The experience was closed. I received a wrong information. The ticket informed that I could go until 18:00 and I arrived ate 12:00, but the museum and tour were closed due to river plate game. In the end, i couldnt go and lost 120 USD. Terrible experience.

Witness how the history of the stadium and team both parallels and inspires Argentina as a country. The visit will begin through the" temporary translation module ", which will show us part of the glory that River reaped through the years since its foundation in 1901. We went to the cafe Gloria’s for a bite to eat set up like an American diner. Served a veggie burger which was tasty and beef burger which was tasty. Staff friendly and toilets clean.
Game and seats were incredible! What a show. Tour team (Anahi) were hospitable, attentive & friendly...we were able to relax and enjoy a fantastic football match in complete safety!
Loved the museum and tour - for a football fan from England, it was a great experience to visit El Monumental and the iconic club, River Plate (although let’s face it, it’s no Boundary Park!). The museum is well set out and very interesting - but selfishly, felt it could have had English translations to make it a more immersive experience. The tour was really good - getting to see all parts of the ground, including the changing rooms. By the way, the restaurant in the ground was superb.
Attending a football match is a must when visiting Buenos Aires! The match was very entertaining and the feeling the atmosphere was a very interesting experience! The tour was nicely organized with transportation. The tour guide (Leandro) prepped us well with what to be expected at the event as well as background the team and stadium. I would recommend this tour!
Annie (Aniha) was perfect. 11/10 guide, she was so nice and helpful with everything even beyond our activity gave us lots of recommendations for buenos aires. Tangol company made everything easy. it was all simple and well planned for us. Tangol: perfect, our guide: perfect. no complaints
Amazing experience at river plate, host Manuela was wonderful and very helpful. Couldn’t ask for more. Transfers to and from the game were a great addition and free alfajores as well. A must do for football fans to watch a game from one of the top clubs in the country.
Not really a stadium tour when you get a quick photo in the stands and then briskly rushed to the pitch side via away dressing room for a quick photo. Tour was in Spanish and even with a Spanish person translating for us the information was pointless and not much education on the club. Also they had not cleaned anything up from game the day before, we went at 3pm and there was still bottles of urine in the stands from the game. Unless you want to learn how bad River plate stadium is then I wouldn’t bother going
We arrived early, as my email said 10-00am, but doors do not open until 10-00. We were told we could go around the museum which we did, but could not understand a thing. This was a well presented museum. The guy that checked us in spoke English and told us to be in front the train at 10-50 so therefore thought we are off to a good start. Arrived in front the train, only the tour was in Spanish. Really disappointed as we had gone to watch a match there and River Plate won, earlier that week, so booked the English tour to take out grandson around the stadium. I don’t need easy anything else do I.
we had done boca on our last visit so thought we would compare. the tour itself is brief and very factual eg here are the changing rooms, the pitch, the stands. at boca there is much more about the history of the club, with interesting stories to bring it to life. at River, we got the most out of the museum by chatting to one of the very knowledgeable staff who was intrigued about our support for Liverpool and who was amazed at some of the things we knew about football eg which french club Saviola played for, the Torino crash in 1949. he showed us the ball used when river played man city in 1952 !! so we had a good time despite the tour
Very good experience! I would book it again.. thanks!
Excellent experience. That was a great guide. We were picked up at the hotel to take us to the River vs. Belgrano game. Transportation and attention were great. Super recommended 😁
One hundred percent recommended, very friendly people who make your day very pleasant. Very professional, great as people
beautiful experience lived in family and friends of a lifetime, I totally recommend them and we will do it again surely
Excellent experience to watch River vs Palmeiras at Monumental Our guide , Manuela was very friendly and attentive throughout the tour
Great experience with a very good guide who accompanied us at all times and explained the tour to the party with very kindness
First of all thanks for the ticket to the stadium it was a unique experience I enjoyed it to the lungs I was delighted. A dream fulfilled Gabriela, very nice and attentive throughout the tour
really extraordinary experieicnai, 100% recommended. Tangol’s Service was first-rate, in every sense, from the days before to the end of everything. I would certainly take Service with them again.
Excellent tour!! Very well organized. They respond very quickly to requests made and are seen to have experience
The overall experience was good, thanks for everything. As points of improvement, I would like to mention that there was a communication problem regarding the schedule to come and find us, as it was delayed by an hour and never entirely clear. I also think it would be important to give more clarity about the exact location to buy tickets, considering that as tourists we often do not have that information. Finally, it would be good to have more order and organization within the compound, to avoid the group being dispersed or lost. Other than that, everything else was fine and I appreciate the experience.
Amazing and wonderful experience in Buenos Aires! The entrance to the Monumental Stadium was very easy due to the work of the staff!! A Great Thank you to all staff of the agency Tangol!!!
Hermoso lugar, lindo recorrido. Una experiencia única. Muy recomendable para ir en familia. Muy buena atención
Unfortunately a small disappointment because it was not possible to visit neither the changing rooms nor the playing field, so the free visit was dedicated exclusively to the museum, I would say cute but "technical" and engaging only for true fans. The route takes place along the corridor of the club dates and with in the various rooms dedicated to the main victories / feats of the team, supported by videos and images (text also in English). You then arrive in the trophy room and the one dedicated to gold shoes, to conclude with the coats of arms / pennants and the official shop. The stadium was visible only externally, too bad because it would have been a real added value to experience the emotion of an iconic place.
Beautiful experience, I loved seeing the Stadium and the whole Museum of this club so successful worldwide, I walked the tunnel for all the years that it came out champion, 360 cinema I could see the cups won, we took a picture in the stands. Amazing and unforgettable. It's three times one higher than the Boqueense Passion Museum, a very insecure place, where they steal on the way out.
We liked the visit to the stadium, but as we did not speak Spanish we had difficulties understanding the guide. She spoke very fast, without the sensitivity to try to speak more slowly. There are stairs, no access to the elevator and there was a disabled without the help of the club team. As for the museum, the visit was perfect!
