The tour was good. We spend a lot of time in the mini van during the tour. Especially while picking up all passengers from various hotels.

Best value for money and time. Extremely professional guide easy to hear and understanding but also lots of personality. Bus was very new, air conditioned and comfortable. Will not even begin to compare to hop on bus because far more understandable and interesting
The tour was advertised as in English, but the majority of participants spoke Spanish and the guide spoke English about a third of the time. This meant we got much more surface level information like the names of things or facts like a building used to be a church, but not history and narrative. We left feeling like we had been driven to several landmarks but don't have much sense of their significance or the city's story.
I arranged this to her for our group of six friends. It was for the wrong day. Our cruise ship was not in town on that day, but was available for a different day. This tour refused to change my date, even though I had only made the reservation within 24 hours previously. I will not reserve again even though I tried to work with the tour group to change our tour. Travel can be difficult and needs to be flexible and this company is not flexible so I would never reserve with them. I highly encourage you to read this review and not deal with this company.
Delightful little intro to a massive megapolis. We got to sample some wine and dolce le lece and see the giant steel flower sculpture. Don’t remember much else.
Lionel was a very nice tour guide he spoke multiple languages because there were Brazilians, and American and a Mexican on the tour. We stopped and tasted dolce de leche and some wine and just had a great day.
This was an excellent 5 hour tour. Our guide Lionel was very good. He gave us a real taste of the city and its people!
We took a 4.5 hour Premium City tour on 4 March 2024 & we were disappointed. The first hour was spent doing pickups at 5 or 6 other hotels. The pre-booking through Viator listed the stops & we did not do Calle Defensa Bairro San Telmo, the Mafalda statue & Dulce de Leche tasting & we spent less time at other stops. We did pass by a number of landmarks listed but not slowing down or close enough to enable photos from the bus. The highlight was La Boca, Caminito where we did have free time to walk a bit. Colourful & enjoyable there.
Paoula was our guide. She was soft spoken and knowledgeable about the geography of the sites we toured. Sadly though, her depth of knowledge was lacking. This was also an English language tour and again, sadly, her command of the language was very limited. I fault the tour company for putting her in that situation and for the fact she needs more training to be fair to the tourists who book the tours. This is not what we expect from Viator who we have used ma y times before.
Really comprehensive introduction to Buenos Aires. The pick up from hotel was punctual, and the bus comfortable. We saw most of the sights, and had free time to walk around. Daniella was very informative and helpful.
Pick up was over half an hour late to the time stated on our documentation. Tour guide knowledgeable, although all information delivered in both english and spanish. Would have been good to include entry to the cemetery rather than just peeping in from the outside. Perhaps a complimentary bottle of drinking water would have been appreciated as it was very hot. Overall enjoyable.
This tour was just okay. There were 14 people, half English half Spanish speaking. 14 is pushing the limit for a small group if they aren't the same nationality. This is how it went as we drove (quickly) by points of interest....In Spanish the guide would describe the building/statue in some length. Then in English, he'd say for example "that yellow house we passed was...., or "behind us, that was a statue representing....." We were English speaking so we were always looking behind us to try to see what it was. I think the points of interest toured were probably fine if we had been able to hear what they were as we were seeing them. Although should note, we did not see the cemetery or the Eva Perone monument. I would recommend using a different tour company since city tours are abundant
The stop at Caminito was memorable. The excursion was spoilt somewhat by the late arrival at the pick up point (20 minutes) with no contact. The guide was very pleasant but hard to hear.
Really interesting trip. Florencia the guide was incredible, really looked after every member of the group, encouraged questions and answered them fully and openly. The driver was great and the photographer was lovely. Highly recommended.
Tour guide was very knowledgeable about not only Buenos Aires, but also Argentina. And he expressed this knowledge in several different languages. For me, best tour highlights included Recoleta, Plaza de Mayo and La Boca. Kudos to all.
The whole tour was well organised and well explained. The guide was great! We went to the main tourist attractions which was all I had on the list
Very good and nice guide. We've enjoyed our tour. We've visited the must-see spots, which allowed us to go back on our own.
Slightly late pick up but I expected that with the crazy traffic in Buenos Aires. Very enjoyable afternoon. Had a small group of only five people. Sophie was a great guide.
