Private Transfer To Or From Ezeiza Airport "Eze"

Booking airport transfer with Fernando and Malambo tours was one of our best decisions. Fernando reached out to us the day we booked the transfer, a full week before our trip. He was in contact with us the day before our flight, and when our flight was delayed 16 hours it was not a problem. When we landed he sent us a message as to how and where to exit the airport and wait for his arrival. He was prompt, polite and an excellent driver. Offered us waters and snacks when we got in his car. Highly recommend this company for airport transportation.

I was concerned that we may not have enough room for all our luggage, as well as getting to the airport in enough time but Fernando assured me, we would be OK and even brought two vehicles to be sure (yes, we needed them)-LOL! There was cold water for us, and everything went very smoothly…

On time and very professional and courteous driver. We got caught in traffic and he really made sure we got their quickly and safely.

Our driver arrived on time in a clean, roomy vehicle with more than ample space for all our luggage. The entire experience was exactly as described in the Viator listing. Communication was excellent, with our driver checking in with us several times in the days before our transfer.

The driver was very polite and spoke English as we had requested. He was very prompt (even early....and we were ready to go). My only suggestion would be to remove used cups from view of guests; there was an empty cardboard cup in the cupholder between the front and rear streets.

William was our driver. He picked us up from our hotel on time. He was very pleasant and he made sure we arrived at the airport timely. The company was in communication before, during and after our transport. They even followed up after we returned home to ask if we made it home safely. I would highly recommend this transportation service.

The driver was courteous and professional. He got us to the airport in plenty of time and safe. Good experience.

We had an exceptional & safe ride to our destination. The driver was prompt & professional. His vehicle was clean and large enough to accommodate all our lugguage. He even had a cold bottle of water and a authentic sweet for each of us as we entered his vehicle (a kind gesture). We highly recommend this company.

Fernando communicated with me clearly and regularly before our family arrived in Buenos Aires. He was prompt, courteous, professional and friendly. As we drove from the airport he highlighted things we should do and pointed out places of interest along the way. His vehicles were clean and comfortable. He’s a good driver and we felt very secure. You won’t find a better transport service!

Excellent service and communication. Driver was very accomodating. Would highly recommend hiring this driver for any needs in Buenos Aires.

Fernando was excellent- he communicated right after booking and kept me in touch constantly as our travel dates got closer. Upon arrival at the airport, as soon as I connected to the wifi there was a message from him with great instructions on how to find him. Travel into the city was effortless and he provided a breakfast snack and bottles of water for each of us.

Great experience. Super communications from company days before pickup and at pickup time. Very clean vehicles.

Fernando was prompt and very helpful and made my arrival very smooth which was especially appreciated because I am a senior lady travelling solo and don’t speak Spanish

Highly recommend!! Very good communication with me. Picked us up when he said he would. Avoided backed up traffic as much as possible. Comfortable ride to the airport from our apartment.

Clean car, friendly and safe driver. Helpful with luggage. Highlighted points of interest along the way.

Our driver sent us a photo of his car and license plate. Communication was excellent. He was prompt and it was an excellent experience.

It was excellent service, with detail info, pick up place with picture, vehicle detail with pic and fantastic communication. No confusion or problem. Felt secured.

This transfer was great. We had a baggage mixup at the airport and they waited for us. I was very appreciative of this and a time of extreme stress. Plus, just a nice car and pleasant service.

Our considerate driver was waiting patiently for us with a sign indicating our name in large print which was very helpful to locate him quickly. His courteous offer to wheel our larger luggage was very much appreciated after a long flight. His expertise in navigating the heavy traffic through road construction, toll booths and multiple lanes put our minds at ease that arriving at our final destination was guaranteed both safely and efficiently.

We waited nearly a hour but driver did not show up. We tried many times but were unable to contact him

Very easy to schedule. Our driver William was very friendly. Great drive, relaxing even with the construction

Easy to connect. Works like Uber as far as meeting your driver at the curb. Lots of traffic, but Alexander handled like a pro without creating any stress for us. Car was air conditioned which was great since it was summer there. Were there to take a cruise, so the transfer was super easy. HIGHLY recommend

It was an extremely convenient and comfortable transfer from EZE to our hotel in Buenos Aires. Fernando was very professional and even brought two cars to the airport to ensure that all of our suitcases would fit. Would highly recommend!

Very professional...on time... nice transportation.. call us to let us know he was waiting outside...

I was unable to receive his messages, a technical issue, and he was there at the airport waiting for me. I had a very pleasant drive to the hotel. He answered all my questions about the sites and showed me some along the way.

Very professional and courteous. Careful driver. Very knowledgeable and pointed out lots more things to do

Fernando was on time, easy to find and happy to talk in excellent English about the city. The vehicle was comfortable and clean easily carried our large cases

I would absolutely recommend this transfer. Our drive was on time and the vehicle was a very comfortable temperature and fit all our luggage.

This company was great with communication well in advance of our trip to see what specific time we wanted to be picked up at the hotel and then followed up a few days prior to the day of pick-up to confirm, and to find out what luggage we had. Our driver, Claudia, went above and beyond!! When my husband mistakenly handed her a $380 tip....we contacted the company and she returned immediately to the airport to give the money back. Everyone we delt with in the company was amazing and great with communication!!

It was a great ride. We were picked up on time with no problem, then dropped off right at the hotel. ¡Perfecto!

Used Malambo Tours for both in and out transfers. Excellent service, timely, good drivers (especially Fernando), good vehicles. Will definitely use again.

Fernando was our driver both ways, from and to, the airport. He is an excellent communicator and punctual. He is a very safe driver. We would recommend him highly. Thank you. Sherry and Bill

Very good service and communication. Everything was on time and in a friendly atmosphere. Highly recommended.

Excellent service! Our driver met us inside the airport with a sign, helped with our luggage, and was incredibly kind and professional. The vehicle was spacious enough for three large suitcases, a duffle bag, and three backpacks. The ride was comfortable, and the driver was friendly and reliable—we were so pleased that we booked him again for our return trip. Highly recommend!

We used this company for a transfer and then a couple of private tours..Fernando and his team were fabulous, attentive and on time for everything. I would highly recommend them

Easy and great experience. Fernando my driver was great at communicating and showed up on time. I was ill and he was so kind to pull over and give me a break from the drive. Thanks again!

Fernando was extremely helpful and detailed with instructions to ensure an easy arrival/pickup. Wonderful experience

Fernando did great. He picked me up right at my hotel. Traffic was particularly bad so he even came early in case I was ready it would allow me a few extra minutes getting to the airport. I would highly recommend both he and his partner!

Fernando was very personable. His English was very good and he was extremely knowledgeable about Buenos Aires & Argentina. I would recommend him as a driver anytime.

The driver was on time and also pointed out points of interest and facts about Buenos Aires. It was a great experience.

There was a lot of communication from the time I booked until the time was picked up. Anthony included pictures of the pickup location and his car. While in the airport, I could show them to an information employee and he was able to easily direct me. It was very simple to link up. Anthony was very professional and the car was in good shape and comfortable.

Fernando did a great job at picking me up and getting me to the airport in a timely fashion. He also kept the conversation going, letting me know about certain areas in Argentina.

The drivers arrived promptly at our scheduled pick-up time. New cars with courteous and friendly drivers. The had us at EZE in plenty of time to make our flight home

Our plane was delayed by almost 2 full days. It was super easy to communicate with Fernando. Easily able to transfer our date and time. Our driver (At finally 4 am), Alexander was easy to find and available the minute we walked out of the terminal

Driver was very helpful - never waited for him to show up. He message me to make sure we were ready.
