Tango Porteño Show With Optional Dinner In Buenos Aires

Absolutely awesome, I must see. We paid for the VIP but is no necessary. The dinner was excellent , the Malbec one of the best I had. Highly recommended

The show starts at 10pm. So, there is no need to get there before 9:30. Also, I wanted to order a cocktail instead of during the wine that came with my ticket (knowing I would have to pay for it) and it kind of threw them off as to why I wouldn’t want the included wine etc. With that said, the show was great and the band was superb as well!

This was a great experience. The food options were actually great! The entertainment was impressive and vibe was fun fun!!

Pick up and drop off were.good, seats were great, steak nice, potatoes not so great. Frugal with the wine pouring. Insufficient aisle width meaning you got knocked everytime someone went to the bathrooms.

Our seats were amazing, so worth the upgrade! We also got wine and a snack for the price so it was great value even with the full dinner ticket.

It was a wonderful experience. We booked the show with dinner, the show was amazing and the dinner was pretty good, excellent service.

Well organized, pick up within indicated time, excellent food, attentive service, and fabulous show!

There were 22 performers, and the show was decent. It mixed tango, with gaucho, and singing. They should not sell seats in the balcony. You're far from the stage and the view is obstructed by a railing. If you're going to go to the show, make sure you get floor seats. We only spent $50 USD per ticket, but we honestly enjoyed the shows in front of the restaurants in La Boca more.

Great show. However, too much singing and music playing alone for my taste. More dancing and less fill ins

The show was very tourist orientated. I wouldn't really recommend. I am sure you could get a more authentic show if you wait until you're here to book and look for a smaller venue.

Had an absolute blast. VIP upgrade was worth the free drinks, they kept bringing drinks to our table and we got our monies worth.

We found this experience the highlight of our Buenos Aires visit. The dinner with drinks was amazing and the Tango show was breathtaking. We would recommend it to anyone looking to experience a very professional tango show.

This was one of the live performances we've seen. Quite a variety of acts, not just Tango dancing. The transfer to and from the venue was punctual and in a good quality vehicle. We were seated close to the stage and the food was of a good standard. Plenty of wine and beer if you wanted it. And the venue was very impressive. We highly recommend this performance.

Show was excellent. The atmosphere was let’s say “comfortably close” to your neighbor and the meal perfunctorily served. The steak was mediocre but the rest of the meal was very good. Especially the soup and the dessert. Hard to find a waiter for a second drink though, so picture “unlimited beer and wine” as “one drink”. I did love the transportation to and from the event. Very nice driver and van. So all in all it was a good experience though the meal was pretty much a company convention standard.

Great show with very experienced dancers singers and musicians . We did not have a meal, but found it hard to get a drink and it seems you can only get one! Then at the end we were asked for tips in a dark room with music blaring? Sorry tips for who? It somewhat dampened our overall experience. Show is worth seeing but serving staff seem rude and uncaring.

Dinner was good . The show was excellent. Our waiter was attentive. The transportation to and from the show was flawless.

Great evening. Surprisingly good food. Steak was excellent! Cooked to perfection just as I ordered it. Dancing was incredible fun sensual lively full of love.

Seats were terrible. Very high up and the railings barred most of the view. Could hardly see anything. I guess only those with dinner option could get seats with better views. Didn’t think it was worth the price……

Wonderful experience with a typical Argentinean flavor. Definitely must see. The staff was mazing and welcoming. Highly recommend for all.

Extremely disappointed in the seats. We specifically paid extra money for VIP seats to make certain we were up close and could see everything. For the extra money we paid, we were sat next to the kitchen (constantly being disturbed by the wait staff) and as far left that you could be sat. Unfortunately, we could not see everything we paid extra for. DO NOT under any circumstance upgrade your tickets. We tried speaking with anyone who we thought could help and NO ONE would move our seats to the empty seats that were in a better location. BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!

The dancers were amazing. Food was great. But the lady at the check in was cold and rude. We asked to be seated with our friends and she waved us off. Dismissing us so rudely. Not even explaining or trying to help.

We went to this show on our first evening in Aregentina and so we were suffering from the effects of 4 hours of time change. However we were not disappointed. The dinner was excellent, the wine good and the show and tango display was really good. Next time we will not do this on our first evening but will give a little time to settle downin Argentina first before jumping into this cultural must do.

Easy pick up from hotel. Good food (had huge steak) and wine. Good show - orchestra and dancers were very good. Attentive waiters. Enjoyable experience all round.