Quick tour of the main sites of Buenos Aires, having been previously a few years ago. The tour met our objective, although it was difficult to follow the guide’s presentation at times as she was constantly switching between English and Spanish. We thought we had booked an English only tour. La Boca was the highlight of the trip.
Nice to see city BUT we were the only 2 English speakers on the tour. Guide did a good job switching from Spanish to English to include us but I felt we were not given as much info as an English only tour (which is what I thought this would be) would have conveyed. Would tune out the guide during spanish and then realize she had switched to English. Example: Brought to small shop, cafe and bathroom in Boca. Didn't not see the colorful homes, mannequins from the balconies because we were not given the info and so we didn't leave the shop/cafe. Luckily, we saw it later on our main tour. Like a sightseeing bus, passing by places but learning little about what you are seeing.
The booking process and pickup went very smooth. The minibus was clean and well maintained. We were able to see many different areas and learned a lot of history. The driver and the guide were very helpful and made it an enjoyable tour. The price was reasonable and would recommend this to anyone who has half a day and wants to see a lot of Buenos Aires.
Good way to see the neighborhoods. The tour was advertised as a 4 1/2 hour tour. However, it was a 3 1/2 hour tour from the point of hotel pickup which occurred close to 3pm despite the 2:30 pickup time. (The delay was absolutely fine as the van cannot be at each hotel exactly at 2:30). The tour ended at 6pm. We expected another hour.
Pick up was on time and the team were really lovely and passionate about the tour and city. The tour gives you a good feel for the city and places you can revisit afterwards if you want to spend more time etc. The only suggestion to improve would be to stick to one language. The guide was constantly switching from English to Spanish and it just became too difficult to retain anything she said. Either it’s all English or Spanish and then you absorb in what they are saying. I don’t know their business of course whether that’s possible but that’s just how I felt :)
Trip was great, the guide was knowledgeable and friendly. We l8ked it and some of the sites we've explored further.
Awesome guide. Great tour of the city. We very much enjoyed seeing different parts of Buenos Aires. We loved Caminito especially.
Met from cruise terminal on time and Fleur showed us round the key points of the city in very informative and lively way.
So happy to visit Floralis Generica in person, especially under the great weather, thanks very much🤩
Enjoyed all the history our guide shared. The coach was comfortable and we saw many parts of the city, some close up, some from the coach. We had adequate time to explore, usually. and ended the tour with the option of staying at a restaurant area or going back to our hotel. I found it difficult to catch when the guide switched from Argentinian to English sometimes and felt bad that she had to say everything twice but with only five English speaking passengers she didn't have any choice.
Enjoyed the Recolleta area, especially. Lionel did will to cope with a difficult situation, which was definitely not his fault.
This is a really good tour to get the lay of the city before you go out exploring on your own. Or guide was lovely. ( Augustina) We had both Spanish and English speaking people on board and she did get best to give all information in both languages. We visited all stops mentioned in the itinerary although there was protesting in the plaza de mayo and she was concerned it could be a bit dangerous. Encouraging us to stay nearby the shopping area. We walked by the protestors, they seemed quite peaceful. We didn't feel in any danger. The only issue I had with the day was the driver Gustavo. He fell asleep at the wheel a number of times, mainly whilst sitting at traffic lights and cars were beeping at us. It was actually frightening and very dangerous.
Disappointed as they informed me I have to go to another hotel forvthe pick up 30 minutes away as the taxi didn't turn up had to wait outside of that hotel as they didn't let me in. Otherwise the guide was good small group only 11 people seen quite a few suburbs which would have been hard on my own
Lots of fun, we saw most touristy locations, Facundo was enthusiastic. No dulce de leche tasting as advertised. I suggest splitting the tours in English speakers and another for Spanish speaker, we had a couple who needed to remind our tour guide to repeat the information in Spanish, they stop asking at the end and probably did not enjoy it as much
Yael was an excellent tour guide. Enjoyed River Plaza cruise. Gustavo, the bus driver was excellent as well.
Our tour guide Sophie and the driver Gustav. Sophie was extremely knowledgeable and spoke english very well and answered everyone's questions in detail. Gustav was very responsible driver and always smiled.
