato! Our hostess was exceptionally charming and very knowledge. Al in all it was a delightful experience!
Very disappointed. After having many food tours through Viator this one was the worst we have had. The food was substandard. The guide was disinterested from the start and only seemed there to get us from point a to b and purchase the food. No real info volunteered. The Tour was poorly organized. Stop 1 was a minimal charcuterie plus 2 different drinks. Two much to drink with such minimal food. One was vermouth and the other was wine and sparkling water. Next stop had empanadas with US made tabasco sauce. No explanations. I had to buy my own water. No drinks provided. Next stop Sausage sandwich. Not stellar. No drinks included. Next stop entree. Steaks were tough and almost uncutable. Served with salad (best part of meal) wine / water. Last stop icecream. Was very good. I expect the walking tour to include some history about the area and food. Not on this tour. Not worth the money paid. We could have had a better experience on our own.
Great way to learn about the area foods and customs. Our guide was very friendly and knowledgeable. Food was great.
Our tour was cancelled for lack of an available guide. The message came on WhatsApp and we didn't see it but they were kind enough to give us the list of restaurants that we would have gone to so that we could go there on our owm
Go hungry because it will be a lot of delicious food. Our guide Lourdes was fantastic. We had a great time visiting with her and learning about the foods.
Raquel was a wonderful host and guide. The food and wine were fabulous. All of our stops were within about a 5 block radius of the neighborhood, Palermo. We started at a wine bar upstairs for Vermut and a charcuterie. Then downstairs for more wine. We then went for Chori, a traditional Argentine sausage sandwich. Next we went to Lena’s for empanadas followed by a fabulous steak dinner with salad, french fries and fresh hot bread. The food was fabulous. Our last stop was gelato. Lots of flavors to choose from. I highly recommend this foodie tour. Lots of food and wine. Rachel was wonderful and full of lots of Argentine info. The neighborhood was great and her choices of restaurants were awesome. *****
Lourdes was a wonderful guide with lots of knowledge and spoke English well. Lots of stairs to start at the wine window then all flat and within a few blocks. Good food. We enjoyed ourselves.
Lots of delicious food and a delightful guide, Lourdes. It was a fun area to walk around and sample local foods.
A very uninteresting experience. Food and wine well below what could be expected in BA. Our host was more interested in chatting to their colleague than being informative.
Made a reservation weeks ahead and they canceled last minute. If they’d refused the reservation originally I wouldn’t be leaving this review.
Our guide Facunda (Signature Tours) was most friendly and helpful and have his all to give us a great time. The food and wine was superb and Facunda's informative commentary made the afternoon so much more special. I would thoroughly commend this tour and guide for future tourists to Buenos Aires.
There is more food to taste than anyone could possible eat. Great tour, great food, and a great guide.
Excellent food, nice walk around Palermo district. We had a private tour and met somewhere travelers on a similar tour. Our guide was very knowledgeable and explained the area in detail. He answered all of our questions completely. Thank you.BA
Fantastic experience! Good food, good conversation! !!!!!!!!!!!! Guide was the best! Would do it again!
It was very nice. I had a great time with Lourdes. She walked with me through out the tour and answers all my questions. She shared a lot of insight about the culture and food as we did the tour. Even with the jet lag I was able to enjoy the experience and the food. Every stop had great delicious food. It also made me comfortable about the area and gave me confidence to come back and explore.
Loved the tour and the tour guide Pablo. He was very knowledgeable about everything in Argentina. The food was amazing and we went to the best places.
Awesome tour about the food in BA, we got to taste many different options and we even went to a Michelin star restaurant. Beautiful walk and the group was very well combined by our tour guide Mara. We got to taste several wines and dishes all throughout the experience.
I went there wanting to learn about the local cuisine and it couldn´t have gone any better. My Tour guide was Tomas who had restaurants in Argentina and gave our group lots of tips about the places and the way to handle ourselves in BA, we also had the chance to try locally made wine and vermouth, paired with surprising dishes which made the whole experience fit and match our expectations
This was an excellent tour. Our guide, Facundo, was excellent. He shared tons of interesting food facts and insights into the Argentine culture. Plus his knowledge of the neighborhood murals and artwork was great. We enjoyed some really great food, especially the choripan and the grilled steak/pork was some of the best we've ever had!
The guide was very knowledgeable and helpful. We had great time. We learned not only about food, but also about history and culture. We will totally recommend.
Great experience. Fernando was welcoming and informative, Palermo was interesting to take in after five days in other parts of the city, and it was a mellow yet quite fun adventure. I'm glad I went!
buenos aires is a great city for a food tour, our guide was lovely and we had a great time. We loved the chorypan and the empanadas
Beautiful experience with lots of different people to meet and enjoy argentinian foods with! Our guide Tomas did a great job letting us in on the secrets to their local food.
The operator did not show up for the tour. There was another tour participant waiting at the site. Thanks to the fact that the meeting point was at the place where the operator is based and thanks to a neighbor who gave me directions on how to contact the operator, I was able to talk to a member of the operator, who first argued that there was no excursion that day and after showing my ticket changed the argument to say that the guide could not come at that time. With good spirits I asked for a solution and they offered to do the tour that same day hours later, which I accepted willingly; they also did not come at the new time indicated so I contacted the operator again by WhatsApp, half an hour later they answer that they were waiting for me and that it was me who had not come, giving me an address that being the same street was another number, I told them that no one had informed me of that change and that I had already left the area, requesting at that time a full refund