The show was marvelous. Only giving it a four because the transportation from and to did not go smoothly at all. We were drop off to the wrong tango show. Luckily the ticket person was able to go out and chase the driver down . We ask the driver will it be him for return trip and he says no , that’ll someone else will. That was all and just left. So you could imagine when show let out the confusion we encountered. All we saw was drivers holding up number sign. We had no idea. Eventually we saw a person holding a pad and guess eye contact shows we needed help. Was ask what hotel we stay and she was able to give us our driver number. We had party of 19 people. Viator need to do better job instructing their drivers, especially dropping off to the right events. address . Otherwise the show and dinner was great if you there.

The ticket said to be there at 9:30pm but the show didn't actually start until 10. However, once the show got going it was absolutely amazing. About one hour and 15 minutes. Amazing dance performances, singing and artistic interludes. It was riveting. I will go and see this again, when I get back to Buenos Aires. Don't miss it.

Pick up from hotel exactly on time. Booked executive dinner and the table was near the front and the food was of a much higher standard than expected. The show was superb. The orchestra was brilliant. I would book exactly the same if we ever return.

Exceeded our expectations. Very good service from friendly staff. Excellent and varied show lasting well over an hour. Delicious meal and plentiful drinks. Beautiful Art Deco theatre. Pick up and return was on time and well organised. We all loved it.

The Tango Porteno Show with dinner were great. However, the pick-up and drop-off didn't go smoothly. The driver was late for pick-up. I had the hotel clerk to call the driver, after the delay was greater than 35 minutes. After finally arriving at the venue, our group was seated late, as other diners were halfway finished with their meals. I would suggest an earlier pick-up time. After, the show was over, I realized that I didn't have the van number. I assumed that we would be seated as a group & exit as a group; otherwise, I would have gotten the van number. I sent a message on Whatsapp to get the van number. I was traveling solo & thought I might have to get a taxi back to the hotel. Finally, after the crowd thinned, the van driver recognized me. On future trips, I would suggest that the van driver clearly announce the van number to all passengers.

The dancing was very good. Being Argentinian, and having been living out of the country for a very long time, some of the older tangos brought a lot of memories.

Dinner was good. The show was fantastic! Our seats were terrible. It was difficult to see the stage. If I were to see the show again I would not use Viator. I would buy my own seats to ensure great seats.

My wife and me really like the show. Tango dances were nice and the live orchestra music also. Great job, guys!

Must do if you're in BA, Tango was incredible, dinner was delicious and the service was fantastic. Couldn't recommend it more!

Average food, average dancers, average performances except for one. otherwise, food was average and the seat i was assigned was less than average in location. Will not recommend…

Transfer support worked perfectly, dinner was okay and the Tango Show was great...I do recommend. Also the Tablet lacaios was good.

Excellent show. Seating is a little tight in VIO section and hard to see around other people at times. But great entertainment.

Unfortunately with so many people and so little room in between them and unlevelled distance for the ones who are behind, it became impossible to see the show. I think they overbook the place. It seemed over crowded for a show like that. My table was not even a hand away from the person next to me. I was not able to see anything to be honest. Very disappointed with the experience.

The show, the sounds and dancers are amazing! Service not so much, slow, not attentive, try to collect $$$ during the show (should do it before, after the show or give the audiences a 15 mins break to do it).

Great show, great food and wine! Everything went smoothly and professionally. Hotel collection and drop off was fine. Allow time for the bus to arrive.

We really enjoyed Tango Porteño. Everything was beautiful and very well done. We opted out of the dinner and drinks option and purchased a La carte.

This is the best price I can find for Tango show. Great show! average food! bad service! But I think it’s worth to go!

Excellent dancing but not enough , too much singing , good Gaucho dancing/presentation. Management/Service heavy handed over tips/gratuities to patrons.

One of the best shows I have ever seen across all of my travels. A+! This is a must see! Trust me you will enjoy it. Amazing theatre, fantastic staff, delicious food and incredible performances!

Show itself was excellent. The booking included collection from our hotel and a pre-show dinner. However, the transfer was 45mins late in collection which meant that our pre-show dinner felt rushed and we were still trying to eat in the dark when the show had started. We were also interrupted in watching the show by service staff. The food was ok but the large chunk of steak was tough to cut and chew. Can’t fault the attentive and friendly staff and our dinner included drinks throughout the dinner and show. Certainly something to experience but be aware that there are probably limitations and ‘stuff’ can happen which means that pick-up times are very flexible without a clear justification or apology as to why.

It is well organized superlative show which I have ever seen; food, arrangement, booking, pick up, show, staffs, artists todos mi madre que maravilloso!

This excursion was better than I imagined. The driver was on time and pleasant. The dinner service was friendly and the food was good. The tango show was great and we had a wonderful time.