Prompt pickup at the hotel. Saw all the main sights, although sometimes you have to strain your neck from the bus.. guide lacked enthusiasm
Great tour of Buenos Aires covering all the major, must see sites in a short period of time. Tour guide Sophie was very knowledgeable about history and geography of area and kept close watch on group. Very enjoyable with right mix of bus time and walking. With the basic sites in minds, the next day we walked to sites we wanted to view more. Sophie - Platty enjoyed the tour as well and he’s a world traveler. 😀
Excellent tour and guide, Anna. Highly recommend. She was very knowledgeable. Took timdto answer questions.
Wonderful overview of the city. We arrived from the United States in the morning and took the tour in the afternoon. The guide was friendly and knowledgeable. We very much enjoyed the van ride with stops along the way for a guided tour and photo opportunities. Absolutely recommend
Bus tour of city with six stops where we stepped off to see a site up close. Guide was knowledgeable and did tour in three languages with least amount of description in English
Alex, our guide, was outstanding. Extremely knowledgeable about the various architectural styles and history of the neighborhoods.
I liked the tour guide, she was friendly and spoke English very well. She was knowledgeable about Buenos Aires. Going to the La Boca football club was exciting. We also looked at the embassies area and 2 beautiful churches
The tour was very good, we visited interesting locations, we stopped in places where we could go for a walk and take pictures. Carolina was a very kind and nice tour guide. We were very happy with this experience😉
We were picked up on time and had an enjoyable tour. Our guide was professional and knew his town very well. Even though our desired date for the tour was not available the rebooking worked excellently easy and we could join the tour the next day. Of course we unterstand that during those difficult times the tour won't be available every day if the demand is low.
We loved the Small group Buenos Aires City Tour we took in the morning We spent a nice day visiting Buenos Aires and learned a lot from our tour guide. We took many pics at Plaza de Mayo and La Boca. Also, Palermo. Buenos Aires is so huge and there are so many places and facilities that you will need to stay at least 5 days. People are very friendly. After the tour, we were dropped off at our hotel. We enjoyed it very much!
We took the Small-group Buenos Aires City Tour to visit the different neighborhoods. We started the day with a smile from our tour guide and we headed to the van. It was a sunny day and we visited many places such as Av 9 de Julio, Plaza de Mayo, La Boca, Puerto Madero Ricoleta and Palermo. We enjoyed the city tour and service. We had a wonderful time. It was worth to take it!
We had the chance to take a city tour around Buenos Aires and we enjoyed it very much. The people, the arquitecture, the culture are very interesting. We had a lovely tour with our guide and we could learn more about the city and history. This is a tour you should not miss if you want to visit the main spots in Buenos Aires.
Great experience with Daniela, our tour guide. She picked us up at our hotel on time and took us around the city. We learned about the history and arquitecture of this lovely city. We visited many beautiful neighborhoods but the one we liked best was La Boca. We had a wonderful time.
Was told to attend another hotel some distance away rather than pick up at our hotel. Waited over 45 mins past the indicated pick up time. No apologies from your guide for the delay. Tour did not start for a further 45 mins while picking up others. Left hotel at noon and by 4 pm had seen only 2 sights (flower & cemetery). 30 mins stop at cafe for coffee - inappropriate given how little we had seen. Poor quality - Discovered mould on cake after eating half. There was then an unscheduled half an hour wait on the bus while tour guide took people to exchange money with some street vendor. Went to cathedral & square. Very short visit and very little discernible commentary. Was a waste of time and money. Was dropped at a stop we were told was near our hotel but was in fact further than hotel we had to walk to to pick up the tour. Felt scammed and angry 😡
Our tour guide, Gail, was amazing! She told us a lot about the history of each place we went to and was always happy to answer questions. Pick-up was easy and she was willing to drop us off either at Puerto Madero or our pick-up location at the end of the tour. She also gave us recommendations for restaurants and places to visit while we were in Buenos Aires. Overall great tour for the amount we paid and tour guide was amazing! Definitely recommend.
Excellent tour and value. Nati was a great tour guide. She showed us a lot And was very informative.
